No need though. The assistant manager said if I was willing to have the oil change take a little longer (15 minutes) they would happily squeeze me in. Woohoo. I was willing to wait, no worries. I have a new car which is only a problem because of course the needed information was not in the computer. That all worked out well and we actually made it out of there in a very reasonable amount of time, and we didn't have a longer wait. We brought another of our cars in a couple days later. I requested a service I thought I might need. When the manager saw the work order and when it was determined the service was not necessary he advised me not to waste money on it. Thank you.

THEY TREATED THEM LIKE CRIMINALS! both whom are not! They were both fixing a semi-truck and personal truck and were debating on the correct parts that would do the job. When i saw this i texted my husband and asked if anyone had even spoken to them.. he replied "no just staring" I acted like i was questing something and someone immediately came over to help. SERIOUSLY!? So i said no i will ask my husband and i went over to my husband and they looked at each other like "with wide eyes then nodded our way" like check that out. I CANT BELIEVE THE TREATMENT THEY GOT THERE! To add more insult we had to go back one more time months later, we didn't have time to go to the one on state street and the SAME THING HAPPENED!!!! EXCEPT this time i made a point to stand in direct view of my husband so the cashier would LOOK AT ME and said "hows your day going" he said "fine just watching these guys" i left before i lost my temper and called the manager as soon as I got home. After checking out my vehicle I found out that that I needed AAA but then my cell phone died. Asher offered to call AAA for me and he went through all of the prompts for me.These two young men were very helpful, polite and patient with a senior citizen like myself. Then another co-worker who was off duty stopped by the store and was kind enough to offer to give me a jump start and he gave me his time and assistance. All of this took some time and it was a bit chilly outside in the cold but all three of them were still very polite and professional. At the end of the day I was very thankful for all of their help and and support and they made what could have been a very terrible experience a little easier and I felt very much at ease with the how things turned out. The world could use many more people just like you to make life a better place and you could teach people how to treat others who are having a rough day.
