Prior to that, I spent time looking on my own, ordering blanks directly from England that didn't work, and finding nowhere around me that could cut a new key for me based on the worn one that I had. I was immediately helped by Pat, who quickly began looking for the appropriate blanks. He was professional and expedient, and was able to find blanks for me. He ordered them, and texted me when they came in. This is a very rare key blank to find. When I arrived at the store to see the blanks, Pat began cutting a copy of my key, which was very worn, as you can imagine, and not easy to replicate. However, he did a fantastic job, and with very little trial and error, cut me three new keys that worked better than the one I had. I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and overall representation of his business. I would highly recommend them for any audio or key issues people might have.
