The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service.

After further inspection he found out it was a piece of sharp bent up metal lodged into her tire that was causing the slow air leakage. The gentleman immediately said he could fix it which was a major plus because her tires were basically new and had a a lot of tread on them! After he pulled the metal out and plugged the hole it was as good as new and he stated it would last the full length of the tire life. I will say this was a quick and convenient transition by this gentleman, he was polite the whole way through and also asked how my daughter and I was doing today when we first arrived!. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but his professionalism was through the roof during this short transaction of getting my daughter's tire plugged up! They also let us know they had free air ( which is hard to find anywhere nowadays )! Other than Wawa I don't know anywhere else that offers free air anymore. Paying for air is preposterous but that another topic for another review on another day! I would definitely return and I'm sure my daughter will too.
