They lent me one of their courtesy cars which required no paperwork for me to sign or acknowledge -- so in essence, I could have gotten tickets for the courtesy car without worrying to pay it! But of course, that was just a thought. It seemed a bit shady at first, without being able to see structure and procedure from how they took my car, inspected it without taking any notes and assigned me to a courtesy car. From my understanding "Lifetime warranty" means at any point in time after you get your car worked on at their shop , if a problem arises due to their work they promise to fix it. No matter how long time has passed. Hence the Lifetime part. The second you drive it off their lot and later find something wrong with your vehicle the new manager will try to say the warranty is voided because it was approved and "fully fixed" when you signed and pick up your vehicle up from them. Which doesn't make much sense. I understand accidents happen , things can be missed at first glance, and there could have been a possible miss judgement from their estimator..but still they choose to ignore that possibility completely. Which makes me think about , will anyone ever be able to use the lifetime warranty they promise to stand by ? This location will make up fake scenarios (Other reviews also talk about the same thing) and use them as excuses like "Its just the way my car is built" or " it looks like it possibly was worked on at a different shop and it will no longer be their job to fix any more" ,and "the broken part must have happened after we fixed it, it's been too long and you would have noticed this problem sooner". Which once again ..Shouldn't matter how long it takes for me to notice. Once I notice, it should be fixed. My car is…read morerelatively new so to ensure I was going by the book I spoke to ICBC for approved estimate/repair places, and the dealership where I bought the car to see if they could make any recommendations on factory/warranty approved repairs. Add in the consensus from a few trusted friends and I was pointed here. I was apprehensive (as to be expected when your car is your baby). And let's face it, the less often you need to patronize this type of business, the better. The repair was extremely well done, the car was as good as new and the wash and vacuum and other detailing work in the interior was impeccable. They even detailed the regular fabric floor mats I store in my trunk that I never use. The repair was completed ahead of schedule (they quoted a two week turnaround but it was done in just one). The thank you card and token were a nice touch. I'm only shaving off a star for communication; some constructive feedback I feel should be noted. This location does not have courtesy cars -- they work with Hertz to provide alternative transportation while your car is in the shop. The way the rental was positioned and explained by the agent implied I would be paying for it, or at least gave me the impression taking a rental was discouraged, so my initial response was to say no to a car. I had to go back to ICBC to confirm this rental car would not be paid for out of my own pocket and that repair shops are required to provide you a substitute set of wheels unless you decline. Then I had to loop back in with the shop to ensure I would have a rental reserved for my drop-off day. When I arrived to drop my car off for the repair they still had me down as not needing a rental. That was the only hiccup and again could have just been a miscommunication. Overall, though, a great experience and I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again (though as I mentioned I hope I never have to!)

When I returned the rental vehicle to pick up my own car, I was told there was a scratch above the tire area and I was charged $1,610. This was very surprising and disappointing. The vehicle was not thoroughly inspected with me at pickup, and there was no clear, detailed documentation provided regarding the vehicle's pre-existing condition. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. A few years ago, I used a different body shop and did not have any issues. I am attaching photos for transparency. I recommend that future customers carefully document the vehicle (take detailed photos and videos) before leaving the lot. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
