This showed me that this company cares about its reputation and had high standard of customer service. We talked and Thomas told me he would refund me the cost of the alternator. Recently they charged me $220 just to do an OBD II computer check on my Check Engine Light. Don't have someone drop off their car, let it sit there for hours, and then casually tell them you never got around to it.
