They gave me a great price $2700 approx. for a used Ford 6.0 diesel engine with a warranty. It included all the parts I needed and then some. Then the problem. My mechanic took a look at the motor and saw some problems. He work at Ford for many years they were not obvious problems but for him they were noticeable. So we took the heads off and the motor was blown. I called A & A right away and I have to say they were pretty mad we took the motor a part before calling them (which I can see in hind sight). They were obviously disappointed but they did exactly the most I could have expected. They arranged to have it picked up and shipped back to them and I got my money back. The absolute most you can hope for is when things go wrong is that a company will make it right and they did and that is worth 5 stars all day every day.

They take the time to go over the repairs with you, what's involved, what (if anything) can wait, etc. Excellent work on my G35 and Accord. I've had a/c work, cooling fan that went out, brake pedal sensor, lower control arms replaced between my two cars and the work is done in a timely manner at reasonable (which doesn't mean cheap-but definitely less than the stealership) prices. They do let you know about upcoming services you may need, makes it easier to plan your next visit and budget for the cost. I continue to be amazed at how incredibly clean their garage is, it's cleaner than most kitchens I've seen. Very well lit too, things like that help a shop do better and faster repairs.

A quick jump got me going, and with little time to spare, I drove to this O'Reilly, requesting a battery check. Jess brought the machine out, checking my battery, and the system. Alas, my battery was dead. Jess showed me all of my options, helping me choose the battery that was right for me, after showing me all of the options with a wide price range. As Jess worked we were able to chat. I was so impressed with Jess's desire to help others. As we stood outside, me in a suit and Jess working on my car, I was treated with so much respect. They always make sure to actually listen to all of the information you have about little quirks or issues before they start a diagnostic, and will go over EVERYTHING in easy to understand detail before doing any work, something I've found as a female car owner to be lacking at most repair shops. Most recently I brought in a ridiculous dealer quote for a new transmission among other things to get a second opinion and Derek went through with me all of the issues and explained how it would not be financially prudent to go through with any further repairs on the car and to sell it as is for its parts value. The guy never turned the monitor around so I could see what I wanted. When I returned them, they charged me a 20% restocking fee ($412.00) for something I didn't order. The counter guy ordered what he thought I wanted I guess. The last 3-4 times I bought something there it was a problem of some kind. I bought a lot of things there, but now I have bought my last from there. The owner said he was taking a chance on the return because they were dusty and he had to clean them up.
