Came here to purchase a used Chevrolet Suburban. Spoke to Caden Noar who was young and enthusiastic but lacked experience, and knowledge of the car he was selling and sales experience. The price of the car was decent for the year and miles but it did have issues with an exhaust leak and broken passenger interior mirror among other things. Caden and I went on a test drive and the car drove well but you can definitely hear the exhaust leak. After the test drive Caden allowed me to pickup my wife at home with the car and bring her to the dealer. She was able to drive it and liked it but wanted to ensure these issues were fixed and that there not be any more hidden issues. We handed Caden the keys and told him we are going to have dinner and discuss. We decided to sleep on it and got a text from Caden the next day. We advised him we wanted a discount for the issues to cover repairs and advised that his manager would only take 750 off because there were multiple people looking at the car. I told him deal! I just want a repurchase inspection to ensure there are no other issues and we would get the deal done. Caden was advised Branch auto was right down the street and they were expecting the car I asked him if he could just drop the car off their since we were all the way in Castle Rock and once the pre inspection was done and it looked well then we would drive down and sign for it, this was about 1pm. Caden said sure no problem. A few minutes later he called back and said his manger told him he could not do that because multiple people are looking at the car and that Autonation does their multi point inspection and that should suffice and he could give me a copy of the report. I told him I had never purchased a used car without my mechanic touching it. I then asked him for a copy of the inspection to see just what was found. I then called Caden multiple times and he did not answer with questions. I got a text asking what I needed. At this point I just told him I'm gonna come down there and talk to his manager to show how serious I was. Upon getting to the dealer Caden greeted me and was going to hand me the keys to go to my mechanic for pre inspection but when I told him it's 4pm the car may have to sit overnight because it's so late now, he told me had to ask his manager. That was the last I heard or saw from Caden. The sales manager Ryan Kelly came out and told me he was not going to release the car for a pre inspection that I could do it after I purchase the car and I told him "how is that a PRE inspection check, if it's after the purchase" he argued that Autonation has a multi point inspection and they also have a 5 day 250 mile warranty. I argued thats after you run credit and after all the paperwork is done, so if I have to roll back the dice my credit already takes a hit. I then told him this is not the first used car I have purchased from a Autonation and the last time I drank the koolaid only to find out later that the car had issues. He then told me again that there are multiple people test driving the car right now and that there was an appointment set for tomorrow in the vehicle also and that maybe after the appointment tomorrow I could take the car for a pre inspection. It took everything in my power not to tell Ryan off. I told him " you mean to tell me that I am now at the end of your priority list on this sale even though I already told you done deal pending pre inspection that I am going to pay for and I was first to look at the vehicle" He then shrugged his shoulders and told me to call him tomorrow. At that point I don't care how good the deal, the service, sales and customer service are terrible. Caden is inexperienced and doesn't have the knowledge base and Ryan is a terrible leader who doesn't know how to treat customers or care. If you find a car in their inventory that you like here go to another Autonation and have them pull the car , the staff here is horrible what a waste of time.

I will never purchase a truck or car or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from AutoNation ever again they don't tell you when you buy the extended warranty. If you get a vehicle, that's not GM that you have to go to that specific dealership a specific dealership that caters to that model I got a Chevy Silverado 1500. The reverse camera was not working. I took it to this location twice they gave me a loaner and then kept telling me that they couldn't figure out the issue and that if they couldn't prove that my camera needed to be fixed there was nothing they could do. So I then took video took and pictures of it saying that the rear camera needed to be serviced and my screen kept turning blue, because both times I took my truck to the AutoNation in lone tree and they kept saying that it wouldn't do it while they had it so then I take it to the AutoNation where I got it from in Littleton and they don't even know up from down as well and even lost some tools that were in my truck that I had to go back and get! All in all if you purchase a Chevy from AutoNation, do not even bother taking it to them. If you get an extended warranty, Ed Bozarth in lone tree is the place to go took great care of me literally got my truck in the same day ran a diagnostic filed a claim and Had it fixed immediately and I got it back the same day ! Never again will I go to AutoNation What a horrible experience and come to find out it wasn't just my rear camera. It was like the main camera that controls all the cameras so it was something that definitely needed it to be replaced given that I had just gotten this truck

No customer service. They are all about maximizing profits and they are proud of it.

Not about customer service - all about getting every dollar from you - the manager even admitted it. We were paying cash for a car. Test drove and said we would be in the morning to buy it because needed to get a check. Salesperson said they would detail it, fill it with gas, and have it ready when they opened in the morning. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened and started the paperwork. They stopped the transaction saying someone was test driving the car. Why would they do that? Because the other party was financing and they would make more money off off the other party. This dealership is not trustworthy and not customer service focused. A huge waste of time and will not be back.

Aug 2024 Save the headache & steer clear of this place. These people talk pretty, but they really are trying to scam you every second you spend there. I purchased a car here and they kept switching the paper work saying the system was down. Meanwhile I had to keep correcting them on the price and rates we agreed on. They do this on purpose to tire you out in hopes you'll sign a paper with different terms. After 8 attempts they finally got it right. Later I came in for service and the service advisor did the same thing.I approved a price & he tried charging me $170 more. Thankfully I approved through text so they had to honor it. To make it even worse, the "certified" tech left my coolant cap loose after repairing it, so it was still leaking. Left the front end paint covered in dried coolant. The truck had been there for 2 weeks and they refused to update me or return my calls. Seriously , take your business elsewhere.

This is the 2016 Ford Expedition I purchased.

Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. Over an extended period, thousands of dollars were spent servicing an Escalade at this dealership in an effort to resolve recurring mechanical issues. Despite multiple visits and expensive repairs, the original drivability concern remained unresolved. After the vehicle spent approximately a week in the service department and was returned, a critical "low/no oil pressure" warning appeared almost immediately. The owner was then informed that an additional repair costing several thousand dollars would likely be required for an oil pump. Paying thousands of dollars only to leave with the original problem unresolved--and then immediately face another major mechanical issue--is an experience no customer should have. What has been most frustrating is not just the financial burden, but the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward. I sent a detailed and respectful letter to the General Manager outlining the situation and asking for help resolving it. I also left two follow-up phone messages. I received no response whatsoever. As a customer, you expect honesty, communication, and some level of concern when a vehicle is returned with unresolved issues and a major new problem appears immediately afterward. Instead, I was left with an undrivable vehicle, thousands of dollars in expenses, and silence from management. Exceptional customer service isn't just about fixing cars--it's about building trust, earning loyalty, and creating lifelong customers. When a dealership fails to resolve recurring mechanical issues, returns a vehicle with the original problem still present, and then a major new problem arises immediately afterward, customers understandably expect accountability, communication, and a genuine effort to make things right. Ignoring detailed correspondence and follow-up phone calls only compounds the frustration and sends the message that customer concerns are not a priority. What makes this especially unfortunate is that every dissatisfied customer represents far more than a single lost sale. Every customer has friends, family, colleagues, business associates, and professional contacts who rely on personal recommendations when deciding where to purchase and service their vehicles. A dealership that consistently demonstrates integrity and stands behind its work can generate years of repeat business and referrals. Conversely, poor communication and unresolved service issues can cost far more than the price of addressing a legitimate concern. This situation was an opportunity to earn trust and create a long-term advocate. Instead, it became an example of how failing to communicate and stand behind one's work can damage a dealership's reputation and discourage future customers from doing business there. Instead, what should have been an opportunity to build loyalty and positive word-of-mouth became one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. In the end, the dealership didn't just lose my trust--they likely lost future business and referrals as well. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. If you choose to service your vehicle here, document everything carefully and make sure you clearly understand what is--and is not--being fixed before approving expensive repairs.

We had a word with Kevin on Sunday, and he clearly told us that we only needed to pay $250 to block the car -- nothing more. But later, when we were filling out the application, Francis informed us at the end that we'd have to pay $1,700 for the lease. We were never told that upfront. The lack of transparency and communication was shocking. We ended up waiting there for hours -- from 2 PM to almost 6 PM -- while they struggled to figure out the financing details. My lease application was rejected, but later it got approved for finance, and they even asked me to bring a co-signer. Despite that, the whole process was extremely disorganized and stressful. To make things worse, they refused to refund my $250 and told me to call Tesla Insurance myself to get back the $299 refund -- even though I don't even have a car now. It was an unbelievably painful, frustrating, and time-wasting experience. I honestly didn't expect this level of confusion and lack of accountability from Tesla. I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment--only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. When we walked around looking at their inventory, I took particular note that he approached my son first. I find it interesting, though not surprising, how dealerships still lean into those old school gender assumptions. We spent time looking over both the CR-V and HR-V. While I was able to to check out the trunk space, features, and components, my son, tested for comfort and legroom (he needs plenty of it). We were able to take the CR-V for a test drive, putting a whole 7 miles onto the new 2026. It is a very nice car and it was great that we were able to get it on the highway. So I am a VERY picky person when it comes to exterior color, and while the sales rep was accommodating, he walked us through the lot and service area trying to locate the one that fit my preference. Eventually, we learned that the one I was most interested in was still undergoing inspection. And that is when the pressure kicked in where even the salesperson strongly recommended a deposit to "hold" it and to start paperwork rolling (even though I had yet to inspect that specific vehicle myself). I really wanted to take a look at the engine area! I made an appointment to return the next day, but after doing more research on the CR-V, I realized that the "Automatic" transmission listed on the window sticker is an actual CVT, so I had to back out. Experience has taught me well. :). A Honda may work for some but not all. On to another.....

From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting, no congratulations, no walk to the vehicle, no "thank you for your business," and no offer to explain any of the vehicle's features or answer questions. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers taking delivery of a brand-new vehicle. I understand it wasn't Art's sale, but representing the dealership professionally should not depend on whose customer it is. Delivery day is supposed to be exciting, especially for someone purchasing a new vehicle. My daughter was incredibly proud of her new Santa Fe, and that moment was diminished by the lack of basic customer service. For comparison, when I purchased a vehicle from McDonald Hyundai in Highlands Ranch, everyone there was welcoming, professional, and made the delivery feel special. The difference between the two dealerships was striking. It's unfortunate that what started as a very positive buying experience with Wendy ended on such a disappointing note.
