STAY AWAY,spent 9 days trying to get in touch with office,sign on door said open 9 to noon and call…read morenumber after that until 5PM.Office was closed everyday so called over and over,finally got a call back after 5 days and scheduled a service call.Tech showed up and we told him furnace was intermittent running and house was cold.As he started checking wires it came on and he said it was fixed and gave me bill and told me to call him at number he called me at when he arrived if it quit again.5 minutes after he left it quit again,tried calling number he gave me over and over,tried everyday for next 12 days and tried office number and drove to officemstill no answer,Kept calling tech and he finally called me wondering who was calling him so much (no voicemail) and found out he gave me his personal number and gave me his work cell number and said he would come over Saturday morning on his own time to fix it and I told him to call me before coming over so i could be there to open house for him.He said about 10AM would work.Saturday morning I was listening for phone by 8AM,no call by 10AM,no call by 10:15 so I went to house to wait,called from house both numbers over and over til 5PM,no response ! Tried following week over and over but no response,finally had to call someone else to fix it and they came over in morning and found problem in less than a minute,bad air valve,cost me $37 in parts,works great now,Now they billed me and I refused to pay as they didn't do anything and explained I called office and tech more than 50 times in 2 1/2 weeks with no response,they now sent it to collection agency ! I have used them for new furnaces and A/C units in all my income properties and my house for over 30 years,but now seems they are out of business ? At least they act like thay are out of business ! When it arrived, my tenant sent me pictures of the "repaired" drawer, which was clearly broken before it was delivered. The controller didn't work from the get-go. The fridge continually froze everything. And yes, my tenants adjusted the thermostat..... So, I called Waln again, and he came out and put in another refurbished controller. It did not work...again. My tenants have been without a fridge for a month at this point. At this point, we bought a brand new fridge, and asked for a refund from Waln. I received MUCH push back. He did not want to honor a 30 day refund for a refrigerator that never worked...not even one day. Eventually, He agreed he would contact my tenants and arrange pickup. They have not heard him over two weeks later, and I'm sure at this point, I'm out $300. Please beware. We now have a junk fridge at our rental, and he also hauled away a very nice fridge that needed an easy fix. We just couldn't get any one out that could fix it and not charge us an arm and a leg. So, he has my money and my nicer fridge. I feel like I've been stolen from. It's really unfortunate to be taken advantage of like that. Please beware!!!
