I want to share what a great experience we had with Jeremy from Autoxit. First of all I will say when we met him we were pleasantly surprised that he was dressed professionally and acted professional and polite as well. I was selling my wife's Altima and had several dealers making ridiculous offers for the car to the point that I was just about to just keep the car. So sad how few car salesman have not evolved past the mid 1970's. But Jeremy is a pro. He was diligent and polite in his follow ups with me to the point that he didn't bother me. He finally came back with a price that was just too close to my minimum price to pass up. I accepted his offer and we met at the bank that Autoxit uses the next morning. He already had my cashiers check (over 12k) made out and ready for me. I walked up to the teller and cashed the entire check right there, even though I had no account with that bank. We did all the paperwork comfortably and safely inside the bank and he was on point with what was going on. Basically sign here, sign here and sign here and we're done. It was like clockwork for him. I've never been through a used car sales transaction of his high value first off and I've never experienced one so smooth, easy and comfortable. He took one fob and the title we took the car and the money home and his company came to pick up the car the next day. I would say from the moment I shook his hand at the bank till the moment we went back home with the car and the money was no more than 30 minutes. That's him inspection the car, me cashing the check and us doing all the paperwork in about 30 minutes. It couldn't not have been a better transaction. I recently purchased a new truck and decided not to trade my old truck in and sell it myself. I received a call from Jeremy Abitago he explained he was a buyer for a dealer in Ontario by the name of AutoXit and they were interested in purchasing my truck. I was at first reluctant to sell my truck to a dealer thinking they would try to lowball me. After checking out the dealer and making sure they weren't some scammers, and believe me when I say I had at least 4 scammers call me to offer me more than I was asking, all said the same thing I will send you a "cashier check" and send someone to pick it up ! After Jeremy and I agreed on the price he came to my home for me to sign the paperwork, he gave me a check and said they would pick up the truck when the check cleared. I just sold my car to AutoXit. I won't say it was a pleasant experience. First, they saw my online adv. and called me, offering $4000 for my car. Then we agreed to meet at a nearby Chase bank to finish the transaction. However, at the appointed time, Jeremy called me, saying forgot to tell me I had to pay $250 tolling cost. I did not agree. Then he suggested me to drive the car to their shop to save the tolling cost and get the transaction done. I followed his suggestion and drove my car to their shop. Another surprise again, Jeremy said he did not notice the plastic front grill was broken. However, the broken front grill was all shown in photos. He suggested to deduce $250 again. I was in a tough spot. If I didn't agree, I drove 60 miles both ways for nothing. I finally bite the bullet and accepted $200 deduction to sell the car for them. If I could do it again, I would sell the car somewhere else. read more
