This was the best buying experience! Jennifer was my sales consultant and from the time I started talking to her she knew, and ensured me, that she would help me get into a vehicle! It was actually a very quick process as well. I got into finance and the amazing work Terry did ... I was passed from one set of good hands to another

Community Toyota treated me by far the best of all the dealerships I shopped from which ranged from League City, Houston, and Baytown.

As is likely standard in the automotive sales industry, the online price was astoundingly low, but they add the $1995+tax for the protection package, additional window tinting, plus 'all the work they had to put into it to get it ready.' They were very willing to quickly give me a write up on the OTD (out the door) price, and although they were not willing to negotiate at all, I got it for 15 to 20% under many prices I had seen on CarMax. The in-person process, including a trip with Dario to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, was very peaceful and they did not try to bait-and-switch me or pressure me into any additional products or cost. Unfortunately, and possibly because the AT&T cellular network was down in Baytown all day, it ended up being about four and a half hours plus the trip for the inspection. Never was I offered any water or snacks, but fortunately had brought my own, and they had some in the waiting room I scrounged. Six hours, all in all, but by no means nerve-racking at all. I was presuming that I would have at least one instance of disappointment through the process, so I was prepared for that, but only three minor disappointments came about: the salesman did not realize that the independent inspection he had given permission for would be offsite, and I thought for a moment it was not going to be allowed, but he took his own personal time away from the dealership to escort me so that I can get it done. A personal pet peeve I wanted to avoid was getting the dealership emblem glued to my paint job, but it ended up happening nevertheless, despite my request--SOP I suppose, and my salesman could not watch over it when it was in the mechanics' shop getting a lightbulb replaced and final cleanup- - and it was applied very straight and centered. The vehicle was immaculately clean and in super great shape, but when I opened the hood, the engine bay was not grimy at all, but definitely dirty and dusty, and despite being told that it would get washed, it did not by the time I needed to leave. Although I do not know how it would go if I were to put any claims against the three month warranty or the protection package, I would recommend Bravo Nissan, Dario, and the other staff for anyone looking to make a well-researched vehicle purchase, thank you very much.

i CANNOT stress this enough. Do NOT purchase from Bravo…read moreNissan. The way they do business is Shady, Careless, and downright Dangerous. They sold me a used Kia K5 2022 with THREE DIFFERENT brands of tires. not only is that unsafe, but it's negligent. along with the different brands the fourth tire was a complete different size. (205/65R16 and the smaller one is 205/55r16.) That is not only sloppy, but is a safety hazard for both me and everyone else on the roads. They did not disclose anything regarding the tires with me before or after i purchased the death on wheels. When we had called about the issues regarding the tires they told us it wasn't their responsibility because they're "technical a Nissan dealership" not a Kia. They were beyond unprofessional, and rude while we were trying to resolve what we thought was a giant mistake with a simple fix. I cannot forget the Carfax. They Conveniently called me the day after I signed all of the paperwork registering the car into my name and told me they had it. Although the car had not been in a wreck before hand, its shady they waiting for the car to be my responsibility to disclose information like that. Sketchy, dishonest, and absolutely disgusting way to do business. Yes, I know cars are sold "as is". But there is a difference between normal wear and tear, and sending a customer off the lot with mismatched, unsafe tires that could wreck the car, or worse. cause an accident. That's not just cutting corners. That is gambling with peoples life's. Bottom line is Bravo Nissan doesn't care about your safety, your money, or your time. They only want the sale. If you enjoy being lied to, manipulated and handed a safety hazard on wheel, then by all means; shop here. Otherwise do yourself a favor and run the other way. I will be forwarding this onto any of their business pages to help save another person who values their life, money, and wellbeing.

My review is for the service department…read more I've been here 3 times I believe in the last two years for oil changes. Most recently, I needed to have a shock replaced and and oil change. We called in to see if they took appointments and were told it was "first come first served". We dropped my vehicle off on a Friday evening around 430 for hopeful service on Saturday morning, advisor took all info, and we were made no promises, but told hopefully they could get to it the next day. (We realized we were pushing it given hours are only half day Saturday and closed Sunday). I got the call my car was ready when they opened first thing Monday morning at 730 am. While my advisor informed me that they wouldn't be working that weekend, and realize there is no fault by them, I was pretty bummed that it was ready to be picked up on Saturday and another advisor on duty that day didn't call and let me know. Fortunately, I wasn't inconvenienced by this, but hopefully moving forward, that can be addressed. Aside from that, service and staff are always friendly and professional. They take good care of my vehicle.

On today's **7/13/2026** visit to Ron Craft Chevrolet  4114 I-10 Baytown, TX 7752, I brought my…read morevehicle in for a routine oil change. My service advisor was **Hope Berry**, and I have consistently trusted Ron Craft Chevrolet with my vehicle's oil changes over the years. I have never had an issue during any of my previous visits, and everything always seemed fine--until something actually went wrong. Unfortunately, this experience showed me how the dealership handles a customer when a serious problem arises. One of the first things that stood out to me was that my oil change took significantly longer than it normally does. While I initially did not think much of the delay, it became concerning after everything that followed. During the service, I was unexpectedly called back into the service area and informed that my power steering fluid was pouring out due to a hole in the high-pressure power steering line. At no point did anyone acknowledge that the damage may have occurred while my vehicle was in their possession. Instead, the shop supervisor, **Val**, stated, "Sir, your car was like that." I immediately explained that this was not possible because a power steering line with a hole large enough to cause fluid to gush out would have made it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for me to drive the vehicle to the dealership in that condition. If the line had already been damaged to the extent they claimed, I would have experienced obvious steering issues before ever arriving at the dealership. Another important detail that concerns me is something my service advisor, **Hope Berry**, told me. She mentioned that when she was pulling my vehicle out, **something "pinched," and they observed fluid underneath the vehicle**. Despite this statement, that information seemed to be completely disregarded once the discussion turned to how the damage occurred. Instead of considering what happened while the vehicle was being moved or serviced, everyone appeared to focus solely on the explanation that the vehicle had arrived that way. I believe this observation should have been investigated further rather than dismissed. From what I observed, Val was only brought over after the technician called him, and he simply accepted the technician's explanation without conducting any meaningful investigation or considering my concerns. My explanation that the vehicle was operating normally when I arrived did not appear to matter, and there was no effort to determine how the damage occurred while my vehicle was in their care. I was then told that the dealership would prepare a repair estimate. After waiting approximately **45 minutes**, I still had not received one. When I asked for an update, I was told they were "checking on the part." This explanation made little sense considering I was already at the dealership, where the parts department is only a short distance away--not at an independent repair shop waiting on outside suppliers. Despite being told I would receive a repair quote, I never received one. I never received a phone call, a written estimate, or any follow-up regarding the repair or the availability of the part. Instead, the dealership charged me for the oil change, handed me my keys, and released my vehicle with a significant power steering fluid leak. What is most disappointing is that I have been a loyal customer who has repeatedly trusted Ron Craft Chevrolet to service my vehicle. Everything is fine when a routine service goes as planned, but when something goes wrong, I expected honesty, accountability, and a genuine effort to make the situation right. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, my explanation was ignored, no real investigation was conducted, and I was simply sent away with a damaged vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for nothing more than a routine oil change, and I left with a major power steering leak, no repair estimate despite being promised one, no follow-up communication, and no acknowledgment that the damage may have occurred while my vehicle was in the dealership's possession. Considering the unusually long service time and the statement that something "pinched" while my vehicle was being moved and that fluid was observed afterward, I believe these facts warranted a thorough investigation rather than an immediate conclusion that the vehicle arrived in that condition. That is not the level of customer service, professionalism, or accountability I expected from a Chevrolet dealership that I have trusted with my vehicle for years.
