He took a great time at understanding exactly what we wanted to pay, got us to that number, got us the exact 1500 that we wanted and off we went. When the Silverado literally came off the shipping truck, he gave us updated photos and let us know when it was available to go see it. We fell in love and got it immediately. THANK YOU ERIK! No need though. The assistant manager said if I was willing to have the oil change take a little longer (15 minutes) they would happily squeeze me in. Woohoo. I was willing to wait, no worries. I have a new car which is only a problem because of course the needed information was not in the computer. That all worked out well and we actually made it out of there in a very reasonable amount of time, and we didn't have a longer wait. We brought another of our cars in a couple days later. I took the battery that I bought at the lynnwood Walmart in to return it because it was used and…read morethey or somebody else had put stickers over the original one's. I was told that they would not take the return and I would need to take it to the marysville store because they have a auto center. I had purchased the battery went out to put it in and immediately walked back inside when I realized it was bad. They easily could've pulled the security footage as it was the day prior when I went to the Marysville location. The Marysville location said that I had tried to commit fraud even though I had the receipt and pictures from the previous day. She peeled off the date sticker and was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I was sitting at the desk at the Marysville location for close to a hour before anyone even came to the desk. I urged her to contact the other store so they could explain the situation and she refused. I paid 199$ for the battery and they wanted to give me 12$ for the core. It is unbelievable how shifty they are and how they get away with it. I brought both batteries in at the first store and they even walked out to my car with me so they knew that I had not switched the batteries.
