If you don't have a spare car lying around you probably shouldn't take your vehicle here. I've been coming here for years but recently the customer service has gotten really bad. I dropped off my truck for a simple oil change and transmission flush. I was told it would take a few hours so they might have to keep it overnight since it was already late in the afternoon. The next morning I called and they said it would be ready by the afternoon so I got a ride to work. Well this went on for four days and every time I call they would tell me it would be ready in a couple hours. After the forth day and speaking to a manager it was finally done. They would not apologize or offer a discount and per their Service manager, he "sees nothing wrong with how this was handled. I requested and was quoted a competitive price and provided a purchase contract via email. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready and there were no surprises or extra charges. If you think about buying a car here, just save yourself the headache and don't. I traded my 2010 Tundra in for a 2019 jeep Cherokee. I should of done more research on how they sell vehicles before I traded it in. First of all, I fell into the trap of "oh this is a big gas saver" first of all, it really isn't. It is about the same and I would rather be driving my truck around. It is maybe a difference of $10 less a week... that's it. Second, the financing of this car that is ALREADY having issues and had issues since day 1, was a nightmare. First, they found a bank for me to finance through. Then, they asked for my pay stubs for the 1st time. Then they found another bank with lower interest, so they asked for my paystubs AGAIN. Then they found another bank and asked for my pay stubs AGAIN! I am not sure how many times they have changed banks till I finally ended up with one that I am paying about the same interest rate on the truck for! Third, my license plate paper was expired and then I drove around without a "registered plate" for about a week before I had to COME BACK IN and sign papers AGAIN. Now, they gave me an updated PAPER. So after 2 months, still no plate.. Finally got a plate! In NOVEMBER when the car was purchased in AUGUST!!!!!! Ridiculous place. I am actually selling my car now because I want NOTHING to do with this Cherokee... worst decision I ever made, especially to purchase it from HERE! read more

First of all, I went into their location right at Christmas of 2019 to buy the car that I have always wanted. They sell it to me with no issues. Then a couple of weeks go by and I try to reach out to the credit union who has my loan and set up auto payments. But to them I do not exist. There is no loan on my credit anywhere for this car. SO, I call the dealership AND email them repeatedly. Leave messages and everything. No response. I finally had to go in to find out what was going on. 2 months later.Oh We missed a couple of signatures. Here u go. Everything is fine now. But by this time I had already been expired by 10 days on my temp registration. I have to specifically ask for new registration because they were not going to give me a new temp tags. BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE. I then go to their service department to get my oil changed and tires rotated. BUT they did not put the wheel lock key in the car when they sold it to me so they could not rotate the wheels. If I Theyhad a tire blow in the mean time, my car would be completely trashed because they would have to cut the tire off to replace it. then told me I can go to Volvo and buy new locks and have the old ones removed and they would reimburse me. Mind you they are across the street from each other. Then the person I was working with the whole time told me I could go across the street and get the receipt for the new wheel locks and extraction and they would deduct that cost from my oil change and tire rotation. Just in the amount of time for me to walk across the parking lot and the service advisor Bert told me he would need something from them to give him permission to do that. So I said call him. So he did and literally as long as it took me to cross the parking lot, he said oh no, we can't do that. We will cut you a check. So now I will be going across the street, getting more work don't just to come back and be reimbursed. ALSO AutoNation has a 4000 mile warranty on all used cars. The rear wheel sqeaks when I hit bumps so I asked them to look at it. Sure for 150$ we will do a visual inspection and tell u if it's covered. A visual inspection? Do u mean lift it up and put a flashlight on it? Yup. For 150$? Yup. Needless to say, I will not be returning to any AutoNation. And when people ask where I got my awesome car I will tell them somewhere else. I can't believe it. As I am sitting here writing this review. The tech that did the oil change supposedly did not reconnect the air intake properly and now my check engine light is on. Now I have even more to deal with. read more

I have to agree 100 percent with all the other negative reviews of the service department at this dealership. We purchased a Honda at Auto Nation in the east valley and usually drive there for our oil changes and service, but that day we were close to this Auto Nation so decided to go here for a "simple" oil change. We DID have an appointment so thought it would take 1-2 hours maximum. Wrong! The oil change was pretty straightforward, and it would have taken the 1-2 hours as expected. But then the brilliant service advisor or technician or whoever it was just happened to lose the keys. No one could find them, and they had the nerve to ask if I had my second set and would I mind driving home to get them? And use what vehicle to get there? After an additional 2 hour wait, the keys were finally found....in the service advisor's pocket....and he had gone off site for an extended lunch! No "We're so sorry" or a coupon for a free oil change or even a simple cold bottle of water. It was only "oops, that's never happened before!" That's ok, me returning to this dealership will never happen again! I'll continue to drive to the Auto Nation in Chandler. read more

We purchased a new 200s a few months ago. We wanted worry free, hassle free ownership. So we paid extra for all the additional warranties and car rental/ loaner car in case there was a problem. And there was. Took it in for a an issue. Car won't start without a jump. Battery tested good. Could not look at it today. Ok, we PREPAID for car loaner. Now they tell us they don't have a car for us. WE ALREADY PAID FOR ONE! There was no "Rent one and we will reimburse you " No "Let's pull one off the lot" Just, "Come back tomorrow, hope you can drive stick" Nothing I can do about it except complain on social media. They are not willing to fulfill their end of the contract because they have me over a barrel. read more

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado March 10, 2019 and bought several extended warranties for thousands of dollars. We had an aftermarket stereo system install at the same time our HMI module broke ( not any fault of the stereo shop) We had our vehicle towed to AutoNation paid for a diagnostic testing and was told warranty could not be used due to aftermarket stereo. Manny at Audio Express went out of his way to help us repair the issue although not their fault and even reimbursed us for the diagnostic fee paid to AutoNation. A month or so later we received an email stating we should schedule Differential service. Just this past Friday we took our truck in for oil change and asked about differential fluids and was told that was not covered under our Maintenance warranty. During purchase of the Maintenance warranty my husband specifically asked if "all vehicle fluids" were covered and we were told yes by Johnathan Gomez, Finance Dept. We asked about our AC being repaired ( blows warm air while stopped) and was told that isn't covered either. Yesterday our truck was misfiring on my husbands way home. We took it to auto dealer with check engine light on last night and were told we should probably take it to chevy dealer. Why would we do this if we purchased vehicle here and warranties al well. Today we were told that they cannot figure out why this is happening and WE should take to a chevy dealer for diagnosis and repair which may not be covered under the purchased warranties. WHAT A SURPRISE!!! $7k in warranties that aren't worth a crap!!! I tried to cancel warranties months ago which again we were told by Johnathan that we could at anytime. Another lie. My husband has left General Manager, Jimmy, a message last night and today- no response. When we had our first bad encounter with warranties he said call him anytime for assistance. Horrible service!! They have had my one year old car now for 4 days. Brought it in because the AC wasn't working. Told me they are behind by 24-48 hours to look at it. We are now 4 days and no call and we just keep getting transferred to voicemails. Never again will I buy a Chrysler. Biggest mistake! Update! I will be calling the manger thank you! I finally picked up my car last night. The AC works great but now my steering wheel won't tilt and they told me that was normal?? Then I find out this morning that my windshield wipers don't work. This dealership is absolutely incompetent. When discussing the loan, we were dead set on a 60 month loan. Of course, they come back with a 72 mo loan saying it's all GREAT and to just pay it off early. Also, sneaking a $3k extended warranty on the contract on a 2019 vehicle with 7k miles on it. This is absolutely asinine, but what do you expect when you work with salesman? Exactly. I ended up returning the car after two days because it didn't feel right and no longer enjoyed it. Per their 5 day / 250 mile return guarantee, I did just that. It was no issue. They refunded me the down payment and handed me the keys back to my trade in. It's creeping up on 3 weeks and I still have an open auto loan through my bank that has not been closed. Multiple, multiple phone calls have been make and continue to get the "oh, that's already been done" attitude from 'Johnathan Gomez' who apparently like to falsify his actions to make himself look better. Maybe it's just to make the customers suffer as well. We will never Know.. ‍ I have contacted my bank numerous times with nothing on my auto loan account indicating that it was to be closed. Even stating that Autonation has been funded for the account in full. Let's just say, my bank is not too happy right now. I continue to try and reach out to Autonation for this issue to be resolved, but continually am belittled to make it sound that I don't know what I'm talking about. I am also told that I will 'get a call back', but that never happens. I am still awaiting for the GM for Finance 'Vlad' to get in contact with me for a resolution. But, that has yet to happen... Good thing I am not holding my breath.. The car has been returned and put back on the lot for sale with an open loan on it. It even states on the carfax.... I will never look to a national dealership again. Especially not an Autonation. I have made sure to voice my experience with coworkers, family, friends, etc. who are in the market for a vehicle to stay away from this dealership. So I got a ram 2017 and everything was great, good service at first, but I had traded out of it and went in to cancel my services and all the warranties that I had gotten, go in and show up to cancel the warranties and SCOTTIE MYERS, said they don't existed that "someone had cancelled it already" but that's not true only I had the power to do so and never did I cancel them before my time. I have called the main HQ to ask if they are still open and said yes to go in to the dealership but they STILL tell me it's been canceled but I have yet to see the checks from the 5k insurances that I got. Called for the manager for the financiers the owner even and they never talk to me just say they're busy and never EVER call back.. really disappointed in this dealership. Don't buy here. B-U-Y-E-R BEWARE!!!! PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR NEW VEHICLE!!! My spouse and I were in need of a pick-up truck in order to pull a custom-built concession trailer. ON BLACK FRIDAY, 11-25-16 we were researching "Black Friday" deals on new and used Dodge Ram 1500. I called Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix inquiring about a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 they had for say on "True Car" for 19,000. The first salesperson I spoke to was named Jason. Jason was the first to confirm the specs on the truck and stated that it would fit my needs as far as it's ability to tow the amount of weight I needed. I asked him to have the key in hand as I lived all the way in Buckeye and I didn't want to make the journey if they did not have the specific vehicle I needed. Jason promised to call back as soon as he had the key in hand. Needless to say we never heard from Jason the salesperson again but decided to drive for an hour to Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix in order to get a good deal on the same pick-up truck they had advertised on their website. We decided to rush to dealership with our "Pre-Approval" from our chosen credit union in hopes we could "sign and drive" that evening. Once we arrived to Autonation-North Phoenix we were greeted by a sales person named RIANNA ARAGON. in the beginning she seemed extremely nice, patient, and knowledgable which are things that are typically positive in a sales specialist. We took the car for a test drive and confirmed all the specs with Rianna who was reading the vehicle information from a computer print out I assumed was provided by the car dealership. After we being extremely low balled for our trade-in leaving us 7,000 in the hole we decided to proceed with the transaction believing that we were still getting a great deal on a truck that could serve the intended purpose as well as serve as a secondary family vehicle. Six hours later we walked away seemingly pleased with our new vehicle without a super sour taste in our mouth. Two weeks later as we prepared to drive to Tennessee to pick up our custom trailer from the warehouse and then we were informed by the warehouse manager that the current vehicle in our possession that we had purchased from Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix was infact not able to pull the trailer and according to protocol they could not release the trailer without it being hooked up to the proper equipment. I was flabbergasted and called Autonation-North Phoenix and was transferred to my previous salesperson RIANNA ARAGON and was told it was my responsibility to be informed about the vehicle I was purchasing and her only job was to facilitate the sale! I am by no means an expert on pick-ups other than what can be found on google and I expect like most consumers for the salespeople who work for a company that specializes in selling this brand and trim to know the specs on the specific models that they are selling! I was beginning to get irate and asked to be transferred to a manager that confirmed there had been a mix-up and the specs were listed incorrectly in the system causing the confusion about the towing capacity. The manager, DAN STEWART, seemed to take responsibility for the situation and offered to take the truck back and get us into another one comparable in price that fit our needs. After doing a little digging I came across a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 V-8 that was deeply discounted due to the year end sales promotion for a price of approximately 25,000. I confirmed with Dan that this vehicle was in stock and the price was valid before making the hour drive back to the dealership. Once we got back to the dealership we were helped by another salesperson named Trisha who was very sympathetic to our situation and pulled out all of the stops to check and double check that the new vehicle were were forced to purchased would be able to fit our needs. Surprisingly once we got to the financing portion the total of vehicle including incentives as well as my "family" discount came out to about 34,000 which is significantly more that the price they had advertised on their site of approximately 25,000!. The manager Dan, self-righteously explained that he was infact doing us a favor by taking the truck back and putting us in to a discounted new vehicle without even empathizing with the fact that we initally came to them looking for a fair-priced used vehicle that was within budget but are now forced to either keep the useless truck (they have already added our trade-in into their inventory) or pay an additional 10,000+ for a new vehicle that was useable but far outside our budget. The difference in payments was a whopping 120.00! The only party that benefited from this transaction was Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix as they now have our old truck, or trade-in, and have now forced us into a sale of a new truck that we did not need! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE! read more

Horrible customer service, especially in the service department. I bought a brand new 2016 Chrysler, the check engine light came on at 5500 miles, which is already outrageous. I made an appointment, brought my car in, it took them 2 1/2 days to even look at the car, which then they determined that the part my car needed was on back order and would take weeks to get. Chrysler corporate got involved and expedited the part for me (which still took a week). HOWEVER, the part finally came in and the service department put it in someone elses car! I was on vacation this past week and to be towed to a Jeep dealership in ShowLow. Come to find out there were no hose clamps and the Dtiming cover was loose. Half of my coolant was gone! I was lucky my engine didn't catch fire. My car overheated and was smoking and Im in the middle of nowhere. I called and made an appointment for 7:00 am on Monday, three days go by without so much as a phone call regarding the status of my vehicle. I decided to call and ask what's going on with my car, no one could locate my records or even give me an update on my vehicle, an hour later someone calls and said my car hasn't even been looked at yet. It makes no sense why I would need to make an appointment for the service department and then three days later be informed that my car hasn't been serviced nor looked at. My car sat on the lot for three days while I was paying out of pocket for a rental car, after calling they couldn't even give me a time or date as to when my vehicle would be serviced. I picked my car up after realizing it more than likely hadn't been put on the service schedule. I will not be bringing my Durango back to any auto nation location for service again and advise you do the same. read more

Looking for a new Ram truck to replace my 9 yr old Ram. Lined up finance in advance with my credit union. Found a new Ram mega cab on their AutoNation website. I live in Las Vegas, knew what I wanted. Have bought other cars online so do it with these folks. So with several emails confirming the truck was on lot, verifying specs and numbers, they said this truck would also qualify for 0% factory finance! Great... nice truck, fair price..now a finance deal too! We worked out a fair trade value for my truck, then a couple more days went by along with a couple more emails, and down payment ready to go. I said I would like to come down in two days to drop off my truck, sign documents and drive back with new truck. Finally I said I'll send my info for credit approval (805 score). Said they would send me credit app. Then final email comes through with new numbers and a final small print note: "0% finance not applicable on mega cabs"!!!!! Wtf? In the first email chain they assured me it was! Then tried get 6.99% out of me which added about $100 a month to a payment! Typical car dealer games. Too bad... I could have paid cash. Am I mad? No. But, be aware. There are LOTS of car dealers in this world. I'll buy somewhere else. You should too. I asked up front if the special finance applied to this truck, they said yes. Then at the very end said no! Complete waste of my time. Craziest thing is I had my own finance lined up and could have purchased anyway! I'll buy somewhere else.... there are lots of dealers. I bought a used 2014 Dodge ram 1500 express from this dealership. Sean the salesman was very accommodating and helpful he's the only reason there is a star on this listing. After test driving the truck and going through all the paperwork I stated that the tires were bad and they needed to be replaced. They told me they would set me up with something that would get my tires replaced and all I needed to do was schedule an appointment with the repair shop. After scheduling the appointment the service manager that goes by rocket told me that finance had sold me nothing but road hazard and they would not do anything about my tires. I am now going on 18 months and I have spoke to three different managers at this location. None of them called me back and none of them have done anything to help me. I took my tires to discount tire after the purchase and they were at 4/32". Today my tires are now bald and I have to go out and purchase new tires because this dealership has done nothing but lie to me. I don't know how they can get away with selling somebody unsafe products. I am currently trying to figure out what the state laws are on selling used vehicles and their safety. Funny part was when I brought my truck in for an oil change and they inspected it they noted that my tires were still at 7/32 which it was a lie and they argued with me about it. read more

Brought my truck for a leaking pinion seal. A few months later, the pinion seal was leaking again. They repaired it a second time for free. But after less than 2,000 miles later, the pinion bearings go out. Coincidence? I brought it back to the dealership and they refused to repair it. I talked to two different differential shops in town and they said that the bearings could easily go out due to over tightening when replacing the pinion seal. I am bringing the truck to another repair shop with a better reputation to repair the bearings now. Never will I use this dealership again for service/repair. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Take your business elsewhere. Not surprised this dealership has a 2 star rating before I even write this review. read more

My daughter went there yesterday to buy a used jeep she had seen on there site. The sales rep was constantly on his phone texting. She had a hard time getting him to show her the jeep that she wanted. She finally got to see the car. She signed all of the papers and asked if they could put new tires on it, "he said yes but let me double check" he came back and told her the jeep was actually not for sale it was going to auction. Today I found out that she wasn't even allowed to test drive it because it needed to be detailed first. I called them today and asked if it was still available and was told yes??? read more

Think 2x before taking your car here for service. Doing the repairs part is okay but the customer service part sucks. A simple 2 hour service max, took 4 hours mostly because they left me stranded at my pick up point for 90 minutes. They didn't want to take ownership for the error all they wanted to do was make excuses and they didn't even offer to rectify the error. Making me wait in the Phoenix summer heat is ridiculous. I also had a bad sales experience with them also back in May. Why dealers don't want to deal with you once you tell them it's going to be a cash transaction is beyond me. absolutely the worst service! The first time I had to bring my car in was right after I bought it for a protection, it was raining the day of my appointment, I called the service person I was dealing with and confirmed my appointment, when I arrived I was told they couldn't perform the service because it was raining - something they should have told me when I called!!! Second visit, there was something wrong with my backup camera, I dropped my car off at 7:15AM, I live 20 miles from the service center. I asked for my car to be at least looked at by noon, at 2:00 I started calling and kept getting my service person's voicemail with no return call. I tried to speak with two other service reps but they had no record of my car being there. Finally at 4:30 I spoke with the service manager who told me the part needed to be ordered and it would take a week to arrive, I wasn't able to pick up my car until noon the next day. So they had my car for over 24 hours. I called two weeks after I was told the camera would be in, my service rep told me "oh the camera came in yesterday" really? you don't say, I have no way of knowing if she was lying or not but good thing I called otherwise I expect I never would have gotten a call. Going back for the camera installation I dropped my car off at 7:15AM, asked to have my car back around lunch time so that I didn't have to deal with rush hour traffic after work since I'm so far away. I called around noon, car still hadn't been looked at. Finally got a call back around 2:30 telling me the mount was broken - shouldn't this have been seen the first time I brought it in for the camera??? Another part needed to be ordered but it would be in first thing in the morning and my car would be done by noon. I get a call at noon saying that it wasn't quite ready yet but should be in a half hour. I've learned not to believe anything my rep says anymore so I give her an hour and a half before I call her back. Once again its not ready, she asks the guy working on it and he says 4:00! I asked to speak with the service manager, I'm trying to keep it together but he doesn't understand my frustration of not having the full details and missing appointments because of their lack of internal communication. Taking up too much of my time than is necessary is extremely frustrating, making me miss appointments because I'm waiting for a call telling me my car is ready for pick up is very disrespectful. Had I known the service was so bad, I would have purchased a different brand car. If you have the option of going to another service center, do it. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. They are unethical, coercive, and try to take advantage of you using bullying tactics. Especially if you're a woman. And are alone. While the sales person, Victoria was wonderful, as soon as I agreed to buy the car a sleazy finance guy- Tim- came out. He told me I would have 0% interest- which was a big reason why I bought the car in the first place. Two weeks later, AFTER i signed the contract he called me back and told me I had to sign a new contract at a higher rate. Or, return the car. The biggest problem was the misrepresentation of the information. In no way did Tim or anyone else say that the interest rate was not final- that it was tentative. Instead, they represented it as a done deal, persuading me to take the car. Only to call two weeks later and raise the rate on me. When I went in to discuss with the manager - Ken- (after making me wait an hour) he was incredibly rude, cut me off mid sentence as I was explaining the situation, and said there was nothing he could do for me. He then proceeded to using bullying tactics to get me to keep the car. I am a young woman and went alone and he clearly thought he could bully me into keeping the car at the bogus higher rate. After I said that I wouldn't accept that, he tried to bully me some more, and then sell me another car! Finally, he budged and lowered my rate again... That was after he rudely said "there was nothing he could do". He just wanted to strong arm me. DO NOT COME HERE- they are not honest, they are not transparent, and they can and will change the contract AFTER you sign it. In addition to posting on yelp and other review sites, I will be submitting a complaint at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. My Wife and I recently purchased a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix dealership. I have purchased two other new vehicles here and have always had a satisfactory experience. During this most recent purchase all was going well, we were dealing with two outstanding salesmen Bruce Balicki and Jerry Peterson, both gentlemen I would highly recommend to assist you to find your next vehicle. Where I had an unusual issue was during the inevitable discussion with finance about the up sale to a vehicle protection plan. We were dealing with a Ronnie Wertz, he was expectantly pushing their plans and I wasn't planning on buying one so it was no more contentious than I would expect until this happened after Ronnie left the table: A gentleman came over to the table and once more tried to up sell the protection plan, when asked his title, I think he stated he was the finance director and at this time I cannot remember his name. He continued the up sale and ran some numbers by us that were interesting but still not something I was ready to bite on. The usual back and forth with a few proposals and we came to an agreement; if he could hit the numbers I proposed we had a deal, Ronnie was at the table at that time and the "Director" instructed him to rewrite the contract to reflect the agreed amount. When Ronnie returned it began to go in an unfavorable direction. The paper work was presented to me, I looked it over and the number we agreed on was not met, not much but enough that when asked I stated that it was still off by a little over a hundred. Ronnie looked frustrated and just at that time the Director walked by leaving the facility, we shouted over if that did it and I told him we were still off by a little over a hundred dollars. The director asked Ronnie if he had done what he was supposed to and Ronnie stated that he had given both my discount and their discount, the Director then stated that perhaps they should just pull it off of the purchase and walked away. It was at this point Ronnie Wertz began to tell me that if it was he buying the vehicle he would place his wife first and not worry about the numbers, he went so far as to state that he wouldn't even look at them just sign the paperwork because his wife was too valuable to even consider not purchasing it. Remember my Wife and I are sitting together at this table with Ronnie and here he is trying to shame me in front of her. I quickly became offended and very upset and finally had to interrupt him to state that I was merely asked if the numbers we agreed on were correct and I simply stated that they were not. I also stated that for the hundred plus dollars I would still sign the contract but took great offense to not only his tone and demeanor but the inference that I thought any less of my Wife. Ronnie did not apologize he just stated that he was only speaking for himself. I sat there stunned for a moment as he began to place the documents in front of us realizing that during a purchase of vehicle at an establishment I have personally recommended and purchased two New vehicles, I and my wife were being humiliated by the Finance department. I interrupted him once again and stated that I did not need to be shamed by him nor would I tolerate him speaking to us in that manner, I then asked if there was another person that could assist us through the remainder of the process (BTW we had been there since approximately Noon 30 and it was very near 5pm), he said there was and he left and Matt from finance came over and walked us through the remaining signatures without so much as an acknowledgement as to why he was there. We did not have to deal with Ronnie Wertz again and I will refuse to deal with him in any future purchases I may make at this dealership. This was one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with and I hope that if you choose to do business at this facility you either do not have to deal with him or have a better experience. I am very disappointed in the Finance department at the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix dealership, if this is the caliber of person they allow to deal with the public they need to rethink their program. Took my Jeep Wrangler to the service department for them to add freon to my AC unit since it wasn't blowing cold air anymore. I made the appointment online which was the only part that went smooth in my experience. When I got to the service department my service consultant Marvin said they would have to run some diagnostics on the AC unit before anything was done which would add another $160 to the cost in addition to anything they found wrong which I knew already the Freon was low and for the recharge would be $160 as well so my cost jumped from $160 to $320 right from the start. Marvin did say he would reach out once they ran the test and figured out what was wrong, after dropping of the Wrangler at 9am I didn't hear anything until I called Marvin at 2:30pm (the service department closed at 4pm) asking about the status of the Wrangler. He said they still haven't gotten to it yet to run the diagnostic but were able to fix a recall issue the Wrangler had. After going back and forth with him for a little he said he would just have the tech add Freon to the Jeep and call it a day. When I got to the dealership at 3:15, Marvin said the Jeep was just taken to the back and would be another 15-20 mins and I'll be all set. The Jeep was serviced and delivered to the front by 3:45pm but I had to sit and wait until almost 4:30p for Marvin to finish up the paperwork and take my money. He gave me a half ass apology during the transaction on taking such a long time to get the Jeep service and to finish up the paperwork. This was first and will be the last time I go to this dealership for any service on my Jeep, this was one of the worst customer experiences I've had at a dealership. read more

My husband and I went to the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix at 16406 N 26th Avenue North Phoenix AZ 85023 on Sunday August 14, 2016 in the afternoon. We were assisted by SALES PERSON who was very casual in dress and presentation. We had gone specifically to look at a 2015 Grand Cherokee Laredo that had a manager's special advertised online. We took a test drive in the vehicle and were provided financing numbers from SALES PERSON at 11.99% interest. Previous purchases via AutoNation Toyota have always been completed at 0%. SALES PERSON stated this was not possible and said he needed me to complete a credit app to see what interest rate I would qualify for. I stated I did not wish to have them run a credit check as I am in the middle of refinancing my home. He assured me it was not a credit pull hard or soft. However, he later mentioned my credit was good and that we qualified for 3.99%. I stated we were not looking to pay interest and that we would pass on the deal. He stated he was to go back and get us a business card. Another individual came out who did not introduce himself. I am assuming we had a bit of a racial interaction because he assumed I was middle eastern and I believe he was middle eastern himself. I assume because of my last name he thought I was Muslim and not wanting to pay interest due to religious reasons. He approached the table dressed in plaid shorts, white polo shirt and props leg on a chair across from us and asks if it was against our religion to pay interest. I said no, as I did not want to pay interest because I have not had to pay interest in years in all my years of financing vehicles. He states he can possibly lower it to 2.5%. I said thanks but we didn't want to pay interest at this time. He stated if we were to aim for 0% they would have to remove the 7000 dollar discount on the vehicle. We said it's ok - we will not be buying at this time. The unknown 'manager' stated that is the best they could do. SALES PERSON and him then simply walked away and never gave us a business card or anything. My husband and I walked out and over the loud speaker in the parking lot they start yelling BYE and singing na na na na GOODBYE. Another couple getting in their car asked if that was for them - I said - I don't know - did you buy a car? He said no - I said then it must be for all of us. I hate to say that the place itself or the experience was not professional at all. After my experience w dealerships like AutoNation Toyota and Subaru - I was appalled by the treatment we received when we decided not to purchase. * SALES PERSON was unprofessional * The manager 'onsite' was unprofessional * The religious remark was rude and unacceptable * The religious assumption was unacceptable * The yelling and singing over the parking speaker was completely uncalled for and unprofessional * Not introducing himself or providing a business card was unprofessional * Lying about running my credit report - I received an update from my credit check today reflecting they did run a credit check after assuring me they were not going to run a check. Besides being mistreated at this dealership, they also lied about the credit check now dinging my score. * Lack of follow up from management: * I spoke originally to 1ST MANAGER 08.15.16 who assured me that he would follow up . When I received notification that my credit check was ran after being told it would not be - I left him 2 voicemails which he never returned. * 0817 I spoke to 2ND MANAGER. 2ND MANAGER stated he was going to follow up and stated on 8.19 that I would be receiving an apology email. Supposedly he had spoken to SALES PERSON and the unknown manager from Sunday who no one has yet told me what his name is. This email was never received. * 0823 I spoke to 2ND MANAGER again stating the email was never received. He said he was following up right there and then and would call me back. He never called back. I'm not sure why we are receiving the runaround on this. As listed above - overall the experience w this dealership has been horrible from the sales person to the management. I would like a phone call to further discuss and action taken for lying about the credit report, the racial comment and unprofessional behavior. Just so everyone who owns a dodge knows. Autonation in north Phoenix Az should have their privileges pulled by dodge. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, lazy service dept. My 2017 Ram 3500 had the transmission replaced 6 months ago and now it's out again. I have been trying to get paperwork on the job for 2 days with no call back and can never get anyone on the phone who can make a decision. It's bad enough the transmission only lasted 6 months but what's worse is dealing with lazy, unprofessional people who do not care about their customers. The company tried to go back on their deal. They tried to make the monthly payments go up. When we came in they gave us attitude. I then decided I just wanted to return the car. I was told I could not. That it was impossible for them to do so. However, I work at a dealership and know that they can. Managers refused to speak with me. After I refused to leave the GM finally came out. He told me that he "won't" do a refund on the vehicle. Not that they cant but he won't. Not to mention they charged me for their mistake. And when they said they would credit me they only credited me for the part which was 1/16th of the cost. ( and I waited in their boring waiting room for 6 hours each day, not exaggerating.)This place is dogs%!t. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. To start off. Yes I will go back here. I bought my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 which the process was painless but what really brings this to 5 stars is the service department. I bought the extended warranty which by the way I was very weary of doing so but low and behold I needed it for some common Dodge problems. Madison handled my truck and she was absolutely great! Since my truck only had about 1000 miles left until my warranty was out she made sure all of my problems were taken care of. Madison not only called everyday to give me an update she pushed it thru quickly. "I wish she worked for me". I can only hope that her peers see the value in her as I did. Because you do not see that kind of service anymore. Very professional. If it wasn't for her Autonation would get a 3-4 STARS from me. So once again Good Job Madison!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPT!!! Dropped my 2003 Jeep Liberty off at Powers dealership because the A/C was not blowing cold and they performed a diagnostic on it. They tell me a hose and the compressor need to be replaced for $1100. I had the compressor replaced a year before so I questioned their diagnosis. They then told me they could get the price down to $800 using after market parts and this is when I got really suspicious. I told them I'd pick up the Jeep and take it for a second opinion.(they charged me $123 for their diagnosis) I took it to a local mechanic(Carl's Car Care) and they said the only thing wrong with it was an AC hose. The total repair cost me $339. Now I've got Ice cold air. Powers are crooks. Stay away! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. THEY ARE THE KINGS OF "BAIT-AND-SWITCH"! I came to the dealership after receiving a quote on a 2011 Grand Cherokee, only to get there and find out they "quoted the wrong vehicle". Yeah, Right! I verified the price with both the salesperson and manager, and even had the quote and window sticker emailed to me. I cancelled my purchase at a competing (honest) dealer because Power's price was $900 cheaper. What a mistake! To make a long story short, they had quoted me $34,600 for the vehicle. When I showed up at the dealership with a check in hand, the price was not $34,600, but $39,500. Of course, they had "others to show me". No thanks you scumbags! read more
