Alex was on the phone and once he was off of that call he decided to pick up the phone and call another costumer. The second worker eventually call for help up front, because I'm sure that he didn't Lameer didn't want to deal with me because he knew that I had been waiting too long. He knew that the both of them were busy and decided to ask for help. Once he did the Alex went to the back so damn no one wanted to help me out. My tires had to be ordered and I was 2 seconds away from leaving. I have had hub caps broken and I will never be back at this location. I had new tires put on my Rav 4 today. While I was in the waiting area, another customer, sitting four chairs over from me, was on his phone. He had his phone on speaker and was conversing with someone who was using a lot of profanity... every sentence contained the "F" word. I quietly approached the counter and told the Discount Tire Service Advisor that I would have to leave because of the language coming from the man's phone. He laughed and said, "Yeah, I hear it." I again quietly asked if he could ask the man to take his phone off of speaker. The Service Advisor just stared at me. Needless to say, I waited outside on a concrete bench in 90 degree heat. Really disappointing service today. Have been coming for some time and normally very solid support. Came today to have balance checked on tires. Had wheels and tires originally installed here...but rep today tried to sell me replacement lugs for OEM lugs they damaged. He acknowledged that they'd "hammered the socket on" since they didn't have the right size lug wrench. - - and then attempted to have me pay for the replacements as the original lugs were now deemed unsafe. Great friendly place. Came right at 8am when they opened and Ethan was the gentlemen who helped me. He was very helpful, informative and friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had. I always come here to get my air checked in my tires because let's face it I'm a lady that knows nothing about tires and what needs to be done with them. But here I always know that Discount Tire the guys have always been nice, accommodating and get's the job done. I had to re-apply for the Discount Tire Credit Card though Synchrony Bank. I got two tires replaced today and they rotated the back ones to the front. And he also mentioned I can come in between oil changes to get my tires rotated for FREE, yes please! There was like 4 or 5 people ahead of me and surprisingly enough I was in and out by like 8:50 am. Amazing and efficient service! Even with COVID-19, this store has their protocols down and makes it easy for the customer. I drove up with no appointment due to an unexpected flat. I called the store and they instructed me to wait for someone to come out to my car. Connor came out and took all my information wearing a mask and keeping his distance. Check out was quick. I went back to my car and drove it into the bay, I stayed in the car while they switched out my tire. In and out in less than 1 hour! Came in for a replacement tire (had a bubble in it from when I got new tires here) and to replace flat tire sensor and rotate tires. Chris told me "I can get u in pretty quickly, should take 30-45 mins). 2+ hours later... they pull my car up and the same tire with the bubble, now replaced, is in the same position (front driver side). What a bad experience. I had a 4:00 appointment, and I was on time. I was told it should take about 45 minutes. I left my number, but ended up being back in about 10 minutes. At 5:30 I checked, and Gabe argued with me about whether I checked in at 4:00 or not (I did). He insisted his computer shows that it was checked in at 4:43. I am 90% sure it was even Gabe who checked me in at 4:00. He then said they called me at 5:15. They didnt. I also was sitting in the shop with phone in hand Nd nope no calls at all. I did say that I would not be back and he asked what he could do to earn my business back. So I asked him what he could do, and he said to come back and let them do a better job next time... Why would I? Unless they have something better than an argument about what time I checked in and whether or not they called... then this was my first and last time at this location. In fairness to Gabe, at no time during the disagreement was he rude or abrupt and other than being argumentative regarding the facts, he acted professionally. One last thing, when I got in the car, the AC was set to it's lowest setting. Why in the WORLD does a tire tech need to be in my car long enough for the AC to cool him off? However, when I brought my personal truck here to get a flat fixed they said they couldn't b/c two nails were on the same spot. They wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for new tires. The greatness of this place is that you have ongoing service. In an age where most people don't give a crap anymore about customer service, this place gives you FREE air if you need it.. You just pull up and they fill you up. That's like $3 at a gas station and it's DIY. If you buy tires from these guys, they will rotate your tires, inspect and put a repaired tire back on for you, even if done somewhere else like if you're out of town and the always inconvenient flat tire happens. I was a bit worried because I was on a bit of a time crunch. My tire pressure was really low and the TPMS kept turning on even after pumping the tire with some air. A technician came out to check out the tires and wrote down the mileage, which is normal. Turns out I had a hole in my left back tire and a nail in the back right tire.
