Came here to purchase a used Chevrolet Suburban. Spoke to Caden Noar who was young and enthusiastic but lacked experience, and knowledge of the car he was selling and sales experience. The price of the car was decent for the year and miles but it did have issues with an exhaust leak and broken passenger interior mirror among other things. Caden and I went on a test drive and the car drove well but you can definitely hear the exhaust leak. After the test drive Caden allowed me to pickup my wife at home with the car and bring her to the dealer. She was able to drive it and liked it but wanted to ensure these issues were fixed and that there not be any more hidden issues. We handed Caden the keys and told him we are going to have dinner and discuss. We decided to sleep on it and got a text from Caden the next day. We advised him we wanted a discount for the issues to cover repairs and advised that his manager would only take 750 off because there were multiple people looking at the car. I told him deal! I just want a repurchase inspection to ensure there are no other issues and we would get the deal done. Caden was advised Branch auto was right down the street and they were expecting the car I asked him if he could just drop the car off their since we were all the way in Castle Rock and once the pre inspection was done and it looked well then we would drive down and sign for it, this was about 1pm. Caden said sure no problem. A few minutes later he called back and said his manger told him he could not do that because multiple people are looking at the car and that Autonation does their multi point inspection and that should suffice and he could give me a copy of the report. I told him I had never purchased a used car without my mechanic touching it. I then asked him for a copy of the inspection to see just what was found. I then called Caden multiple times and he did not answer with questions. I got a text asking what I needed. At this point I just told him I'm gonna come down there and talk to his manager to show how serious I was. Upon getting to the dealer Caden greeted me and was going to hand me the keys to go to my mechanic for pre inspection but when I told him it's 4pm the car may have to sit overnight because it's so late now, he told me had to ask his manager. That was the last I heard or saw from Caden. The sales manager Ryan Kelly came out and told me he was not going to release the car for a pre inspection that I could do it after I purchase the car and I told him "how is that a PRE inspection check, if it's after the purchase" he argued that Autonation has a multi point inspection and they also have a 5 day 250 mile warranty. I argued thats after you run credit and after all the paperwork is done, so if I have to roll back the dice my credit already takes a hit. I then told him this is not the first used car I have purchased from a Autonation and the last time I drank the koolaid only to find out later that the car had issues. He then told me again that there are multiple people test driving the car right now and that there was an appointment set for tomorrow in the vehicle also and that maybe after the appointment tomorrow I could take the car for a pre inspection. It took everything in my power not to tell Ryan off. I told him " you mean to tell me that I am now at the end of your priority list on this sale even though I already told you done deal pending pre inspection that I am going to pay for and I was first to look at the vehicle" He then shrugged his shoulders and told me to call him tomorrow. At that point I don't care how good the deal, the service, sales and customer service are terrible. Caden is inexperienced and doesn't have the knowledge base and Ryan is a terrible leader who doesn't know how to treat customers or care. If you find a car in their inventory that you like here go to another Autonation and have them pull the car , the staff here is horrible what a waste of time.

I will never purchase a truck or car or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from AutoNation ever again they don't tell you when you buy the extended warranty. If you get a vehicle, that's not GM that you have to go to that specific dealership a specific dealership that caters to that model I got a Chevy Silverado 1500. The reverse camera was not working. I took it to this location twice they gave me a loaner and then kept telling me that they couldn't figure out the issue and that if they couldn't prove that my camera needed to be fixed there was nothing they could do. So I then took video took and pictures of it saying that the rear camera needed to be serviced and my screen kept turning blue, because both times I took my truck to the AutoNation in lone tree and they kept saying that it wouldn't do it while they had it so then I take it to the AutoNation where I got it from in Littleton and they don't even know up from down as well and even lost some tools that were in my truck that I had to go back and get! All in all if you purchase a Chevy from AutoNation, do not even bother taking it to them. If you get an extended warranty, Ed Bozarth in lone tree is the place to go took great care of me literally got my truck in the same day ran a diagnostic filed a claim and Had it fixed immediately and I got it back the same day ! Never again will I go to AutoNation What a horrible experience and come to find out it wasn't just my rear camera. It was like the main camera that controls all the cameras so it was something that definitely needed it to be replaced given that I had just gotten this truck

No customer service. They are all about maximizing profits and they are proud of it.

Not about customer service - all about getting every dollar from you - the manager even admitted it. We were paying cash for a car. Test drove and said we would be in the morning to buy it because needed to get a check. Salesperson said they would detail it, fill it with gas, and have it ready when they opened in the morning. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened and started the paperwork. They stopped the transaction saying someone was test driving the car. Why would they do that? Because the other party was financing and they would make more money off off the other party. This dealership is not trustworthy and not customer service focused. A huge waste of time and will not be back.

Aug 2024 Save the headache & steer clear of this place. These people talk pretty, but they really are trying to scam you every second you spend there. I purchased a car here and they kept switching the paper work saying the system was down. Meanwhile I had to keep correcting them on the price and rates we agreed on. They do this on purpose to tire you out in hopes you'll sign a paper with different terms. After 8 attempts they finally got it right. Later I came in for service and the service advisor did the same thing.I approved a price & he tried charging me $170 more. Thankfully I approved through text so they had to honor it. To make it even worse, the "certified" tech left my coolant cap loose after repairing it, so it was still leaking. Left the front end paint covered in dried coolant. The truck had been there for 2 weeks and they refused to update me or return my calls. Seriously , take your business elsewhere.

Working with Macy at H M Brown was the best car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I found a few cars I liked on the site, and Macy brought them all to my house for test drives. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Extremely disappointing experience with HM Brown Automotive…read more I was purchasing a vehicle through another dealership that had confirmed the vehicle was available in HM Brown's inventory. HM Brown was aware that the other dealership had a buyer for the vehicle and was proceeding with the sale. The next day, when the dealership contacted HM Brown to arrange transportation, they were told that HM Brown had sold the vehicle to someone else. To be clear, this wasn't simply a situation where a vehicle happened to sell before we could buy it. HM Brown knew there was an active transaction involving the vehicle and another dealership, yet chose to sell it out from under that transaction. I understand that dealerships want to sell vehicles, but I also expect businesses to operate with integrity and honor their commitments. This experience made it very clear that I could not trust HM Brown Automotive to do so. I would not recommend this dealership, and based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to do business with them in the future.

EchoPark advertises a 190-point inspection and states on its website that vehicles have no fluid leaks and that brake pads under 4 mm are replaced before sale. My independent Audi specialist found: * An upper timing cover oil leak. * A lower oil pan gasket leak. * Rear brake pads measuring approximately 2 mm. When I brought these findings to EchoPark, they acknowledged the oil leaks but dismissed them as "minor seeps" that met their standards and said they would not repair them. Their explanation was essentially that because oil wasn't dripping onto the ground, they didn't consider it a problem. The brake pads were even more concerning. EchoPark's own published standard says pads below 4 mm should be replaced, yet this vehicle was being sold with approximately 2 mm remaining. Only after I pointed this out did they say they would "look into" replacing them. This wasn't a cheap vehicle either. It was priced above the average market value for comparable Q3s, yet would have required nearly $3,000 in immediate repairs according to my mechanic. The most disappointing part wasn't even the condition of the car. It was the response. Rather than standing behind their inspection process or working toward a reasonable resolution, they simply dismissed legitimate concerns identified by an independent German automotive specialist. If I had trusted EchoPark's inspection instead of paying for my own, I would have driven home in a vehicle with multiple oil leaks and brake pads at the end of their service life. If you're considering buying from EchoPark, spend the money on an independent pre-purchase inspection. It may save you thousands.

We were connected with Kyle, who at first seemed willing to help and even said he would try to match the trade‑in amount we had already been offered elsewhere. I sent him the documentation, and he called back the next day asking us to come in. Once we sat down to finalize numbers, Kyle became rigid and unwilling to discuss the pricing. When we asked to speak with his manager -- a reasonable request when trying to close a deal -- his attitude completely changed. He became short, dismissive, and clearly annoyed. After we agreed to purchase the vehicle, he simply walked us to the Jeep and said "here you go," without explaining many features, including something basic like what fuel it takes. We were still learning Jeep features ourselves. The Jeep also had no floor mats at pick up, which Kyle brushed off even though we believe they were in the vehicle during the test drive. He said it probably didn't come with this vehicle and that he'd talk to his manager, but we've heard nothing. I even called Jim, the sales manager, and never received a call back. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care made this a frustrating experience.

Here's what we experienced: I own a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. there is currently a safety recall out for the PTU. When i got the mail letting me know i had the recall. i took it in within the next 2days to get it done. simple process. got it done within the day. gave me a sheet saying the recall was preformed and they had no recommendations for my car. it was in really really good condition! little did i know what was to come... anyways, AFTER getting my vehicle back not even 24 hours after they "preformed the recall" a dash light came on that had correlated TO THE RECALL they had "repaired" so i reach out to brody. my service advisor. he advised me i can bring it back by and do a diagnosis for damn near $300 i said no, because the light that came on was the light for the PTU recall. he then said i could swing by and they can bring the scanner out to the vehicle and get it checked out at no cost. i said id pass by, never got the chance to. day or two goes by. i'm driving to the store and the car completely stops accelerating. engine still had power but no forward movement. i have my fiance look at it since he is a mechanic. turns out it was THE RECALL. so we have it towed to autonation since they were the last one to touch my car. (note: my car has been running PERFECTLY FINE before they got ahold of it) we call them the next day letting them know what happened and they said they would look into it and every time we asked (which is basically everyday) they said they still hadn't gotten anything. couple weeks later they claim they have chrysler involved in this. (i call bs) they supposedly say everyone is involved to help us out. GIVING FALSE HOPE like i bet they do to EVERY single one of their customers. FINALLY after a MONTH. A MONTH, of it sitting in their shop, not having my car. they come back and say. "Chrysler cannot cover this since it it out of warranty." WRONG. i tell them i have that extended warranty by the manufacturer and they still stand on it being out of the warranty even though ITS IN WRITING that my car has a 8yr/125k warranty on the ptu, my car has 117k miles... idiots. finally were fed up. the only helpful thing they did this entire month was let me have a loaner.. Henry the service manager is a total c***su****. so ignorant and so RUDE. to end this headache, we had them put it back together and we towed it to Castle Rock Jeep. they got us an answer, a loaner car and a BRAND NEW PTU, covered PAID FOR BY JEEP, within 1 1/2 week. it took Autonation almost a month and a half to tell me some bs. DO NOT SERVICE HERE. if you're gonna take your car ANYWHERE, make the drive to CASTLE ROCK JEEP. They actually care, and don't see u as a bag of money like autonation does.
