Which yeah man, good for you, but when there's literally 5 other sales people just sitting around it's frustrating having to wait for you to finish. Anyway... they lowballed me on my trade in. They said work had been done on the Jeep, which another shop deemed "cheap and lazy". So, there's that. There's more, but I won't bore you. Moral of the story: I'm not here to tell you how to spend your money but if you are buying a used car from these guys I would strongly recomend getting a pre-purchase inspection done from a third-party mechanic.

The staff is rude and unprofessional, and their customer service is extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2026 vehicle, and within two weeks warning lights started coming on. Instead of taking responsibility or standing behind the vehicle, they attempted to charge me $1,800 for repairs on what should clearly be a warranty issue.
