Before going I asked for a quote for just the labor to change all breaks and rotors on crossover SUV. They said around $675 only for labor (not parts). It is on the very high end. I decide to take my car since it's nearby. After they finished, they added another $93 to the bill for "fees", totaling the bill before tax at $767 for only labor to change the break pads and rotors. I asked them about the $93 and they said it is for things that we used. But I walked out knowing that I could have gotten this done, for much less somewhere else, I just did not expect the additional $93 because over the phone my agreement with them was $675 total, they gave me their word, but hit me with a $767 bill total without mentioning the $93 fees. I saw it over my phone after I got the bill texted to me. My suggestion is check the price before going and you can be sure that you find cheaper prices if you drive a little further outside of Bethesda. After getting back I got a quote from Jiffy Lube, next to Auto Clinic Care, and they said $1000 for changing all the rotors and pads including the parts and labor. That means Auto Clinic Care ripped me off with $767 for just labor (I supplied all the parts).
