Technician exchanges the radiator. Not this time, Cottman performs a coolant pressure test, finds no leaks, and presumes radiator is fine because it's not leaking. Sees condenser pulled off to the side and charges to reinstall it(138$ ish total - 2 screws.) Charging to do something that's not going to fix the client original concern. When in all reality a technician has already diagnosed the radiator to be clogged yet doesn't have time to replace it for said client. Could've been a easy couple hundred for a shop, and a couple hours for their hardworking techs but the host didn't stay in the phone long enough for the client to explain properly.

When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

Called other auto shops in the area and was told that I would have to drop off my car for 1 to 2…read moredays since all state inspection is first-come and first-serve and there was a wait. Decided to stop by Speedy since it was in the most convenient location for me, and if I had to wait or leave my car then so be it. Front desk service was friendly, was told it would take up to an hour so I decided to wait. Waiting area is small but clean with comfortable chairs and water. I brought my game console to keep myself occupied but they finished inspecting my car within 40 minutes and I was off on my merry way. Definitely will come back for future car inspections.
