I really appreciated the honest quality service I received here. I had been to several muffler repair shops and heard everything from needing a new exhaust system to others telling me it could be patched. Everyone wanted a lot of money to fix my car. I stopped in here as a last check and I was so pleasantly surprised. The manager that helped me was so friendly and informative. He explained I just needed a muffler and proceeded to check his stock to see if he had a suitable replacement. He was nice enough to tell me he had a close match but if I wanted to try and find a better one he understood. The price he quoted me was very fair and the work done made a huge difference. All I wanted was a simple muffler tip swap. I was told they could look at it but may not be able to get it done but to bring it by so they could see. 20 mins later, I show up and they had closed and left. I went there for an alignment. Jason put the car on the lift and after the inspection he said he does not recommend an alignment. Since he suspect other factors can be causing the alignment issue. So no work was done other than putting the car on the lift and the inspection. No alignment done but Jason still charged me for a 4 wheel alignment I got on Groupon. The Groupon was for a 4 wheel alignment not for a 15 minute job with no alignment. He wouldn't even give me a break or say use the Groupon next time when an alignment is actually done. Next time I'll just take it to another shop that will do the work I pay for. read more

I came here because I got a groupon however after discussing with Jason my needs of my car i opted to refund the deal and go with his suggestions. I couldn't of been more happy with the service Jason provided me. He even called a few times to tell let me know of some issues and he even let me know my back brakes didnt need to be done yet...how is that for service. Unprofessional. Tried to let them know something wasn't right about the repair they did. Instead of saying "come by and let me look at it that don't sound good" I got argued with. Basically had to fight to get them to even trust me about the issue. Then they saw the issue and was all nice about it afterwards. Just hella unprofessional by all means. I took my car here to have it diagnostic today. The shop wasn't open as stated; even though I had arrangements to bring it in. After waiting 45 min, someone finally arrives. The guy complained about my car smoking & other personal reasons & excuses not to work on my car. My car is a 1986 Chevrolet Corvette. The shop was dirty and unorganized. 01/27/2021 ** BEWARE -- This is not a place to take your vehicle, shady stuff going on. ** I had a groupon for a 4 wheel alignment. I called them yesterday and they stated to come in today at 2PM. When I got there, I was informed the internet was down and they could not complete the alignment. I have the ability to work remotely so I let them know i'll work from their lobby and if the internet comes up that is good, but if not, i'll return another day. Towards the end of the day at 4:45PM, the technician comes back into the lobby and states the internet did not come back up and will have to try another day. I was ok with this as i took the chance of it not coming back up. When I asked for my keys, the technician went into the garage to retrieve them and then told me that my front two windows are completely down and that it just started raining. I told him i NEVER leave my windows down especially on a rainy day. He then said... I'm just letting know as to imply that i left my windows down. The car was completely drenched on the inside. In addition, my two hubcaps on the passenger were not completely secured and they were just hanging on there partially secured. I can't help but wonder 1) why did they put both windows down, 2) what work did they really do by taking the two hubcaps off and 3) there was no work authorization form completed? If their internet was down, there was no reason for them to even get in my vehicle.... I cancelled the groupon and will be taking my business elsewhere. I love this shop. They've pretty much done all of my mechanical work for the last 4 years. Only issue that I have is that they claim to open at 9am yet there's never anyone here at 9am and I always have to wait. Even after making a 9am appointment, still no one is there at 9am. Came in because we thought we had an exhaust leak. Unfortunately it was almost time for them to close so I could not get a diagnostic. Came in next day and they were able to help me. Told me exactly what was wrong. Didn't have them fix the issue due to how exaggerated price was to fix it but at least I was able to know exactly what was wrong with my car. Do recommend! Got a brake job and wheel alignment using Groupon. I ended up needing the front rotors replaced too, which I kind of suspected might be needed. I'm satisfied with the work done and the price for the extra parts and labor, the parts pricing was in line with if I'd bought the parts myself. Got there on time, was met by a nice, funny & accommodating man. He wasnt wearing a mask or gloves. He didnt wipe my steering wheel. He took my car for about 10mins. He didnt ask me or tell me that he was taking my car anywhere but in the bay. When it was done, he gave me a dirty, complicated read out. The read out showed that he kept it within spec, but didnt properly adjust my alignment. I called back after I showed my husband the read out. I told the guy that it was still pulling and the toe wasnt adjusted. In stead of saying, "well I'm sorry, bring it back and well fix it". I was told he heard my husband on the phone (I was in the B of A parking lot over 50ft away) say the N word.. Wait what!? I told him that I was on hold the whole time I waited for my car. He insisted that he heard what he heard. Um.. was that a ploy to get me off the phone? I hung up in shock and disgust that he said that to me. If this place makes things racial to avoid good customer service than.. you might want to think twice before visiting this place. Oh and 2 other people showed up while he left the store front... they left because NO ONE was there. ... who does that? read more

I have never written a review but these guys deserve 5 stars. I took my moms car in; her check engine light was on. Within a matter of hours they replaced the catalytic converter, breaks, one tire that was in very bad shape and performed an alignment. All services were very affordable! If I could I would give them 10 Stars I would! I found this place last year when I needed front brakes. I thought that I needed back brakes and drove my car down there. Not only did they tell me my brakes were fine they explained that the light I thought was a brake light warning, was actually a tire pressure light. When I picked up my car not only did they not charge, me but they filled my tires with air too. This is my place for all my car needs. My sister and niece took me to pick up the car and now will use them also. It's so hard to find an honest car shop...thank you guys! read more

This place is legit. Being a young female with little knowledge of cars, I don't trust any mechanic. I know places take advantage so I'm always skeptical and on edge. I dealt with the owner of the shop and I never felt like he was trying to bs me. Very straight forward and honest. You can tell he's a respectable man who works hard and knows what he's doing. I came in for alignment since my car had been shaking and of course there was more to it. It got handled then and there in amazing time for being a last minute addition to my appointment and he even managed to have to part available. Called to get an estimate for a tune up for a 2012 hyundai sonata, I couldnt get a straight answer on the price, he was all over the place from 3-800 depending on what it needed. Its sad to see shops that rip people off, based on reviews I cant imagine what the charge would be once they get you in the door. Took my 1993 Toyota Camry there (258K) after failing smog and they diagnosed and worked with me over multiple visits and phone calls to repair the issue and get it to pass. At the very end of the "Smog Test Wars of 2014" (4 failures), Mike called the smog technician that failed my car for supposedly having incorrect timing and politely spoke to him in "car guy" terms that he was WRONG and my car was timed perfectly. Needed new Catalytic converter I would recommend them for any exhaust related or Motor work. Although I had to take it back for them to check again, they were more than happy to check it and verify it. That is great service. They also noticed my motor mounts were shot so I had them replace 3 of them and again my car runs like a champ now. Horrible! Don't ever go here! These people messed up my car and tried to say I brought it in like that! My front right tire is wobbling And grinding like it's about to fall off! They kept asking me if I was going to leave it or wait around I finally decided against my better judgement to get an Uber and wait for them to call me. Well yep hours later I called went to pick it up and now my car is severely damaged! They were so rude and unprofessional we argued so much the police had to be called these people are scam artists! I waited to post my review so here it goes. I initially came here on a wheel alignment groupon deal. First thing, found out the price doesn't apply to SUV's or trucks.. OK no problem, extra $30 or so bucks. I also wanted to begin some work on my suspension from previous inspections elsewhere. Long story short, I returned to replace my tire rods and got the wheel alignment. Price was very good, but immediately noticed my steering wheel was crooked. Returned and Jason straightened it somewhat. Advised to bring it back in for realignment. I live an hr away so this is not convenient but any means. We had discussed doing more suspension work for a later date, so we agreed to do it then. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I had been trying to contact them by phone, even left a lengthy message with no return call. OK I get it.. Busy, changing times. So I drove there today on a day off, only to find out he can no longer do the work because he can't get the parts from the dealer! Huh? So now, I have to look elsewhere to get the work done. I loved the price he quoted which is why I was trying to stick with one shop but oh well.. Got the tire rods replaced but still suffering with a crooked steering wheel and pulling.. Ugh read more

Came in 10 minutes early and could tell not really interested in doing it but took my info. Said it would take up to two hours. Mechanic drove car came back, put up to machine, drove out and then told me he could not align as their machine did not have specs for a 2015 Kia Optima. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! They seem nice at first, but they are shady and rude. I went in with a groupon for brakes and they snapped my lug nut and my stud and refused to fix my car for free, because it was broke in their shop. After going back and forth because I did not have the money to fix it and was uninformed that a shop should fix it for free, they finally typed up a release form for my car because they were not going to let me take it. They never offered towing as an option but tried to keep my car. When I got informed, by other mechanics that they should fix it for free, I called back to ask if they would fix it and if not I would report them to the bureau of automotive repair and they hung up on me. The first time I went here, with my fiancé's car, we paid extra for the ceramic brakes. We were told there would be no squeaking. We left and 2 weeks later the brakes were still squeaking so we had called to see if they will look at them. I called around and got some quotes on a rear brake job for my truck. I asked about time frames and prices. I made an appointment because they were reasonable and timeframe fit into my schedule. I arranged for a ride for me to be picked up, a ride for my daughter to her job, and ride back to pick up the truck. I get there and was told it could take all day, I was also told the the price could be 100 dollars more. That so many things can go wrong. I am sitting there with tears in my eyes from disappointment. My ride was waiting for me and because I cried and questioned they in turn said they didn't want to work on my truck.
