I get the truck back and it seemed like they literally just wiped everything. The center console and cup holders were not detailed completely and it was very noticable. I've been coming here every few months for the past several years, and my husband goes more frequently then I do, probably every month. We both are always satisfied with the washes we receive. I will admit that sometimes the washes are better then others... the key is to go during non-peak hours! If it's busy, they rush a little more. Although I like the outside of my SUV looking clean, my priority is really wiping/vacuuming the inside as I have dogs and kids. I always mention this to the person at the front when I check in and they usually write on the receipt they tape to the window "extra vacuum" or "inside more". Super detailed, Jose is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. My car had not been cleaned in quite some time and it was looking pretty bad, to be honest. I asked for the ultimate cleaning package and after leaving my car in his hands, took off with my dad for a while so they could clean it. However, if I didn't have a ride anywhere, I would still have had a pretty relaxing time: They have soda, waters, snacks and air freshener for your car in the main building. The couches are also pretty soft and easy to almost fall asleep in. It was very busy the day that I went, but by the time I came back (within a half hour, but it could have been sooner) my car was perfectly clean and smelling like strawberries on the inside. They made sure to dry everything very well, as my side windows didn't have any water on them after I rolled them down then up. Pulled up, 2nd in line, yet the 3rd car pulled into a a second lane and was actually waited on before me. I did the basic wash. Nothing special. I paid $27 for the inside to be vacuumed and outside washed. They were busy but by the time I paid and checked in on yelp, my car was ready. Outside was clean, floor mats were vacuumed. Seats were not vacuumed, sticky cleaner left on rear view mirror and the inside of my back window had major streaks. I'd go back if I was in a pinch, but I think I will try to find somewhere else. read more

Got a new car that was ceramic coated and was assured it wouldn't be a problem to run it through. This is not true! Small scratches everywhere in the coating. This location would wash my cars but now has a sign posted stating that this service is being discontinued. Due to the technology of 1 of my cars, it should be hand washed. To say this was the absolute worst car wash I ever had is an understatement! I like to give second and sometimes even third chances but all three car washes were a waste of money. The staff is very nice and kind but their services are undeniably subpar to say the least. 1. Inside of the windows are ALWAYS streaked and the corners are NEVER touched. 2. Pressurized air hoses are barely used, so as soon as I pulled away water beads and streaks down the doors, trunk and mirrors. 3. They NEVER vacuum under the seats. 4. Dirt and dust is ALWAYS left behind under the back lights, around the trunk and within the seams on the roof. 5. They are either under staffed or extremely slow because by the time they start to dry your car the water marks are dried and just left there. One bad car wash can be brushed off, but three out of three means they really offer crap service and are ok with ripping people off. Basically, this place is a huge WASTE of money and I definitely will NOT be going there again and hopefully by reading this you can save yourself time and money and go elsewhere to have your car washed. read more

Last straw, their washer nicked my passenger window tint. Next, went to the Concord location, they are worse... and last week, their wash put six nicks in my drivers side window. Now, I'm going to try their Martinez Location And see if they will actually clean the car without nicking my tint... if not, I will cancel this membership. Will say that the Dublin or Danville? Then when he finally gets one car out of the way, he skips two of us who were waiting to take his friend's car that just pulled up (she got out and they obviously knew each other). Doesn't even look like they tried to clean the inside, didn't vacuum and still didn't clean the outside very well. I got my car washed/cleaned at Concord location several times. Despite getting really BAD service, for some reason I kept going there. Last time I was there, which was about 20-25 days ago, I came home and washed the car all over. They just sprayed water and clumsily wiped it off but left all the dirt behind. Forget some persisting stains, even the bird shit was still on the body. Inside, they didn't touch windows, did not vacuum, just shook the floor mats. When I went back on Aug. 28th, I told all of that to the guy who takes orders. He didn't even bother to look at my face, not a simple HELLO, kept shaking his head as I told him what happened the last time. Once the car was done, THE RESULT WAS WORSE. Really disappointed in this place. Spent an hour and 15 minutes there yesterday trying to get my truck clean. It left with mud on the steps, dirty windows, and water spots. This was after getting it washed there twice because the first time through it wasn't clean. I spent time today cleaning water spots off all around the truck because the 2nd time through, they IGNORED IT, and it dried in the sun. I've been going to Autopia for years and am cancelling all my memberships after this. A simple mistake is fine but they repeatedly ignored me and I won't be treated like that and continue to give my business to them. I'm a good customer too. Awful experience. Nobody was in the booth to tell what wash I wanted. She was sitting a car in the parking lot. There are no mirrors to guide you to make sure your tires hit the track right, so your risk of damaging a rim is increased Then mid wash, the windshield wiper on my car broke off. Came here since 2000. The jobs performed when it was Clayton concord car was was much better. We use them off and on and over the last few years it's always been a mediocre job. Due to the drought it was better for us to use a car wash then do it ourselves. I have used them for monthly and then eventually dropped the monthly memberships because of silly games years ago. I have used them from regular car wash to full details. Years ago we did a full detail on my fathers truck and had them polish the truck since it had some over spray. 2 years later we had to paint the truck (6 years old at the time) since my clear coat had failed. Wish they would have told me that they could t do anything about it. Instead they polished the clear coat too thin. Skip to today. I go to wash my 2016 BMW. Car is 6 days old....... No issues with it. First wash job was here as to get the pollen off. They finish and call me up. I can see swirl marks all over. I believe that's from the solution they use to re wet your car after the wash they just performed dries. Add this solution that looks like windex along with used rags that go from car to car and that's what you get. The biggest problem I had was the multiple fresh deep scratches I had all over the drivers quarter panel. Like something fell down or a cart was dragged across my quarter panel. When I asked what in the world happened I was told " maybe it was there and you just didn't know about it" really????? On a 6 day old car that I brought in for a simple cars wash. I'm so disgusted right now. I'll never go back. I hope to save someone else the heartache and headache. End result me new car will go to the bodyshop for paint work to fix damage from this wash. Went there today to get my truck washed and purchased the "ultimate" wash which cost $29.99 plus a $5.00 oversize charge. Well let me say there is nothing "ultimate" about my wash. For starters the exterior had many missed spots and the passenger side windows ( the side out of view of the waiting area) weren't even cleaned. Finally, when I retrieved my keys from the cleaning area manager I was given a dirty look, I presume because I only handed him my claim tag and no tips. Definitely my last trip here.
