This was my second time using Rich and his crew (20 years ago I had a remote starter installed in my van), and his shop was the first place I thought of when my car's old Android radio died. I ordered a low-cost replacement from Amazon and went to ProSound. Rich and his crew happily installed it for me (even thought I didn't buy it thru him) and even 'tidied up' a few wires that were hanging from my dashcam. As the story goes, you get what you pay for... When I got home, I realized that Amazon had shipped me a 'cheaper' version of the head unit I purchased. I got the replacement and back I went to ProSound. Rich swapped out the radio and wouldn't allow me to pay for doing it. He said that making sure his customers were happy was worth more than getting paid for a 'few minutes' of his time. I have done business with ProSound for many years. Several years back I had Richard install a remote starter on vehicle after agreeing on a certain starter and price, I found out that he had installed a different starter of a lower quality when I came to pick up the vehicle, I could not believe Richard would do that, I made him install what we agreed on. Few months ago, the remote starter would not work anymore. I brought it back to him worked on at three times each time he would give me a different excuse why it's not working, and you told me that he's going to look into it and call the company, but he would never get back to me. I ended up paying $450 for someone else replace it. His money that I did not have, but had to do it because I got up at 3 o'clock to go to work and then come back home around 7:30. To take my kids to school and we need that remote starter to work. Richard turned out to be a pathological liar. I will never trust him again nor I do business with him. Nor would I recommend him. Disappointed with install of Pioneer stereo. First I asked for usb port in dash to be the primary port to plug into. Ended up with "pigtail" dangling wire coming out from under the dash. The wire always has to be picked up off the floor to connect to Apple car play. Then the radio reception was horrible! 1-2 stations that come in static was all that could be picked up with this brand new stereo. I brought it back. They looked at it and said the antenna was properly connected to the back of the stereo. And that was it. No other solutions or fix. Spent a lot of money to get crappy service and unsatisfying results. read more

Recently had a remote starter installed in my 2016 Subaru Impreza. There was a small issue where I had to bring my car back to have the crank time adjusted, I sent them a video via Facebook of what would happen when I tried to start the car, the problem was easily identified and fixed in about 10 minutes after I brought the car in. Alison and Rich are both extremely helpful and friendly, customer service A++. I would recommend this business to anyone, price was fair and is also half of what the Subaru dealership would have charged for the same service. This last visit, there was as odd symptom with a newly installed remote starter and I brought it back a few days later for inspection. Rich quickly found the problem but continued in trying to recreate the symptom to ensure that everything was working as intended. My Review is way over do but years ago I had remote car starter installed. Worked great but as time went on maybe the remote went dead or the unit in the vehicle didn't work as it should. Each time I went back they corrected the problem with no hassles & eventually replaced the unit itself. I felt they went above and beyond, I never got "well the warranty is up" or anything like that. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Had a remote started installed two plus years ago and had a little issue with it over the summer. Called brought it up and they fix it no questions asked. Started having a problem with the smart key for my car and the dealer immediately said it was the third party that installed my remote started so I brought it back again this weekend. Explained the problem and the gentleman took my key and came back a few minutes later putting a new battery in the smart key and viola it worked just fine. It was NOT the remote it was just a battery and Merry Christmas to me they didn't even charge me for the battery for my smart key. Highly recommend for service and attitude alone. read more
