After a hit to the right front of our car, we took it to Experience Auto Body through the Geico Auto Accident claims process. Kae took care of our car from start to end. He was very informative, courteous and professional and had the car ready 8 days ahead of Geico's schedule. Our car drives true and looks new. Thanks Kae!

Missing a rubber rivot

The welding job they performed was top notch craftsmanship, and they did a really nice job with repainting certain parts of my car that had serious damages. I found three faults in the repair; they skipped putting back in a rubber rivot that holds the front seal of my wind shield, they put two interior panels back in the opposite order one should, and they didn't order the right color door handle so they did a shotty masking job and painted over some stock door handle color to match my paint. I saw at least three prostitutes on the street out front, if you're into that. They were chunky and giving me the John-eye, if that's even a thing. The rest of the neighborhood, as others have mentioned, is sketch and I'm not sure why GEICO is affiliated with them. This is mostly the reason for the low rating.

My car has had the unfortunate issue of being here twice, and I wouldn't recommend anyone better. My car has always come back to me looking brand new! Like i told you during the last pick up, I hope to NEVER see you guys (with this vehicle) again! Great work on my front end (both times)

It sucks to get into a fender bender and see the damage on your car. I contacted AAA insurance,…read morefiled a claim and wanted the car repaired close to home and given the names of two repair shops. I opted for Crash Champions as I was familiar with their location having driven by many times. AAA helped me make an appointment on a Monday morning for them to evaluate the damage. On the Monday morning, I met with Miguel, estimator, who took pics of the damage and wrote his estimate. He said he can order the parts today and I can leave my car. Didn't expect that. He said the damage was cosmetic and the car should be repaired in 3-4 days. I said I'll come back early afternoon with a friend so I can have a ride home. So I dropped off the car in the afternoon. I received a call from Miguel Friday afternoon that the car was ready for pickup. Since I was in the City and I couldn't get back before they closed at 5pm, he said I could pick it up on Saturday before 2pm. When I picked up the car, Miguel said Dinah, the office receptionist, would send me a link to pay my deductible. She called two days later and said there was a problem sending the payment link and I made the payment over the phone. It was a smooth process to getting my car repaired here. Miguel was knowledgeable and got my car repaired efficiently. The car looks as good as new. Both he and Dinah were friendly and made the process stress free. I hope I won't have to come back again, but if I should need auto body repair, I'll come back to Crash Champions.

From the moment they received my vehicle to my pickup day, they kept me in the loop about how the work was progressing. Ross, Tony, and the rest of the team were professional, friendly, and focused on making sure the client is happy!
