After dropping the vehicle off and waiting inside for 20 minutes, I headed home. 15 minutes later, I received a call saying I was given the wrong price and that the actual price would be $75 more per wheel (3 wheels). I did not agree to that and was told they could do it for $35 more per wheel. Then he offered to do it for $100 more than the price I agreed to. After completing the work, he wanted to charge more if I paid by any way other than cash. I originally told them I wanted to use in-house financing. After the work was complete, I was told that they would have to be charged 6% more to finance it. I secured the in-house financing myself and was not charged any additional fees. Once I picked the vehicle up, I noticed the caliper paint was on the brakes. A few days later, I was getting in the slingshot when it started rolling out of my garage and rolled into my car. I figured that I didn't set the emergency brake and put it back in the garage. The next day, the slingshot rolled back and damaged my garage door. I took it to my mechanic, who told me that the e-brake cover had not been properly installed and that one of my calipers had not been screwed back in. The wheels look great, but I was disappointed in how they changed the price, their untruthfulness concerning the financing, and the fact that I had to pay a few hundred dollars for the damage to my garage and my mechanic to correctly install my e-brake cover and caliper. I love the look of the rim, I just hate that they ruined the experience by changing the price and causing other damage.

If you go there to get the air checked in your tires, expect someone to walk over very slowly as if they hate their job. They might try to say that you're underweight or ask questions about a tire light. Don't fall for that. Make sure to check and tighten your valve stem caps because they're too lazy to do it. I thought it was very odd that I wasn't given a receipt or that it wasn't left in the car and so I had to call the store for a receipt after they talked me into purchasing new tires, even though the original ones were supposed to cover up to 60,000 miles. It all starts with management, this place needs to hire people who handle business instead of playing around in the shop.
