We took my mother in laws car for a repair through our insurance since it was satisfaction guarantee. Aside from taking longer than what we were promised we arrived because the car was allegedly finished. The car was still not complete and they had put different parts and was not the way we left it. To start Geico insurance referred me here to AUTO TECH COLLISION CENTER... I was reluctant from the start because I usually pick my own body shop for repairs, but this time I allowed Geico to pick since they were the one paying it not my insurance company and the body shop was convenient to my job... this was the worst mistake of my life.. these people was suppose to fix my car professionally. My car came into this place in better condition than returned unbeknown to me, now every time I hit a bump in the street my bumper pops off they won't take responsibility or ownership of the overlooking of the brackets that was obviously damaged in the beginning. The bumper should have been replaced instead of repaired and painted to look fixed.. if a person hit a bump are pull up to a parking bumper and your bumper scraps on the bottom the bumper shouldn't pop off that easy and only on the right side where they was supposedly have fixed properly the first time. these people are "RIPOFFS CON ARTIST, FAKES AND FRAUDS"!!!!!! GEICO INSURANCE SHOULD GET RID OF THEM AND NOT REFER TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN... instead of helping they've destroyed my trust in collision center I could have gone to a shade tree body shop for this kind of unprofessionalism... I wish I could give ZERO STARS...I give them all THUMBS DOWN..... MAD AS HELL!!!!! read more

This is one of the most inefficient,untimely and bias shop. They took 9 days to complete a job that could be done in 2 days. I kept having to call for updates since no one would let me know of my vehicle & was still treated as if I was unreasonable for wanting to know when a 33K car would be ready. Getting a hold of my technician was too much trouble. I even spoke to the owner who was completely rude and questioned why I wanted my vehicle. He said nothing could be done yet he's the owner who could've sped up the process but was lazy & did not do anything for his client. They act so nice at first to get you to believe they'll do a quick and efficient job then after you sign the papers it's all a scam and all the promises said are NOT kept. Save your time,money & stress & find another shop that's actually organized and respectful to the clientele. read more

I took my car in after a hit and run accident, and at first, everyone was very friendly and willing to help out. Perhaps they were a little bit too friendly to help out because I was under the impression they would work to keep the costs under the amount of the check they received from my insurance company (since I didn't know who hit my car). This is something that several auto shops do and they seemed eager to "work things out" with me to keep my out of pocket expenses low... so I left my car with them. Fast forward and my car is ready to pick up and even after receiving a supplemental check, they still charged me the full deductible. When I questioned them, I was given my keys without paying and told someone would be contacting me to "work things out". I never got that phone call and several months passed by and I get a letter saying they are sending me to a collections agency. Needless to say, I was not happy and will most likely not be using their services again. read more

First, let me say that the body repair work was fantastic and their quote process was accurate. I am really pleased with both and I would probably use their services again if I ever needed to. I'm deducting stars for customer service. The tale follows: Initially I was very pleased with the service here. I brought my car in for a quote, and everyone was friendly and efficient. I felt the quote was fair and they were willing to preorder the parts so that the car would be in the shop for a minimal number of days which was important to me as my husband and I only have the one vehicle and a rental wasn't covered. I brought it in on the Monday at our scheduled appointment time. Again the service was great, they even offered to drive me home and pick me up when the car was ready. The car was scheduled to be completed by end of day Wednesday. On Tuesday I get a text thanking me for my business, I text back asking if pick up is still scheduled for end of day Wednesday, no response. I email them, asking the same question, no response. On Wednesday I get a call informing me that they had found some minor additional damage, a headlight plate was cracked and they were going to have to order the part. They apologized and told me that the car would not be ready by end of day after all, but that getting the part would be easy and fast. They stated that the car would be ready possibly Thursday, but more likely Friday morning, Friday end of day at the latest. That seemed fair to me, I even expressed surprise that they would be working the Friday before Independence Day, but they assured me that it was business as usual. On Thursday I received a text stating that the car was on schedule, but no call for pick up. That was fine, I assumed it would take until Friday anyway. Friday morning, there is no call. Friday afternoon at 3:00pm they call, just as I was getting ready to call them. They said they had just decided they were all taking off early and sorry, the car would just have to wait until Monday. They were abrupt, unfriendly, dismissive and completely unrepentant. That was not ok. I understand closing the shop early on a holiday weekend, but it should have been planned for and scheduled accordingly, in advance, so that their pick up quotes were accurate. Especially as I had double checked on the timing and planned my day around being available for them. I had booked in specifically on a Monday so that we would have the car back before the weekend. As a result, we had to shuffle our 4th of July plans. Monday rolls around, no call. I finally call them and they say, yes the car will be ready for pick up at the end of day. I ask for the previously mention ride to the shop and they grudgingly say they'll call when they are ready to send someone. I give them my phone number again, even though they already have it... They call my husband, at work... Not me, not the person they've been dealing with the entire time - not the phone number they've been calling and texting, and the one I gave them again. Frustrating. Oh yeah, and the wash & detailing? Subpar at best. I really expected better form a company recommend both by my insurance company & with such a high Yelp rating. read more

I found them on Yelp and decided to go with them because somone said that they cleaned their car for them after repair, and don't you know they did the same for me. The waiting area is a little run down but hey, its a body shop. Generally you aren't sitting there very long, which I didn't.
