Possibly this shop is meant for repair issues which they did get my electronics under control. I just felt like others could be spared expense for basic oil change. That hurts! I was able to get an appointment quickly and they worked with me so someone else could drop off and pick up my vehicle. Badger Glass called me during the appointment to let me know how much it would cost and what the problem was. It turns out the window was not placed in the window track and it was a super easy fix. They helped me out yet again by allowing my vehicle to stay there overnight so I could have someone pick it up (as I was still out of state). Secretary scheduled me for a Tuesday, however didn't hear anything until Thursday evening where they sent me the codes that I had already pulled off with my code reader. Friday morning, I get a message that I will be charged extra due to liquid melting back of my truck. Well after a $400 bill $260 tow bill to get the truck to this location and then another $200 bill to get it towed to another shop. I'm into this over $800 for them to pull a couple computer codes off of my truck that already done. I recommend going to Pearson's auto or gas and diesel doctor if you're in the Fairbanks area.

Their car wash services is nice but with them telling me to call them to make an appointment and never called me back is what I considered not good for business. I tried to confront them about it today since they are "Opened" and there was only one car outside and the door was opened. When I walked in, there was no one in there. Seriously, learn to lock the doors if no one is gonna be at work.
