I wish I could give this place 1 billion stars. My jeep was broken into 1/27/23 and I called to have towed to dealership. They didn't want to work on it. The gentleman that towed my vehicle texted me after and recommended his friend Choi who owns Auto Body so I had it towed to Choi. End result is Choi only had $277 in labor on the invoice and I know that he put several hours into diagnosing this. The invoice came to $1537 and he knocked it down to $1400 which pretty much took off the labor. When I got there I had $1260 in cash and needed to put the rest on my card.... he took only $1200 and told me to keep the $60 in cash. He may be the only honest and caring mechanic in this country. We were happy with Choi's work. We asked him to replace the Radiator support case for a Mini. His quote was far less than others and he also completed the job in one day vs 3 days quoted by others. The work was completed as he had promised. I would have no hesitation going back there. I made the mistake of coming to Auto World Body without checking the online reviews. I did so because I left the neighboring auto repair shop (in which I had an amazingly pleasant experience), and the mechanic had mentioned that I should have the hood bracket tended to by an auto body guy. I thought it was an easy, quick task - so why not pull into this neighboring shop? Terrible mistake. I was met by Choi. He was friendly at first. This did not last. His friendliness ended as soon as he realized that I was not going to be a high-revenue customer and I mentioned that I simply wanted my hood tended to. Choi said to come back the following day. So I returned the following day. I left my car as he requested, and went about expensively using Ubers for the rest of the day. Choi had told me to return at 5pm to pickup my repaired car. I arrived back at 5:05pm and my car had not been touched. Choi said he had gotten busy and he had forgot. Fifteen minutes later, he had one of his workers open the hood. Fifteen more minutes later he came to me and said he couldn't fix it. He said it was late in the day and his workers were supposed to go home at 5:00pm. He also said he didn't realize what needed to be done the day before when he looked at it. He then suggested I just leave it unfixed. I would not recommend this auto body shop. read more

Worst shop ever. I brought my car here after an insurance claim. I came back a few days later to check up on my car I see that they threw a bumper on top of my car and I told them that if there are scratches they had to fix it. When I FINALLY got my car. There was new scratches and dents here and there and I told them to fix they "claim" they never touched it. There was areas where they missed painting. WORST PLACE EVER and to even make it worse i can see the wavy lines where they did the bondo. not great work or worth your money. stay away ! read more

Everything ran smooth, took the car in, i was given a reasonable pickup day and it was ready on that day looking like the day i got it from the dealer. The price was super good as well. I can't understand why this plane has been given such low ratings, might be because of the area but let me tell you something, i grew up on the exact same block and never had any problems there, and your car is always brought into the shop at night so you don't have to worry about any thing happening to it. What can I say about this place, I left this place speechless! I usually don't praise other people work, I guess my standards are really high, blame it on my OCD! Anyways, I brought my car to them for an estimate, long story short, my mother was driving my vehicle, she got rear ended, denting my trunk, and scratching my rear bumper. I was able to find a spare trunk for my vehicle but it was a different color. The owner of this place gave me an estimate, I asked him how long it would take (if you are looking for a place with a fast turn around don't look any further this is the spot!) he'd mentioned 2 days, honestly in my cobweb brain of mine, I was like no way! I ain't going to lie, I was a little skeptical, but, I took my changes (hey life is a gamble). Two days passed and got a call from him, I remember nervously driving towards his shop, when I turned on his street, I had an awe moment, like a glistening diamond, okay okay a little exaggeration, my baby (I know I know us men and our cars) looked like when I first saw her at the dealership. I was so amazed that when getting off my car I forgot to unbuckle my seatbelt. Guys!, the work was superb, like nothing has happened, and they even buffed my front headlights for me and painted a few scratches and scuff marks of my front bumper, no extra charge, talk about customer service! I reported a claim with my insurance and this was a local shop that allowed me to perform body repair along with paint. I dropped off my car with a estimate repair date of 1 week. I called the shop 6 days later and they said it is not done yet. I wait another week and called again, same answer. I figured something might be going on so I take a visit to the shop in person and inquire about my vehicle. To my surprise, my car was not even touched yet! So I wait another week and finally get the call for pick up (20 days later). I show up and noticed they cleaned my car for me. How nice eh? Well...they ended up making the paint worse. I got it back with swirls all over as if someone used a rough towel to wipe it down. The body work performed was decent but not the best. I an spot 4 dimples on the fender and door skin. The OEM paint matched but needed another clear coat as it was kind of "bland". For a certified AAA auto shop, I expected better. This place is the same as Maaco and Automax quality but cost more $. I highly recommend avoiding this auto shop. read more

I took my 2006 Camry to Auto World on a recommendation from a friend after I was involved in an accident. My friend told me they did good work and it was very inexpensive. I was a little skeptical because inexpensive and quality work don't always go together. I brought my car in and showed them the dent and scrapes on the front of my car and asked for an estimate. I also asked for a seperate estimate for an older accident that I was in that involved my back bumper. I was shocked when they told me that they could repair damages from both accidents for less than my insurance claim for the one recent accident. I had to ask him twice if this was really the case and it was. I was also concern about the paint color matching and they assured me it would be no problem. Well, 4 days later I picked up my car an was amazed at how it looked. It looked like a brand new car. They even did some paint touch ups on the side of the car without even asking and no extra charge! That was 5 months ago. I waited to write this review to see if the paint held up and the new parts stayed in tact and they did. I constantly get compliments on how goog the car looks for a 2006. Thank you Auto World!
