I stopped by 12 other shops around Atlanta (some big popular shops included) and they were all 3x the quote or more ... with upsells for equipment I did not need, wrong understanding of the gear I had, and a lack of listening to the customer. Having worked in the 12v industry many years ago, I was shocked at these other places, their prices, and incorrect information they gave me (felt like I was at a car dealer, oof). No paper work, no receipts, or warranty was given to me AS DISCUSSED BEFORE I PAID THEM FOR PARTS UP FRONT. They charged me for a more expensive transmission then showed up with the cheaper model hoping I wouldn't notice. He then lied again about it being out of stock. I confirmed this through the manufacturer. I ended up paying them for labor they didn't complete just to get them to leave and they still threw a fit. Completely unprofessional and dishonest!
