I did EXTENSIVE research on a very specific car for my new driver kid and found the absolute best…read moreprice AND lowest miles for a 2015. Public Auto Wholesale had the car listed for 1k less than what Carfax reports were telling me it was actually worth I had questions because my financing was pre-approved from my credit union and they didn't immediately recognize this dealership's name. My CU said that to approve financing, the dealership had to register the vehicle. Majio took my initial call (at a ridiculously early hour - and was immediately responsive) to respond to all questions I had about this and other questions about the car. It was EARLY too - but he was super pleasant. And yes, they absolutely can register your car. My sister was looking to donate her super-old and barely-running car and they took it for trade-in! From the moment I showed up at the lot, Bijan ad Majio treated me like family and I felt super comfortable. They asked me options (GAP insurance, etc), but only once for each option and were not at all pushy. My next driver will be needing a car in a couple years and PAW has completely earned my trust and future business. I was looking at (and researching) some of their other models while they were working on my paperwork and their prices were ridiculous across the board. This long-time independent San Jose establishment deserves to earn your business! Thank you Majio and Bijan!!! You guys are awesome!

1 out of 5 Stars Unethical Pricing and Misleading Tactics on Salvage/Rebuilt InventoryReview Body…read more I am writing this to warn any potential buyers to do thorough research before financing a vehicle here, specifically regarding their luxury inventory. I was looking at a 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport listed on their lot for $42,996 with roughly 25,000 miles. Which is about what I expected on a clean title for the year, make and model. Upon investigating the vehicle's history, I discovered that the airbags had previously deployed. Airbag deployment on a newer vehicle indicates severe structural or front-end impact, which permanently strips 30% to 40% of a vehicle's value, rendering it a salvage/rebuilt asset. Despite this, the dealership is attempting to sell this compromised vehicle at full, clean accident free retail market value. If a buyer finances this car at this price, they will instantly be underwater by $15,000+ with massive negative equity that no reputable bank will approve. When questioned about the vehicle's history, the sales staff used highly misleading phrasing, claiming the vehicle was "rebuilt by Toyota." This is an outright deceptive sales tactic. Automotive manufacturers do not buy back wrecked cars from insurance auctions to rebuild them. At best, it was repaired by a third-party shop using OEM parts, but the factory Lexus warranty is completely voided due to the salvage history.Worse yet, they actively try to run credit applications on overpriced salvage vehicles knowing that mainstream lenders auto-reject rebuilt titles, forcing buyers into high-interest predatory loans that mask the true cost of the vehicle through manipulated "monthly payments."Please protect your credit score, your wallet, and your physical safety. Do not buy a vehicle from this lot without checking the 17-digit VIN on Google to see the original insurance auction photos, and always verify clean-title market values on KBB or Edmunds before signing anything. I will be taking my business to an authorized franchised dealer that values transparency.
