TV in service department waiting area

I took my 2024 Sierra 1500 in for an oil change. In the service department, they were advertising an oil change with tire rotation for $94.79 so I asked for that. I was charged $149 and can't get anyone to call me back.

Do not visit AutoNation

Not about customer service - all about getting every dollar from you - the manager even admitted it proudly. We were paying cash for a car. Test drove and said we would be in the morning to buy it because needed to get a check. Salesperson said they would detail it, fill it with gas, and have it ready when they opened in the morning. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened and started the paperwork. They stopped the transaction saying someone was test driving the car. Why would they do that? Because the other party was financing and they would make more money off off the other party. This dealership is not trustworthy and not customer service focused. A huge waste of time and will not be back. Look at other reviews here. Many talk about poor service and focus only on taking your money.

Maintenance required soon light after getting my oil change

Do not buy or do any services on your cars here. They are lazy and only want your money. Got my second routine service and oil change and my oil change light was still on when I got my car back. When I called them about it they told me that their was nothing they could do and I needed to go to a Toyota dealer instead. Completely incompetent and unable to fix simple issues if it seems like too much of a hassle for them to figure out.

Was happy the day we bought are car. Now full of stress and payed over $1000 in repairs.

If you're in the dealership run run don't buy a car here ! Update February 1 my transmission is now slipping this car we just bought we have to take it back to the dealership for the fifth time for repairs it's only been one month since our last repairs Don't buy a car here if you go to consumer affairs rate a one as company as a whole . response back from the GMC dealership at the bottom half of this post is an automatic reply . Chance identified a miscommunication from Toyota Corporate Communications, sent incorrectly, to my house, while I handled my dad's estate, which informed me of an alleged paint chip recall. However, this was sent to me well after my dad died in 2021, so obviously I assumed it was for my dad's, now my, Corolla, which my dad got in spring 2021, after - per USAA General Counsel - his Prius, was totaled in a November 2020 5-car pile-up, caused by a woman in a Geico Jeep Liberty. Not so. The communication was for the Prius! Chance figured this out, after the location near my house pawned me off, saying they don't do body shop work, and to come to this location. I wasted an entire vacation day, listening to the other location, wasting my valuable/limited time, only to be told that this location also doesn't do body shop work, and furthermore, Chance identified - using the VIN number - that the communication, which failed to list make/model of said vehicle, was regarding a paint chip recall for the Prius! Unbelievable & so annoying / inefficient / disrespectful, proving the importance of proof-reading corporate communications to allegedly valued and allegedly respected customers, such as myself. 2. The location near my house failed to do a proper alignment on my Corolla, when installing snow tires in December 2025, so I brought my Corolla to Chance, for a second opinion, and he solved everything. Highly recommend!

Once I was driving home, the check engine light came on and was put in a limp mode. I contacted the dealership and they took it in the next day to "take a look" They then contacted me back saying they cannot do anything about the issues/ codes that came up. I didn't even drive the car for more than 30 miles and it has issues. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. The manager Noe does not do anything to help you and will ignore your calls.

The usual auto responses arrived in my inbox and then I was contacted by a real person. Oty was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She sent me a video tour of the car. I immediately scheduled a test drive for the next day. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile. All of my questions were answered. I was allowed to take photos of the vehicle and test drove it. Upon my decision to purchase it, with details of my bank auto loan in hand, the steps to come were easy and forthcoming. Oty is an excellent and kindly Sales Consultant. I got cookies and bottled H2o while I waited for the paperwork and final detailing. The whole process took a total of about three hours. I drove off the lot with an extended 48 month premium warranty to boot, and it all fell within my budget. There was no pressure at any time. Mr. Dobrosi, the Business Director, was kind and knowledgeable. He was efficient and even commented on my wicked cool style. Service with a personal touch. The dealership was clean and the staff were all friendly. I highly recommend Planet Honda in Golden, Colorado for all your car needs. Try them out. You'll be glad you did.

His customer service, courtesy and knowledge about the Hyundai Tucson that we were interested in was extraordinary and truly impressed us. We were planning on test driving the 2026 Honda CRV (we have one and know they handle) and the 2026 Mazda CX-5 (which we once owned) but why waste our time when this car met all of our expectations and more. We test drove the gas version then the hybrid version. There was no doubt that we were going to purchase the hybrid (what a difference). I was amazed the knowledge Brett had about this vehicle - very impressive. We weren't planning on trading our vehicle in (2021 Honda CRV) but we really only need 1 car, so we decided to do so. We were offered a reasonable price on our trade-in, so we went with it. After all that was said and done, off we went to Finance to meet with Liam Bruno (very courteous). This turned out to be an easy and smooth process compared to our past history with finance dealings with other cars. I must add, if not for Brett, his knowledge, customer service, and caring for the customer we would have never purchased this car from Planet Hyundai. Brett is an asset to Planet Hyundai!! Thank you Brett and Planet Hyundai for making our experience smooth and easy. Brett, in my opinion, is 'SECOND TO NONE'.

This last experience was the worst experience I've ever had with an automotive service center in my life. Dropped off on a Wednesday for recall work, and diagnostic on a problem with the AC system. No word until Friday, no discussion, just an emailed automated diagnosis and approval system. They identified the problem with the AC system, and the estimate was pretty high for such a minor repair. They said the parts were in stock, and I assumed the work would be done before close of business. I approved it. Come 4:30 I hadn't received word, and decided to reach out to see if they could give me a timeframe. The part was not actually in stock, and they couldn't get the work done until Monday. I needed it for pre-arranged plans for Saturday and was able to arrange to pick it up and would return the following week to finish. In the meantime, I researched the parts needed and found I could do the work for much less elsewhere. After no notification the next week, and nothing the following week, I assumed they really weren't hurting for my business. The Service Rep finally called this morning (two weeks later) to schedule the work, and I informed him that I had decided to have another shop do the repairs. Apparently this was not news he was excited to hear, and decided to make that very well known to me in a very disrespectful and discourteous manner. Telling me that he just wasted his time, and was very dismissive. I wasted HIS time? What about my time when I drop off on a Wednesday with the expectation of the work being done by COB on Thursday and not hearing a single word for two whole days? Absolutely uncalled for behavior and atrocious customer service. I will not be returning to this service department, and I will make it very clear to anyone I know that they should avoid this dealership as well. I guess being a long-time, loyal customer means nothing anymore. Horrible customer service, would not recommend. Too bad they didn't send out the FCA survey, as I would have put all very low marks on that, too. Edit: After conversing with the Service Manager, Jason, the conversation was surprisingly pleasant and I was informed that the treatment I had received was unacceptable and he wanted to rectify the situation. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completed in a timely, and efficient manner, and even provided a rental car for me so that I wasn't too inconvenienced by the vehicle being in their service department. The work was completed that day, to my satisfaction, and there was open and timely communication which met my original expectations. Moving forward, due to Jason's sincere regret and willingness to correct the situation, I will be giving them another chance.

The car was advertised as having passed their multi‑point inspection, yet we were finding palm‑sized oil spots on our driveway shortly after taking it home. Trying to get help was a nightmare. We left messages for months with the service department and could not get a call back. I repeatedly called through their entire service directory, and no one picked up until I finally reached the very last person on the list. That is not "busy," that is simply not caring. When we finally got in front of the sales manager, instead of taking ownership, he offered empty platitudes and floated the idea that the oil leak might have started after we drove off the lot. Given the size and nature of the leak and the timing, that explanation felt insulting, dismissive, and completely unrealistic. At every step, Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than in standing behind the vehicle they sold us or doing right by their customer. We walked in expecting Lexus‑level professionalism; what we got felt like the exact opposite. There are plenty of Lexus dealerships and other used‑car options in this area. Based on our experience, look elsewhere for a dealership that is honest about vehicle condition, actually returns phone calls, and is willing to stand behind its inspections and sales.
