You can always call ahead and see if they carry what you are looking for, and if they don't have what you need they can typically order it for you. Portsmouth was the only shop in the region that could get it done not just in 10 days, but the next day. They had the parts on site. They installed the hitch and a 7-way electric plug with no problems whatsoever. All the other dealers needed 2-3 weeks to get the parts! This shop is FABULOUS, they have a large inventory of Truck and RV parts and accessories. Their waiting room is generous in size and has a TV and WIFI. The staff is invested in your success and care about you. Working with them was a wonderful experience. They even give you a cash discount, if you want to save 3%. I'm keeping them in my rolodex. BTW, when we arrived the store was in a little disarray. After viewing the price of the engine filter, I declined to buy it and Thank God I did because when I went to Auto Zone, the engine air filter was TOTALLY different than what the other guy gave me. The man at Auto Zone took the time to get SPECIFIC details about my car to get the CORRECT part. And it was cheaper. I know where to go next time.
