This place is a scam for their so called running vehicles saying runs good, a/c works, no problems…read moremost $2595 to $4000. Knew we were looking for a car for my handicap brother on SS lives 30 miles from anything no electric only a well in a rv he's bought so much from this place paid $2595 for a car drove a mile and has blown head gasket, cracked block and so much more wrong but put new radiator, oil, coolant container, just made it look good. had it towed after a mile to an automotive place and checked it paid another $400 and this place wouldn't refund the ,only or any money would only trade it for another car and all have the same issues but state runs good, all the crap. Also said my brother is know for returning cars like he's trash when the last car had a salvage title and they didn't tell him, lied and the law is you have to state it because it takes a while to register and drive it. These people are so rude, greedy, no heart and rip you off. I don't recommend buying any cars from them they all say runs good but hidden major issues, wouldn't refund after just hours. Just heartless. the woman managers are just wrong and rip offs.

I spoke with a person by the name of Dando, which was very polite, once I paid for my engine, I'm told my mechanic would not get it till the following Monday, in which I was not happy about, cause when you pay $2,300.00 for something, you expect it right there and then, so I explained that I was an Independent Care Taker with one of my clients having Seizures and that I would need to file a complaint with corporate Office, unbeknown to me, they went ahead and pulled it, sent it to my mechanic on that Friday, so my vehicle sat all weekend till the following Monday when I called and spoke with a Raul that had knowledge of this situation, but neither Glendale Auto Wrecking or my mechanic gave me a call to let me know it was there. Ohhhh and by the way, because we had to walk to Walmart, my client had a dang seizure that caused him to get treatment there and taken to the hospital, lack of communication is there biggest down fall. After my conversation with Raul, he tells me, aren't you going to say thank you and your sorry! Ughhhhhhh! you all lacked communication, but nice guys.

Is an actual pain in the ass to these folks. The dude likes to get disrespectful pretty quickly when his "team" don't do shit asap or as he told me "the way I want things done" so in other words not the right way. Not only that but the workers there get shit DONE idgaf what he says lmfao I have seen many, many, many times on extreme busy days how Larry and Jr clear out the area full with customers while receiving calls for parts all at once. So I called triple A and had them tow it (less than 4 miles) to the new shop. Anyway, unbenounced to me, they told the new shop that I didn't pay for repairs done at their shop that they did on my car. If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? So they can overcharge me and get them a cut? I don't know. It's just weird and unprofessional.
