    Employees are idiots and don't know how to jump start a car. Maybe hire people that can do the basic parts of their job.

The guy Xomar that works there was so rude I ask him about the wipers and he told me the size, so I went to go look for them and he sees me struggling looking for them Because they was scattered all over the place with a dirty look. So I told him I don't see the size for the good wipers so he said we'll find some different one's and a very rude way. So I said we'll you could at least come help your customer out and guess what he still was being very rude. So that's when things got heated because I have never been treated like that I don't treat me rude or disrespect especially if I don't know you. So we started arguing and going back and forth which I don't usually do, but in this in this case, this was out of the world, rude so I matched his energy and then that's when he said, I can leave the store. All he had to do is help a customer out And none of that would have happen. My thing is if you don't like your job just quit why stay at a job? You don't like especially dealing with customers. He needs to be fired because that was just out of pocket and I already called the corporate number. So i end up going to another store best experience ever, so I explained to them what had happened and they told me that a lot of customers had issues with this store with the workers. Us the customers pay your little pay check so relax! I am still upset about it so I will not stop until this guy be fired or disciplined. I will continue to keep going to the higher ups even if I gotta reach the c e o.

    Needed to speak to someone about getting a product to help with some scratches on my car. He was supposedly was leaving shortly to deliver some items and walked with me out to my car. It was pretty apparent that he just wanted to leave to do his delivery and was less than helpful. His suggestion was to buy some equipment to do it (this is a rental and I had no desire to spend a bunch of money) OR take it to a detailer. I said that a detailer will want to do a whole vehicle not a 1X1 area. He remembered he had to go back into the store and said he would show me what to purchase. We walked into the store and he pointed right and said "look in aisle 3, you will find what you need." Really?? That's it? This is the guy who knows?? I could have saved myself 15 mins by bypassing this less-than helpful person. I was looking for HELP...

I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience deserves a serious warning to others. I went to this AutoZone location after checking online, which clearly stated that if you purchase headlights from them, they offer installation. Seems straightforward, right? I even asked the employee at the counter before purchasing. He looked me dead in the eye and said, "Yeah, no problem, we can install it. Just come back tomorrow morning--we're a little short-handed right now." I bought the headlights, spent about $100, and walked out thinking everything was set. Fast-forward to the next morning. I show up expecting them to honor their word. Instead, I'm met with nothing but attitude and blank stares. The guy behind the counter says, "We don't do installs. What are you talking about?"--with an almost rude tone, as if I was making this up. I calmly show him my receipt and even point out the exact employee who told me to come back. His response? "I don't know why he told you that, we don't install headlights." No apology. No accountability. Just a shrug and a smirk. At that point, I had enough. I returned the headlights and told them exactly how I felt about their customer service. I don't do business with companies that lie, waste my time, and treat customers like fools. It's not even about the $100--it's about basic honesty and respect. Bottom line: This location doesn't honor their word, doesn't stand behind what their employees say, and couldn't care less about your time or money. Shop here at your own risk--but don't expect integrity or service. Never again...

Briana seemed to know what she was doing and gave us the amount that was needed and the right products. We shall see when the mechanic ( friend's son who has been a mechanic for years and working on the side) works on my car- I will update if there was anything amiss! Briana was very helpful. Also I was feeling very good at my purchase and about Napa because I saw if you donate money to the Fallen Heroes Fund for our servicemen, you can also get a free hat! I support our brave men that risked their lives for our country and their countrymen! Although I think the govt should support our troops more than they do in all areas, but we should all honor these courageous men and their families! So I am proud to support Nappa Auto Parts if they do this for our troops and our heroes so they know they are not forgotten or forsaken! I also support the Wounded Warriors Project as well- good causes for our men.

Can't do that!! You can order from their online store and have the part the following day at the store, I don't go any where else for Auto parts.

    My car battery died on my way home from shopping. Luckily, I was close to Costco Brentwood so i…read morebought the battery there. I didn't know Costco does not install batteries in your car. I called a couple of places: O'Reilly Antioch said they don't do it if it's not an O'Reilly battery. Then Another Auto Zone doesn't have anyone to install a battery until the next day in the afternoon. My last call was to Auto Zone in Oakley. Ethan answered the call & said "Sure, we can help you with that." I asked if I could come right away and his answer was, "Yeah, come on over." Ethan was just finishing up with a customer. When I told him that I called about installing a battery in my car. He went with me outside to asses what needed to be done & what tool he needed. He confidently said, "Oh, that's simple." He took the new battery from the trunk of my car then excused himself to get the tool he needed to do the job. He came out immediately. He worked quickly expertly & confidently in changing the old battery with the new one. He was done in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciate his skill, politeness & professionalism. Then when I asked how much I owed him, he said: "No charge!" That topped the cake! I highly recommend Auto Zone of Oakley in Main Street. Thumbs up to Ethan!
