A few weeks ago I had to have two tail lights replaced on my Hyundai Tuscon and Nathan helped me to do it right without breaking any of the plastic areas. It was a little complicated but Nathan is very knowledgeable and kept referring to the maintenance manual on his computer. It was a very hot day it took a while. I was so grateful that I went and bought all his crew some cold Arnold Pamer tea drinks. These guys are all great and know there cars. They helped my daughter in law one time, replace her battery, which on that car is a little tricky, and get her back on the road. I highly recommend this place for all your auto needs! My car had a check engine light so I needed to stop by a shop to confirm the issue. I didn't go to Auto Zone because of the service they had there so I decided to go O'Reilly this time. I asked one of the staff to assist me on the check engine light. Her name was Janis and she grabbed the scanner and walked with me to my car to do the job for me (unlike Auto Zone). She checked the issue on the computer and printed me the report. Janis was so helpful and willing to make sure to provide great service for her customers! read more

An employee named Justice went beyond my expectations. Changed out my two heavy ass batteries. Also he used their scanner to help diagnose a problem. On a holiday weekend he also gave me some tips on a local mechanic. All good ! read more

We just went in to get some windshield wipers have the two friendliest females working there that we have ever met in this town as workers it's raining it's actually pouring out we got windshield wipers and we don't know how to fix them because we are two females not saying that all females don't know how to do it. But these two female sure the hell don't but we'll learn pretty soon. The moral of the story is these two wonderful females stepped out in the pouring rain to try and help us fix our windshield wipers even though they've never dealt with this type of car before, and not one male that passed by you know knows how to do it stopped. we are drenched and don't know what the f*** we are doing. You mean to tell me out of about 10 15 males that entered the parking lot not one of you asked in the pouring rain if we needed help? It's sad what this world has come to these two wonderful ladies decided to help us and not one person that knew everything about cars stopped to help. Props to you ladies people need to take after them in the world would be a better place. And no I'm not saying poor us help us but you mean to tell me that not one person offered in the pouring rain to help to nitwits they don't know what the hell we're doing thanks LADIES! read more

Customer Service here is excellent. There's an Autozone closer to my house but drive farther to this location as I know I will get all my questions answered by the very helpful staff. Visited this store today for windshield wipers for my bf's truck and paint brushes for prep work. I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for- I do body work/ prep work for a living. But being a young woman (not in my work clothes either today) I'm assuming this lady thought I arrived clueless. When she asked what I was looking for and I told her paint brushes, She asked me what I was going to use it for? Why is that your business?? But I told her for prep work like rust mort.. she looked at me funny and said no I think you need a car brush. I said no.. I need a paint brush. She told me "we don't sell those here" then pointed me to an area with wire brushes and told me that's all they had. I highly doubted that since I was just looking online and they had the exact brushes I needed at the store online.. so I took it upon myself to check the rest of the store.. after 4 minutes or so of wondering around I found a pack of 6 paint brushes- Exactly what I was looking for! I thought she'd be happy that I found one of the items I came in for.. but when I told her "found them!" She said "oh I forgot about those" and rolled the STRONGEST eye roll I've ever seen. Surprised she didn't get a headache from that. Its like she was bothered that I found what I was looking for?? I was so shocked and at that point felt so unwelcome. Something tells me she's the manager since somebody else mentioned getting an eye roll in these reviews. Honestly the other employees even seemed bothered by her. But the other employees were actually very helpful and kind. You can get anything in this store at auto zone.. skip the bad customer service and no knowledge of products and go there instead! read more

This place is very unprofessional. My husband took a battery in to be charged. He was told to "put it on the 3rd table". No other instructions of what to do. He did exactly as he was told, but when he returned to pick up the battery, it was conveniently lost. We was told it was our fault because we did not leave information with them. But was not instructed to do so. They refused to offer a discount on a new battery. I will NEVER purchase anything at this location again. read more

It's very close to mi casa The staff are very friendly The staff doesn't make me feel like the automotive novice like I am The store mostly has what I need Their hours are convenient My recent trip here had me seeking a squeegie, while they didn't have exactly what I needed they did have some options. Got a box of blue def and the funnel that came with it was broken. When I went back in to ask for a replacement the manger acts like I was a bother to her with the only solution being to buy a new funnel. Great customer service. read more

Took my car to the dealer Friday and they said everything was fine, 4 days later, took my kids to school and my car wouldn't turn on. A parent helped jump start it and I went to O'Reilly and a very nice gentlemen named Juan was very helpful. He came out and tested my battery and helped get me a new battery at a good price. I phoned this place earlier today I was put on hold and Dorothy NEVER came back on the line. I hung up called back and a very nice guy helped me. I was quoted $36.00 for a motor mount. I sent my daughter down to pick the part. When she got home the part was $56.00. I called and spoke with Dorothy who instead of trying to fix my problem gave me attitude and acted like I was bothering her. I couldn't seem to make her understand that my problem wasn't only with the price it was with making sure that I have the right part. I am paying someone and if I was given the wrong part I needed to get the right one. She couldn't have cared less. I have a bad situation with them a few years ago but have been in a few times and had good service. This woman either hates her job or hates helping customers. I didn't actually buy anything, I just wanted to comment on the service. I was in town with my business (NorCal Rolling Video games) and needed a jump for my generator battery. Even tho there were about 12 people in the store one gentleman (I didn't get his name, sorry) took the time and jumped my battery. Made it to the party and the kids had a blast. Turns out we needed a new battery anyway, but I will forever be grateful to the gentleman that helped. So, thank you! read more
