Staff is very helpful every time we go in and actually come out and look at our car to make sure we get the correct part.

I went to O'Reilly's because my windshield wipers needed more fluid. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and helped me. I didn't know how to fill up my windshield wiper fluid and so I had one of the associates help me. It didn't work at first so we opened up the hood again.... My hose was old and it was spilling. These people were SO HELPFUL. They fixed/replaced my hose for me and didn't stop helping until the problem was fixed. I don't know much about cars so for someone to be patient and continue to help meant a lot to me. Thank you guys!!!!!!! read more

I have shopped here several times and each time the staff has been friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I am super happy with them this week as my battery died. I have resigned myself to to having to buy a new battery every year since I moved the valley of the sun three years ago. However, this time after testing my battery and seeing it really was shot they looked up my purchase of it, which was at a different O'Reilly Auto Parts Store, and they handed me a new battery without charge as it was still under warranty. I have been coming here, many years now, for any of my cars issues. I usually buy OEM parts, but if it's something not too serious I'll stop by and grab the tools or parts. I just have to say that i am extremely impressed with their service every time i set foot in the store. I have not had a bad experience ever. Every employee is friendly and extremely knowledgeable! In particular Ghassan, Noah, and Jack are the best in my opinion. They always have an idea on pretty much anything i ask and can always answer all my questions. My car had trouble starting yesterday morning. I knew my battery must be going bad. I dropped my kids off to school and went to O'Reilly's to have them check my battery. (Since it should still be under warranty) For 8AM they were busy. I waited and finally an older man said he would test my battery. He asked me to start my car. It started up fine. He tells me that there is nothing wrong with my battery. But will check it anyway. I turn my car off and he hooks up his little device. He tells me that my battery is 30% low and that I need to charge my battery. He said that my battery has a lot of life in it still. He told me to come back this afternoon and he will charge it for me. He then told me that my alternator was bad and it wasn't the battery. He only checked to see if my battery was bad nothing was checked about the alternator. I leave and run some errands. I stopped to get gas and went to start my car up and it wouldn't turn over. AAA came out and with the same little device told me that my battery has a bad cell. Printed off the report so I can prove to O'Reilly's that it is the battery. AAA jumped my car and off I went to another O'Reilly's they checked my battery and Alternator. He told me that my Alternator was good but I had a bad cell. I explained to him that I went to the 59th Ave store and they told me that nothing is wrong with the battery. Gary at the Lake Pleasant store told me that I should call the store and let them know that their machine might be broken since I did have a bad battery. Called asked to speak to a manager. Spoke with Jess who I told him first off that I wasn't calling to complain but, I wanted them to be aware that their battery test machine might be broken. I also told him that the older man told me that my alternator was bad. I also check with my mechanic and he told me that I would know if it was my Alternator. Told him the story and he proceeded to tell me that he was a certified mechanic and me and my Mechanic didn't know what we were talking about. He got really defensive. I told him that I was just call to have them check their machine not to start anything. He then was completely rude. I told him that I will go to a different store instead of the 59th Ave. store. He then hung up on me...... I had always bought my batteries and other car needs at their store. Not anymore. read more

This is a used car salesman at his finest. Selling you the highest priced products and trying to sneak in extras that you don't need or want. When questioned about it, his reply is that they are out of the cheaper one or that the cheaper part won't fit. So I am not sure what Manager was on duty when others left their feedback, but I have to say Ghassan who is the Assistant Manager is the best! I knew I needed a new battery and was told by the dealer there was some corrosion on the battery terminal. When Ghassan opened up the hood - it was more than a "little" - it was quite a big mass of corrosion. Ghassan used both Coke and baking soda to completely clear away the corrosion - funny, isn't my dealer supposed to take care of that?!? Ghassan was friendly, helpful and was intent on providing excellent customer service. I will definitely go back to this location - if you want first-class service -ask for Ghassan! read more

I was running around town when I saw an undercarriage panel hanging on my car. O'Reilly was the closet store to me. Danny (manager) helped me find body panel retainers for my vehicle. This store did not have the part I needed, and I therefore was told to drive to the next location miles away to get it today. They gave me the wrong part! My local store of this national chain, the first store, would not take the return, and made me drive back to the other store! The gas I spent and my emotional health make their part more expensive than the dealer I think. When I got to the other store by the way, the manager was shocked that the first store didn't take it back. Apparently this location just didn't want to do the work. Definitely use a competitor. read more

Rick and Ed were fabulous tonight. My battery went dead on my car in the middle of a nasty storm. I went to O Reilly's right away to get my battery replaced. They both worked diligently on my vehicle, even though my cable and connector to my battery were completely corroded. They were able to get my car running, so that I could drive it again. They answered all of my questions and educated me on what needed to be done in the near future. I am grateful for both of them and the great customer service I received. I have never written a review in my life, but I'm so mad walking out of this place and have been pushed over the edge. I just took a battery back that was under warranty and was told I'd already warrantied the battery once (which isn't true, I warrantied the battery before it because it too died before two years, happens in AZ). It was a huge pain, the manager was extremely condescending, blaming my truck, questioning everything but the battery. I've had a new battery in from Walmart for three weeks and not one problem. With his battery if the truck sat for two days it was beyond dead. I charged it, I drove it, two days of sitting it was dead on three different occasions, but clearly my fault. Guy was a jerk and have lost my business for good. Reality check for you Mr. Manager, your battery carries a 2 year warranty, just shut up and honor it. read more
