I ordered a dash cover for my car from Sue and when received it didn't fit my car it covered the ac vents I had text sue asking if she wanted I could send her an exact picture of cars dash board to make sure I got what I was paying ($64.75). When I went to pick it up in Costa Mesa I tried it on my car and of course Didnt fit I told her I didnt want it cause it wasn't right size she refused to take it back I showed her my text to her where I told her I would send her a picture and she had refused. I did dispute it with bank and got a refund from my bank and sue refused to take it back. Sue would call and text me harassing me for cover. She threatened me and then said to keep it and I was a thief she would call on Sunday evenings at night. she is very unprofessional. Her dash cover was sent back to her after her harassing text and calls. I had moved and couldn't locate it and she didnt understand I text her copy of tracing # Idont recommend her at all. We also had ordered some seat covers for my car at the same time which were wrong color at time of order she said she guaranteed I would get what I was ordering I rated this business a 1 only cause I had to. I bought a dash mat for my new SUV from them at the San Diego County Fair. I asked for a dark gray and when I spoke to the lady about it she kept pushing the black color because it she said it had less glare and my response was that I am more concerned with the heat. I was also told I would receive a discount for being active military. But after looking at my bank account a few days after the fair there was a $70 charge for DashMat. Which is much more than I would have paid at the dealership and probably with better service. They would at least try to help me out if there was an issue with it. When I received the DashMat it was black. So I called to request an exchange for the dark grey one and explained that I'm sure the noise at the fair was it issue for the miscommunication. But again she insisted that I had ordered black and again she said that it was the best for glare. She was not willing to listen to what I had to say or willing to exchange it for the color I wanted. She said the best offer she could give me was a 50% off discount on a second one. I explained that that would not resolve my issue but just give me two dash mats at a much higher cost and I wanted to pay even in the beginning. She was not willing to help me at all. So I explained that I will not be purchasing from them again and hung up. If they had just corrected the problem I would have probably bought a second one for my husband's new car. My family and I own quite a few cars and definitely will not be purchasing from them again even though we see them every year at the fair. read more

This is the 6th set of seat and dash covers that I have bought from Sue. It was for my grand daughter's 2011 Versa, which turns out is a 2012. The seats in the car are custom made and not factory. after figuring out all this, Sue made sure to exchange the ones that were for factory car and got me the correct set that fits like a glove. Great service. Bought seat covers for our 2015 Expedition at the Pomona Fair. When we got home (175 miles away) we found that the head rest covers did not fit. I called Sue from Autos R Us, and she immediately sent the correct head rests. She did not even ask me to send the ones that did not fit back to her ( which I did anyway). Now that is great service. Also, the seat covers are great. I have been looking for quite some time for seat covers that dog hair does not stick to and these are perfect. I purchased an accordian type car window shade from her at the SD County Fair last month. I specifically asked her if it would fit a 2005 PT Cruiser convertible. She said "Definitely". So I bought it and it doesn't come CLOSE it fitting!! It's about 3 inches too long in height so I have to fold it over to get it under the rear view mirror and then have to keep it in place with my visors! It's not a big ticket item, so it's pretty bad that she felt she had to lie to make a sale! read more

The owner, Susan is very friendly and they even customize their products to your specific vehicle. They have honored all of their product warranties as well. My husband has been a loyal customer of Sue's for over 20 years. Every time he buys a new car he goes to see Sue first for a dash cover. Last time he went to see Sue at the Orange County Marketplace he ordered a dash cover for his truck. When it arrived it was the wrong one. Sue told my husband he was wrong, that it couldn't possibly be the wrong one (basically calling him a liar). She made him email pictures to her to prove it. She then ignored the pictures and the issue until the next day when I stepped in and demanded that she make it right. She said she would call when she received the replacement. She never did, I had to call her. My husband goes to the swap meet to pick up the replacement only to find out this one is the wrong fabric. She then lies about it and tells him I told her he wanted the different fabric. My husband told her I never would've said that. She continued to insist on it (basically now calling me a liar). We are both shocked and disappointed in her behavior. My husband demanded a refund and said he will never go back to her. It's a shame, she lost a really good customer today. read more
