I usually have them use the oil they provide and pay full price which can be anywhere from 50-60 bucks for my cars, but sometimes I will provide my own oil and filter and they charge me only 25 dollars to change the oil. Well now this place is full of kids servicing cars and they tried to charge me 45 dollars even though I had my own oil and filter. The kid told me it's always been 45 dollars which I know isn't true because like I said I've been coming here for years. I refuse to pay 45 bucks for an oil change when I have my own supplies. That's like saying 5 gallons of oil is only worth 10 dollars and we ALL know that's not true. Doesn't make sense, but seeing that there are all children there now, it kind of does. So, all of that to say, I won't be back and won't be sending anyone else there as well.. Which I'm sure they don't care anyway...

I got a detailed breakdown of all needed repairs along with the cost, and I was offered various ways payments could be made. They gave me a time frame of how long my vehicle would be at the shop, which seemed a bit long at first but there was a lot of work to be done and parts needed to be ordered so that's fair. They finished early which was wonderful! It's been a few weeks since my vehicle was repaired, and I feel like an excellent job was done as not only are my former issues gone but there are no new sounds or squeaks as have happened previously with other shops. I was told I could drop it off and leave the key in the drop with my name, number, and what was going on. I had it towed there and did just that. They were so nice and got the tank changed out as well as the thermostat. I got a call that they had to order a new thermostat because the one the revived was busted and that it wouldn't be ready till Monday, this was a Friday. I said that was fine but then at 4:30 on that Friday I got a call it was ready. The gentleman was so nice and the work was quick.
