After i booked online, the inspector, Dabo contacted me right away to confirm the details, and he arrived at the dealership on time. Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

Well if the work you provide doesn't last for 2 years, you have still covered your time and effort, but not for the client, we still need to come back and have the work done again, we lose time, but because your MORE expensive, your time is covered. Steve first added some coolant to see how bad the leak was and to see if I could maybe just make it home but the leak was pretty bad and I didn't want to risk blowing a head gasket. That kind of price jump felt excessive and misleading. I chose not to move forward and ended up getting both my rear brakes and rotors done elsewhere for $320. I'd strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before committing here. Prices seem to run much higher than expected. I wanted to update this review. I don't think it's worth a one star however I was just not happy with the miscommunication. I feel you should let your customers know ahead of time that they don't have the option to choose.

Nothing's more stressful than going on a road trip, and getting a flat tire before you head to your…read moredestination. That's what happened to me recently heading down to SoCal from NorCal. Just got out of insane traffic on the 405 just to hear rumbling on my tires, and the next thing I knew, I had trouble maneuvering my car. Great. So in a hurry I got off the nearest exit, and managed to safely stop at a gas station. Now I'm stressing out a bit because I didn't expect this to happen, so I'm sitting in my car and just making calls for help, until I looked around and discovered the 76 has an auto shop attached to it. Walked up to the garage to see if anyone was around, and met Mike who was seemingly cleaning up for the day, asked him if he could help me out with my flat tire situation. Told me he was closed a bit ago, which brought my hopes down for a bit, until he asked me "what happened?" Told him what happened and he said "Yeah, I'm technically closed, but it's all good, I can help you out." So Mike went the extra mile to help me take out my flat tire and put on my spare, since I really needed to be back on the road and find a place which was still open to replace my tires while time was still on my side. He did a quick and thorough swap and I was ready to go in no time. While it was all happening, we kept a very nice conversation while we were installing the tire. Extremely nice guy and a great sense of humor! If you're reading this Mike I hope you have fun on your trip! And thank you again for helping me in an emergency! I will never forget your kindness :)
