My new battery got installed quickly and efficiently. YAY! Do make sure you check your car's requirements in advance. All I had to do in mine was turn the AC and Radio back on and roll the windows up and down to reset auto-window travel. Job done! I appreciate this store took a minute to discuss the situation with me rather than just saying, NOPE! As a result, I drove away happy with a new, reasonably priced Duracell Ultra Gold under the hood. What impressed me most was that they didn't just fix it and push it out the door. They kept her, drove her, put miles on her, and made sure I wasn't going to end up stranded somewhere after I left. That kind of care and responsibility means a LOT to me. They communicated with us, kept digging until they found the real problem, and treated my Jeep like it mattered. I called them and was told this was normal with a new battery as it "learned" a new vehicle. I was told to drive it about 20 miles and all would be OK. My wife got stranded in the middle of a 4 lane highway. The truck required towing to a mechanic. Found the voltage regulator failing. They insisted that any reputable battery dealer would have checked that when installing a new battery. I called Interstate back and was told, "You didn't ask us to check the system". Not good.
