The last time that I went to this facility was when it was warmer in 2025. I paid for the top car wash and left of $15 tip. I drove off to run some more errands and when I came back to put my bags in the back of the car I saw that the roof of my car had not been washed at all and had plenty of dirt on it to prove it. I felt very disappointed. I didn't have time to go back because I was prepping to leave town for work. I felt ripped off. if I could give no starts I would. windows are spotty, seats are half way vacuumed. door jams and next to seats not vacuumed. cup holders and gear shift console not wiped down. dust still everywhere. if you want to charge people $50 for a basic wash, and have 5 people working on one car. it better be clean. do not come here. read more

The did not vacuum under my floor mats. My console was still dusty. The worst part is that they wiped down my interior with musty smelling rags. They spent less than five minutes cleaning the inside. I felt like they rushed and did a poor quality job. Complete waste of money. read more

I normally wash and take care of my own car but brought my moms car over here in a pinch. The pollen had slowly taken over and the carpets were pretty dusty and gravely from usual car use. Took advantage of a managers special that took care of the wash and interior. The guys are very friendly and helpful. Quick and work well even if it is blazing hot outside. After the car goes through the wash, it is towel dried and taken care of quickly... no water spots and your car is left sparkling clean. Definitely gave them a good tip for a job well done and my mp was super happy about the cleanliness of her car. read more

***Update just drove down the hill after getting my car and this is how my center console looks after a car wash. Autobelle if you want to get ahold of me you can direct message me yourself. I am not the kind of person to complain but this is just not cool. (This happened on November 24) Having just moved here from California this is the first full service car wash I have visited. And they didn't set the standards too high. The workers are friendly but they just didn't do a great job. You can see the areas they skipped on the interior. There was still some dust on my console and the cup holders and area around my shifter weren't even touched let alone cleaned. Sopped by this place couple of times. Bought a full wash and cleaning package but wasn't happy with quality. So a week later decided to just do wash and wipe the car myself ( brought my own towels).. Then yesterday decided to go through wash again ( the car wasn't nicely washed, so I asked to borrow their towel to wipe the back and so on, but they said that since I bought just wash, they can't give me a towel to borrow for 10 minutes). After a 10 hour car ride from NY with a golden retriever and a toddler I was in desperate need of a car wash. I got the top of the line service and added a master vacuum for $15 extra. Service was quick but half of the inside of my car wasn't even touched. I still had dust and stains on my console and interior and I had to ask the guy to vacuum up a whole pile of dog food he left in the trunk. I also didn't get the fragrance that was supposed to be included. I even tipped $15 before I saw the inside, I probably won't come back. read more

Workers are friendly but I just paid $27 for a sub par exterior wash and window cleaning and a very minimal vacuum! I typically wash my own car and this is exactly why. Just awful for the money I paid! Never again! Shame on you Autobell! read more

There is a reason why I've stayed away from Autobell for so many years. Every experience I've ever had has been horrible. Today, I decided to quit being a jerk and try them again. Drove 20 min to the closest one in Stallings. The kids working here are nice and are literally 16-18 years old. It's hard to get mad at them because that's probably how they were taught. I don't think there was a manager on duty and if there was one he must have been one of the kids. BUT they did a HORRIBLE job. Payed $49 for the manager's special expecting to get a clean car and polished interior and some fragrance. I watched them, he literally took a rag and wiped it around with some cleaner and called it a day. He didn't even do that right. Half my dashboard is missing the shine. My seats weren't vacuumed. The trunk wasn't touched. The door jams weren't touched. There was still a whole wad of pollen sitting in my door jam. The windshield wasn't wiped down and dried. The side view mirrors were still dirty. There were still bugs stuck on the front of my car. I don't have time to sit there and tell them every little thing they did wrong. That's the managers job. I will not be returning to this autobell or any other one, ever. I wasted $49 and a $10 for a hack job that a 5 year old could have done. read more

This location, just off Idlewild & 485, is very visible from the street but a little tricky to actually get to. You've got to go through the shopping center parking lot into the back corner to get into this place. Once you've managed that, it's like all the other Autobell Car Washes. Plenty of options to choose from. These guys did a great job on my car. I went with the manager's special...full wash inside and out plus the tire shine & a fragrance in the car. For $23 bucks, not bad every once in a while. Service was fast and friendly. read more

What a disappointment. I don't expect my car to be detailed, but for $34 I also don't expect to have to go home and finish cleaning my car. I asked them to re-vacuum a section of the front floor, and re-wipe the side of the driver's seat. They took the car away, brought it back and it was no different. Didn't clean the cup holders or the area around the gear shift. They charge extra for Armor All, but miss so many places. Really a disappointment. read more

Autobell has to be the worst car wash in the business. These guys never do it right the first time. I always have to point out areas where they missed the dash or windows. The wheels are NEVER cleaned properly. You'd think they would take more pride in their work. read more
