Recently I got hit by some heavy road debris that unfortunately went through the ppf so I needed to get a few panels redone - of course I was going to go back to the original installer. The car looks better than ever - they touched up damage that went through the ppf before applying the new one and you can't even tell. I've also noticed that their ppf templates have gotten better over the years so that's a huge plus. Prices are fair and quality of work has actually gotten better over the years. I was a little surprised by the price which is why I dropped a star. It was quoted a tiny bit high but still around the competition (most quotes came out to $180-280), but was completed higher than competitors in the end. That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.

He was also supposed to install rear speakers help with a loose door but never was there any discussion that it wouldn't work for music. He told me to drop it off at 8:00 Friday morning. I even called back to confirm that there wasn't any earlier time than Friday and he said yep Friday at 8:00. When I arrived at 8:00 on Friday morning no one was there. Not wanting to just leave my car without a confirmation that they were in fact open today I called left a message did not hear back and continued to wait. I could see online that they opened at 8:30 so I went ahead and ordered an Uber to take me back home and I sent the attached text messages to which I got no reply. A little while later at home I realized I had not heard back and I called at around 9:15 he confirmed that they just got started. A little while later I received a call from one of the employees there who spoke to me in the third person and read to me from a flowchart that was very confusing. He said something about putting the music through the FM broadcast and I said no that is not what we're doing that is in fact what I already have and what I am leveling up from. Again I got some double speak from a very nervous sounding employee followed about 5 minutes later by a flurry of confusing texts, also see attached. When I called to clarify what was going on I was shut down told to pick up my car and that he told me that there would be static and I said no sir I would not have ordered this device from Amazon if you had told me there would be static with my music we would have gone with a different option. Well ma'am I was just trying to save you some money. It would appear that not only did Jay not record any of the conversation that we have by way of any written documentation so that he could remember what we discussed but that he was completely disrespectful of my time in the morning and didn't bother to get back to me when they were running late and when I did reach him after 9 he said oh yeah I forgot my son had a carnival this morning so I had to be there. ‍ Couldn't you have texted me back or called me to let me know that when I was reaching you?? So not only was he completely disrespectful and rude about my personal time in the fact that I had to spend $13 each damn way for an Uber but it looks as if they worked on it for about 15 minutes and then gave up.
