Their pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received, and while the job wasn't completed especially quickly, the turnaround time was reasonable and within what I expected. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that several of my gloss black lug nuts were heavily marred during the installation and will likely need to be replaced. My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process. Other than that, the experience was positive and I'd consider using them again.

The check engine light was on so we couldn't smog it. Took it up our mechanic in Santee and they found a problem with the catalytic converter. They said one side was bad and recommended Hanson's to get it fixed. I called Hanson's and was able to get an appointment for the next day. While the car was there they found another problem that was an inexpensive fix. They were able to install the cat and make the other fix the same day. Overall I am very impressed with the work, service, and advice/direction I received from Hanson's.

We took our art work in with us to try and get it exactly how we imagined the vehicle to look. Steve was awesome helping us get the placement right. Alec also stepped in and made suggestions on the finish product. Here is the kicker and main reason for the 5 star review. Once we agreed to go with a matte instead of gloss the process began. When we went to pick it up there was a mix up somewhere and gloss was installed on the vehicle. Instead of just tearing it off and starting over they did something unprecedented. Because the gloss looked good before the tore it off they printed out a matte finish logo and put it on the door so we could compare the 2. We chose the matte finish and with in minutes they had the original wrap off and was printing the new the one. In less than 24 hours they were 100% complete with the re-wrap of the vehicle. No questions asked. If you ever find better customer service than that. I suggest you hold on to it. I know we will take all of our future work to these guys no questions asked. I attempted this....and found that system failing....unable to ask pointed questions. Ultimately, 12 Volt just did not return my emailed questions. I wanted to utilize their services....as they are highly rated. Had to move on...... Twelve Volt should reconsider their method of customer service and communication.
