I made an appointment to go see a Jeep Wrangler that I had been looking at online. I made an appointment with Jesus, and when I got there they put someone else to take care of us. They showed me a car, which was not the one I wanted to see, but they told me it was. It was used as a loaner so it had 3K miles on it. They wanted to give me 7K for my trade in, when I showed them that I had been offered 11,200 for it on CarVana, they told me that was not true. I even showed them the quote. The car I wanted to see was advertised at 32,800.00 and even with my trade in, and the fact the Jeep was used, they were quoting me almost 34K for financing. I said that was too much, and they handed me the papers, told me they wouldn't waste any more time so I promptly left. Where do I even begin. I'm not someone who typically writes reviews, but my recent experience absolutely warrants one due to the unethical and deceptive practices surrounding my purchase of a 2023 Chevrolet pickup truck. In December 2025, I was searching for a very specific vehicle. This dealership had exactly what I was looking for -- a truck that was reasonably priced, essentially brand new, with extremely low mileage (around 100 miles). I was told the vehicle had never been sold and had been sitting on the lot. The truck itself was in excellent condition. The only issue was that it was missing two basic items: an interior plastic dashboard side panel and floor mats. Our salesperson, Francisco, explicitly assured us that both items would be ordered and provided after the purchase. Based on that assurance, I moved forward with the transaction. I completed all paperwork, signed all documents, and before leaving the dealership, Francisco again reassured me that the missing parts would be ordered for pickup. Fast forward three weeks -- I receive a call from Francisco stating that because I did not use their in-house financing and instead used a pre-approved Bank of America loan (which is how I purchase my commercial vehicles), the dealership would no longer honor providing the missing parts. His justification was that the vehicle was already "discounted." Let that sink in. After directly asking if this was truly their final position -- refusing to honor a promise over parts worth no more than $150 -- the answer was yes. This is a textbook example of unfair and unethical business practices. Promises were made to close a deal, then conveniently walked back once the transaction was complete. That behavior speaks volumes about how this dealership operates and how little they value integrity or customer trust. As a result, this matter will be escalated and addressed formally. What could have been resolved easily is now something that will cost them far more due to their own actions. Buyers beware. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT So sad that this dealers service center is so unprofessional and unreliable. The customer service is horrible. My jeep has been there 3 times for the same reason and they can't get it right. Every time it is there it is for more than 4 weeks. When I call it is always a different story. Literally my car has been sitting at the dealer for 4 weeks and this is what they had to say a few days ago: "Hey Maria, the tech is replacing the fuel pump again, checking the gas and spark plugs trying to determine what it is, he checked the relay and the switch I mentioned to you before but it looks in good condition. I also wanted to ask you how much you looking to sell it for that way I can also see if maybe selling it here is an option for you". "Good morning, the tech is waiting for the pump to get here, and at the same time he is opening a starcase, which pretty much is reaching out to Stellantis to also have them inspect the vehicle and see if there's anything that they have encountered at some point with other vehicles". " We are still waiting for the fuel pump, the tech also is thinking to check if there's anything regarding the spark plugs so there's a chance he might replace them if something indicates it's not good" . It is said but I am sure that this story would bot be the same if I would be a man. My jeep was there in December, January for 5 weeks and now joint on 4. They can continue to remodel the place and make it pretty but that will not change the horrible service department. read more

Where do I start besides I will NEVER take my car to this dealer every again. This is the 2nd time they did crap work on my 2017 Dodge Charger RT. First time was when they replaced my air conditioning compressor and replaced the interior heat shields that were ALL WARPED. Not like the car was when dropped off. This time they supposedly replaced my oil gasket, however, 3 weeks later my car is smoking from the engine and come to find out, 1 bolt was completely missing from the gasket cover and 6 others were loose on both sides. I may not be a mechanic but #1 in any repair shop is replace and/or tighten ALL bolts that are removed. Horrible experience and never again. I wanted to take time to write this review. I have purchased and owned upwards of about 60 cars in my life and have purchased most of them from dealerships. I can honestly say this last purchase at this dealership has probably been my best experience ever., even with a couple of hiccups. I can tell you I initially went to Dadeland Dodge/Ram to make a deal. I was sent to a "Friend of a Friend" to one of the sale manager. That was a waste!! The price and down payment was ridiculous! No one listened to were I wanted my lease payment to be and practically wasted everyone's time. They were hundreds of dollars above where I initially told them where I wanted to be before I even got there. So I left! I inquired at Bomnin Doral online and Ken reached out to me. She was amazing. She listened to me and I told her what happened at Dadeland RAM and told her what I wanted, told her what I wanted to spend and told her where I roughly wanted my payment. She said they were one of the biggest RAM dealers and to trust her and let her see what she can do for me. She told me she would not waste my time and she would call me back. Well, she did!!! She was able to secure a deal for me! She got me in the price range I wanted with the down I wanted for the terms that was acceptable and with the mileage that worked for me...all done over the phone. She promised if I came in, it would be exactly what she said...and it was!!! I went into to Bomnin Doral and met Ken there. She was even better in person! She introduced me to Julian who helped navigate the deal for her and I. He was awesome. Everything was everything she said. I was able to close the deal with no issues. A deal that was literally almost half of what Dadeland RAM was going to charge me. I am still in shock!!! I really am. I did have a hiccup with the actual RAM 1500 Bighorn model and had to return to the dealership and talked directly with Larry, one of the sales managers. He immediately addressed the issue, owned the problem and made everything right! Again, I was shocked. He took responsibility of the issue and did not hesitate to make it right. No excuses, no nothing! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! I know every deal is different and there are many factors that can go into a deal. But if you have the time to research and shop around, I would definitely give Bomnin Doral a chance. Give them an opportunity to make a deal and just see what can happen! You may be surprised! I took my car for a speedometer not working which is specifically what I told the individual at the service desk and they charged me $1,400 for oil issue and sensors which I took for fixing the sensors. When I left with the car the speedometer still not working, then they said the speedometer is not working because the ABS module is not working and there is no replacement part it discontinued. So basically I spent $1,400 on a car that can't be driven. NEVER take your car to this dealer, they are good people but clueless they don't even listen to you about why you brought the car there in the first place.... Only dodge would make a car that can't be driven because of a $700 part... I've had an extremely frustrating experience with Bomnin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Doral. I brought my RAM in after the check engine light came on. At first, I was told it was a sensor and they ordered the part. I waited about a month with no call or update. When I went in myself, the part was already there--no idea how long it had been sitting. They took the truck, then a few days later told me it wasn't the sensor and that a software update would fix it. I picked it up, and within 2 miles the issue returned, so I immediately brought it back. Since then, the truck has been in and out of the dealership for weeks. Communication has been one of the worst parts--getting updates from Alex has required repeated calls/texts or physically showing up in person. That's not acceptable when you've had my vehicle for this long. What makes this worse is the amount of parts they've replaced without solving the problem: two sensors, a wiring harness, a fuse box, and now the PCM, and they still haven't identified or resolved the issue. This is a lease I'm paying for monthly, and I'm stuck without my truck for long periods with no clear timeline or confidence they know what they're doing. The loaner situation hasn't helped either. I live in a community where visitor parking is difficult and constantly needs renewal, and I use a truck for a reason. The loaner doesn't have a bed cover or lock, so I can't safely keep anything in the bed and have to store everything inside the vehicle. On top of the engine issue, I also reported window problems (going up/down improperly) and a door handle that doesn't reliably unlock the vehicle. Those concerns were also mentioned. At this point, I need this resolved immediately. After 2-3 months of delays, poor communication, and unnecessary part swapping, I've lost trust in this dealership's ability to repair the vehicle. I'm requesting a real resolution--either a confirmed fix with accountability and a clear timeline, or assistance replacing this lease since it has had repeated issues. After calling and messaging the sales guy confirming several times the availability and price of the new truck I saw online priced at $58k, I drove an hr expecting to pay the listed price (no negotiations) and pick up the truck. Unfortunately this dealership still uses the old fashion, out of style and awful method of sales, where they held me for 3 hrs only to bring me a deal of $73k for the same truck, and a whole bunch of excuses. Planet's service department was never a shining star, but after the Bomnin acquisition, it seems to have gotten much worse. Their service department is either highly disorganized or does not have enough employees. I came in on Monday with an appointment because the passive entry on my passenger door handle on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator was malfunctioning. It took about 20 minutes of waiting just to speak with someone and was informed I would need to leave the vehicle with them for 48 hours to diagnose the issue. When I requested a loaner, they said nothing was available. They were also not able to schedule me for a later date to take care of this problem. Prior oil changes here also seem to be troublesome. I got an email that night saying I missed my appointment, so they didn't even bother to look my information up on the computer. I phoned Kendall CDJR to see if they could help even though they are 15 miles away. They had me come in that same day, hooked up the scan tool and found that the door handle was defective. They ordered the part and offered me a loaner if I wanted to leave the vehicle or just come back once the part was in. The next day, the part arrived, I was called, brought the truck, and they replaced it in one hour. The best part of all this is that Kendall has just as many if not more cars and people in for service. Like I said, I am guessing this is a staffing issue. read more

After dealing with West Kendall CDJR this was a great experience. Any time I had to take my Gladiator to West Kendall I would be without a car for 2 weeks. So I decided to try Bommin DCJR in Doral. I dealt with service advisor Andy Hernandez who was great. Dropped of my car he got me an Uber to work and told me he'd call the end of day or first thing next day. He called first thing next day and told me they ordered the parts and would take a week. I could pick up my car and he'd call when the parts came in. 2 days later he called told me to drop off car first thing in the morning and he would get it done. So I did and 3 hours later sure enough my car was ready and sent an uber to pick me up. WORST service! Brought my Jeep Wrangler because it was overheating. Took them 4 days to look at the car and give me an estimate. Tried taking my car the third day since I hadn't heard from them but unfortunately car was dead and had no choice but to leave it . On 8/9/2024 Finally got the estimate and had to replace engine costing a little over $12k. I couldn't pick up the car from the dealer after the repair and a family friend did me the favor to pick up the jeep at the dealer and dropped it off at my mother house near by. Around 7pm same day. I picked up my car and immediately realized the steering wheel sounded like if there was shattered glass inside it. I also noticed my right turn lamp signal was not connected and obd2, something basic and did it myself. Couldn't make it to the dealer on Saturday, on Sunday air bag light came on and steering wheel controls and horn not working. On Tuesday I decide to take the jeep back to the dealer and let them know the vehicle left the dealer with a broken clock spring and now they want charge me $1,300 for their mistake. Updated review: A great initial experience at the Bomnin dealership has unfortunately been tarnished. After purchase I had my new car picked up and shipped to me. It arrived with multiple scratches, which I assumed were from the shipping. I filed a claim with the shipper who responded with pictures taken at pick up with all the scratches visible, that is how they picked up the car they said. Somehow while my car was awaiting pick up at the dealership it was scratched. Instead of taking responsibility, they just gave me the run around. I try and work with the sales manager Modesto, for them to pay to have the scratches repaired at a local shop as I am across the country, gave them a quote for it to be repainted and like new again. They said the price was absurd. I try and work with Modesto here so I go and get another quote for them to buff what they can, but the deep scratches still need to be repainted. It is significantly less; I send this to him and get no reply. Now I am having my calls and messages ignored. It is very unfortunate this went from such a good experience to a bad one. read more

Buyers Beware!!!! Stay far away from Bonmin!!!! My 80 year old father, who is a US army veteran, purchased a car at Bonmin on February 4th. He paid $4,800 for that car and we asked the salesman if there were any issues with the car since an 80 year old would be driving it and my wife and I live 1,000 miles away. The salesman, Miguel Calle, told us that the car has been checked by one of Bonmin's mechanic's and was in perfect condition. My father had the car less than 4 weeks, and the transmission went. We called Bonmin numerous times and even texted the salesman several times. They initially told us that since he didn't purchase an extended warranty, they couldn't help. After we persisted, they offered to get us a quote on the cost of repairs at their dealership. We followed up numerous times and no response. We went to another dealership, since my 80 year old father was driving around on a bicycle across Route 1 in the Florida Keys, and had the work done on the transmission which cost $8,700. This large dealership completely screwed over an 80 year old veteran and did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. We even offered to have the car towed back to them for a refund and they didn't even respond. They were friendly and helpful when we there looking at the car but once there was an issue, they did absolutely nothing and stopped responding to our calls/texts. If they can do this to an 80 year old man, they will do it to you. Bonmin cannot be trusted to sell you a decent used car and then if there are issues, they will screw you over because they already took your money. read more

I saw a used 2024 Hybrid Land Cruiser online for sale with 906 miles and traveled from Europe to see the car. I arrived October 26, 2024, had a test drive, liked it and I purchased it in full by wire transfer October 28th. I told the sales manager I was in a hurry to stick to my plan to ship it to Turks and Caicos and that I had arranged all the logistics in order to beat the holiday rush. The sales manager told me that the title should be ready to pick up within 3 days. To say the least, that did not happen. They had sold me the car with a lien against it and not cleared the lien! I was put off for weeks with excuse after excuse waiting for the lien to be cleared and title to be delivered. By November 20th, I was disheartened, missed my window to ship the car, and finally requested my money be returned. After yet another week of chasing down 3 different managers, it finally was refunded. I would never recommend doing business at this dealership....ever. read more

Seems to be another dealer who advertises low prices online then jacks up the price or ghosts you when you ask questions. I inquired about a Grand Cherokee with an advertised price of $38,600. Got an immediate automated response followed shortly thereafter by an email from a salesperson. When I advised I was looking for an OTD price. I was told the OTD price would be somewhere north of $53K. What?????? With a listed selling price of $38,600??? When I asked for an itemized quote, I never heard back despite a couple follow-up attempts. This surprised me as last year I dealt with Bomnin Chevy and found their customer service and response to be outstanding. Received multiple quotes in writing very quickly. That was definitely not the case with Bomnin Doral Jeep. A few days later, I received an email from a different salesperson. After advising of the vehicle I was interested, what I was looking for, and telling them that I was not getting any response from their dealership, surprise........they went dark again for a second time. To date, I have not heard back from them and the vehicle is still listed for sale. Don't waste your time here folks. Good Day, three months ago I made a warranty appointment for my 2021 Jeep Rubicon. I have the typical corrosion issue around the hinges, hood, and doors. I specifically told the Body Shop manager that this was my wife's only vehicle and I would need a loaner as the car would be there for 2 weeks. He acknowledged and I went my happy way. Now after waiting three months, I come in this morning at 9:40 to drop off my Jeep for the repair. After the paperwork is done, he informs me there are no loaners and did I need a ride somewhere. I informed him that he told me they would have a loaner when I made the appointment. He then comes back and says they are expecting some to come back, and I can wait. So, I patiently take a seat, one hour goes by and I ask still no loaner, 1 1/2 hours go by and still no loaner. At the two hour point I was told there is still nothing available, so I ask for a service manager. I spoke with the two people in the service managers office, and they informed me that there was no loaner, and I could come back later when one becomes available. I specifically told the Body Shop Manager when I made the appointment, I needed a loaner as this was my wife's only car! At this point I was so angry with your dealership service I took my vehicle back and left. If the level of incompetence I saw checking in my car is any representation of the work, you do I don't want you servicing my vehicle. After contacting Jeep and filing a formal complaint I was able to find another dealership that scheduled my service, promises I will have a loner, and even got me in in the next 2 weeks instead of the months from Bomnin. Hadn't been there for Service on my Ram 1500 since it was Planet Dodge. Service coupon was $54.99. Person who greeted me was very friendly and service advisor was good. Over 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and total bill was $80.00. They even charge you 3% surcharge for paying them with your credit card. Ridiculous. After many years of going there for service, I think this was my first and last time at Bomin Dodge. Wish them luck with their clients. read more
