Jack & Graham we're ridiculously helpful. Ive never ever been to an auto shop of any kind where people were genuinely happy to provide great service. You could tell they were knowledgable, they enjoyed what they did, and they worked well together (at least from what I saw). Being a woman, most people jump at the chance to tell me something is messed up or that I need to repair something else. I have to say that these two gentlemen were some of the nicest I've met since I moved to Nashville 3 years ago. And especially in times like these, it means the world to someone else whose worked in the service industry And knows just how mean people can be. I asked for Freon replacement for my 2021 Kia Soul because my ac had suddenly stopped working. Sales person was completely unfamiliar with my car or the situation. When I asked if anyone was available to help me install, he literally laughed in my face. Still washing away his spittle. I understand that Auto Zone employees have limits as to how much they can help customers, however no one has the right to laugh/spit in a customers face. After having been scurried on my way with no help/no instructions, I was blessed to find an IMMIGRANT to our beautiful country who was willing to help me. He is from Russia, his name is Alex. I was having trouble with a stripped oil pan plug from a previously bad oil change and the guys at this auto zone (Ty in particular) helped me for almost 2 hours with his own tools helping my remove the screwed up plug AND helped change my oil!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Seriously go see them if you need car stuff. read more

I bought something here and we didn't some in the garage so I took it back the same day. A friendly cashier gave me a refund to the card I used to purchase it with. A few weeks later only the charge to my card and not refund was on my statement. After calling the store they can't find the refund or the purchase and have nothing on the books that day for the amount of my purchase! They offered me no resolve except a gift card for their store. I would not recommend this store and I regret doing business with them. It's been a huge headache. read more

Manager provides great service. Some workers appear stressed out and unable to keep up with the customer load. Staff are not that informative but research before you come in the store and you will be fine. They have mostly what you need. read more

I took my car here to get the battery replaced, but the worker could not get the battery out. The worker was unfriendly and short with me. He recommended I take it to another place to get a new part that they didn't have, but at the next place they informed me that the worker at autozone had broken the $40 part and that's why they were unable to replace my battery. The next place (O'Reillys on Charlotte) was able to easily replace the battery and the broken part. read more

Out of the three auto parts stores that come to mind, Autozone is usually the one I'll aim for first, as they have been the most helpful in my 19 years of driving. This one was the absolute worst. The lady that "helped" me told me they weren't allowed to do things I wasn't asking anyone to do as soon as I walked through the door. All I needed was help identifying the model of battery inside my key fob. She greeted me by saying they aren't allowed to touch them and I have to do it myself. She half heartedly offered me a screwdriver. I'll admit, in the moment, I refused. I failed at opening the fob, as someone has done it for me at an autozone every other time I've entered a store in the last 20 years. Left with blood running down my hand from my fingernail as a result. Drove 2.1 miles down the road to the Advanced Auto Parts on Temple road and they couldn't have been more helpful. read more
