Saleslady said they were honest and dependable and that she had her own car serviced there. The shop itself would be easy to overlook from the highway. However, good things come in small packages, and this shop is a REAL TREASURE. Extremely clean waiting area, very kind and competent staff, and very reasonable prices. Every customer who came in while i was waiting was treated with outstanding kindness, patience and respect. The car hasn't run this well in ages! After tune-up with some parts replaced, and oil change - driving up Broadway it ran so smoothly that i found myself on the verge of speeding in my 200,000 mile 2009 car. I asked if I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday (Easter Sunday) if he could get it done on Monday. He said yes. I explained that I would pick it up after work (3:00).Again he said it would be fine. I had a friend drop me off. On Monday I called around 1:00 to check to see if my vehicle was ready. Stephen told me it would be ready in a "couple of hours". I asked so if I come around 3:30 it should be ready. He said yes. At 3:00 when I got home I called again expecting my car would be ready and I wanted to get the price so I could bring enough cash. Stephen again answered and told me "it was the next one in the bay". They close at 5:00. The last thing I wanted was a rushed job. Plus I felt lied to. There are many other shops that can replace brakes in my area. I will avoid this shop in the future and save myself time and frustration. Plus I don't want anyone rushing to get my car ready. After I got my key from the office I caught Shal to explain my disappointment after I took so much time to get this vehicle dropped off and picked up by another friend. Neither he nor anyone in the office seemed apologetic nor care that they didn't get my car ready as they said. Too bad so sad was their attitude. That's my attitude as well as I will move on to another service center that appreciates their customers and their business. And I would certainly not refer any one I know here.
