As soon as I walked in the door Don asked me what I was in for, he immediately started looking up what size wipers I needed. He quickly got to grabbing the size and brand that the store computer recommended, he then went out into the rain to check the adapter size on my car to make sure they matched. When the store didnt have the right size for the brand recommended, he got the next brand size but still gave me the lower price of the original recommended brand. Don did multiple trips out to the rain to replace my wipers and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Will only go to this Auto Zone in the future because of this experience.

Since it was taking a little longer than expected to complete their service, they asked if I could move to the other lane so they can service my car. Once I was in the lane, I was pleasantly greeted and asked a few questions regarding my mileage, oil preference, etc. Just FYI, Valvoline always has coupon codes for synthetic or conventional oil changes. Who doesn't like saving a little money lol! They also perform a maintenance check on your car as well, which is nice. In less than 20 minutes, my oil was changed and everything was complete. One of them even helped me reset my service light in my car, which I really appreciated. The staff are always extremely pleasant and friendly! I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

Family member went to this business the other day and was rejected for their inspection for the…read morefollowing: Front tires too little tread - agreed the vehicles eats through tires and need to be replaced. Hood - vehicle dented from being in accident and inspector claims it doesn't close all the way. I beg to differ. The hoods closes and latches completely, doesn't shake, vibrate, and is unable to be open without a pull of the handle. So not sure how closed and latched it needs to be as according to the inspector manual it should have passed. The hood is partially dented and small gap created from accident three years ago was created over the front right head light. I shouldn't have to hit it with a hammer and bend it back. Plus it passed the last three years with the hood like this and once previously at this facility. Front right headlight not secured - well again front right corner involved in an accident. A bracket was created to secure the front right headlight to a rigid service, preventing it from being able to shake or move and is angles to proper beam direction in accordance with the inspectors manual. Again it passed the past three years ago exactly as I have it now. Lastly rear window tint bubbles - window was failed for having small bubbles in rear window. Again the window has passed the last five inspections like this and even once at this specific shop. So if this is the case all windows with illegal tint should fail to include all the trucks with the windshields as it prevents the driver from being able to see clearly and distorts their vision. I will replace the tires drive down the street to another facility and I guarantee they will pass the vehicle. Don't bring your vehicle here unless you have days on end to bring it back and forth. It's an inspection like chill out as if people can afford to lose time off of work for your nit picking especially when it complies with the vehicle inspection manual.

I brought my vehicle in for service, and what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a series of broken promises and wasted time. I was repeatedly told different times to pick up my vehicle, only for each "ready for pickup" time to pass with no call, no explanation, and no vehicle ready. Because of these constant delays and false assurances, I ended up missing a day and a half of work, costing me both time and income. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and each time I tried to get an honest update, I was met with conflicting information from different employees. I expect transparency and accountability when trusting a business with my vehicle and my time, and Firestone failed on both fronts.
