No wandering the aisles of an auto parts store & feeling a like a complete dork because I'm so out of my element? Score! After I paid for my things, the helpful clerk offered to carry my new battery out to my car without me having to ask. I didn't realize how heavy it was until I got home & took it out of my trunk. Did you know those things are full of lead? He also replaced my wiper blades for me right there in the parking lot and threw away my old ones. Score again! A few weeks later, I came back with my old battery to get my $12 core deposit back. I was concerned because I'd lost the receipt. No problem. It was in their computer system under my phone number. And the clerk was even kind enough to print out a new receipt for me. Did I mention he offered tto do this without my having to ask? Well, he did. This place is awesome! For a gal like me, who only does basic DIY stuff with my car, I couldn't ask for more. According to the sticker on the window, they also loan specialty tools for repair work. Hmm. Maybe I'll start doing more stuff on my Corolla....

We didn't use the lining for at least 72 hours (24 is recommended), but we sure did throw a lot of things at it for it's first trip. We had a grill, camping equipment coolers and chairs. Even a curious bear! The standard lining protected the truck bed, was durable (no nicks or loss of shine). It even ties the truck's look together. This very unpleasant morning was turned around with the phenomenal and pleasant customer service of Zion Douglas as he stood outside in the pouring rain to help figure out if I needed to swap the battery or it was a bad starter, alternator or otherwise using their Auto Zone diagnostic tool. Turns out I just need to get another hour or so of driving in on the battery to get it back from 60% to 100% This is the kind of employee hiring managers should strive to find as a fantastic ambassador to this brand.
