We found a few issues, mostly cosmetic, made an offer substantially below their asking prices, they came back with a counter offer that was only a couple hundred above our offer. We requested that they remove the clear plastic bra off of the hood, they agreed. It was probably more of a job than they originally thought, two of their car preppers and finally our salesman, Terry Sam, went back and helped them finish taking this off, it was very difficult but very much appreciated. We originally had our own financing lined up prior to arriving, they asked if they could give us a counter offer. They matched our financing, the gentleman that handled our paperwork was very professional and it was the smoothest financing we have ever done. I can't speak to their service, as we live in Pearland and will not be taking the van there for any repairs. I will be shopping for another used car soon and will be checking out there offerings at that time.

The agent asked me if I will wait I told him no , I need a ride back, he completely ignored my request. When they boast they give rides back , they drop off and pick up. I had to walk half a mile to catch a bus back home. The had to run after me to get my Cars. People need to stay away from community Toyota. They are horrible.

I've owned almost…read moreexclusively Toyota or Honda as in my personal opinion they wrote the book for longevity, cheap maintenance, etc. My latest vehicle is a Toyota Rav4 Prime so Ive been dealing with Community Toyota only as this is who I purchased the vehicle through. I bought this vehicle brand new 3 years ago now. Starting at 6 months, I was with a long time service manager who regularly assisted me with my vehicle. I had issues with my internal car GPS starting around this time and had to have 2 different updates which still never fixed the issue. I had tried several times over the next year to 2 years to schedule and get this fixed but due to the extremely high turnover, calls/messagest/etc were never returned, everyone always was new and had no idea how to proceed. I can safely say this is when Toyota began going downhill for me, 6months after purchasing the vehicle. I cannot speak in reagrd for other locations, I can only speak to the Baytown location, specifically Community Toyota. I have now dealt with over 7 different managers, over 13 different advisors. The only one who has been there longest now and has been most helpful is Jordan Nestor and is the only reason I keep giving Community Toyota a chance but at this point I am done and this needs to be reviewed publicly. I tried resolving these issues - never having calls answered, never getting calls back, never getting my gps fixed and now it's no longer under warranty, pricing being SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER than Community Honda when they are the same branch of Community and both in Baytown not far from each other! Guys this is ridiculous. I now have to pre schedule maintenance for my vehicle through Community Honda because: they actually respond to calls and call you back if not. They actually help to resolve issues. They actually work with you. They have decent pricing as well. Community Toyota gets one star and it's for Jordan Nestor. The business itself is zero stars. This is beyond ridiculous how long I've been an avid customer and how long I've tried to resolve SEVERAL issues just to be ignored and have to come to this point. My next car due to service and handling of Community Toyota as a business itself will be a Honda. And that, is just sad.
