The store cannot give me an updated ETA and after telling me they may not have ordered them when they were supposed to and he said that the 'customer service people don't know sh*t'. His words. Deep breathe!! So I visited this location twice in the last 24 hours. I needed to rent a /c pump vacuum. First Bob ( customer service specialist) which is in his name tag had me wait 15 minutes while working on something and I was the only customer in line while the other staff member was outside helping client. I figured what he was doing was inform and could not wait so I waited patiently. Today, literally 5!minutes ago I returned to deliver back the pump vacuum. There were 3 staff members. One younger Latin American lady, older Caucasian female and Bob. The younger lady was helping a customer. Non and the the other staff member where changing bulbs in something at the counter. They both looked at me and never acknowledged my present. So far horrible Customer Experience. I am the only person in line so I wait patiently. 10 min Ho by and Teo more clients come in and get in line. Still no acknowledgement. 5 minutes more pass and nothing. The phone rings and Bob quickly goes to answer it.Finally the older lady quits with the trying to change the bulb and calls me to the counter. At this point the line is 4 people deep. Worst Customer Experience seen in a long time. At least let the customers know you acknowledge them with " Welcome and we will be right with you" Will just visit other locations in the future as Autozone is a good place to shop with normally great customer service. read more

In the past 5+ years I've been going to this same AutoZone for replacement parts and accessories. I've found that all is well when you're there to buy parts, but if there seems to be an issue with an item and you need a return or replacement, they will give you attitude. I purchased brake pads from them 2 years ago and installed with no problems. I recently had to replace them again and ordered both pads and rotors. This time, the sales rep that helped me ended up giving me part number 31257 when I needed 31275. I did not find out until I was home and had taken my car apart to find that the rotors he had given me were much smaller than my OEM ones. Upon taking them back for replacement, the sales manager constantly gave me attitude, assuming I did not buy the rotors at his location, until he stopped mid-sentence once he saw the address of his AutoZone on the receipt I provided. You would hope the issues would end there, but it turns out the pads they gave me were wrong as well. They were much too thick to be put in place, even with the caliper pistons fully bottomed out. I went back the next day for help and once again, met with attitude. This time, with a different sales rep. He insisted that the pads are correct according to the system, leaving me no choice but to return everything. Promptly after leaving AutoZone, I drove to the O'Reilly's around the block, picked up the correct pads and rotors within 10 minutes, and had them home. They were replaced within the next hour without any issues whatsoever. I will not be returning to AutoZone. TLDR; AutoZone consistently gave me wrong parts and attitude, insisting everything fit and even questioned that I bought the parts there. Went to O'Reilly's instead and everything fit perfectly. read more

I am thankful for the help I was able to receive today. My car had battery issues and turns out I had really bad corrosion. Orlando was able to help me with recommending the correct products to use, cleaned the corrosion for me, gave me a jump and advice on what to do going forward! Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in a parts store in my 47 years. Car overheating due to electric fan failed. Called to see if they would pull the part so I could buy it and leave right at closing time. The guy agreed to do so. Got to front door at 10:01 pm and the two employees inside acted like they didn't see me. First incident was months before and they were so rude I left. Never again. read more

My last review was quite glowing because I was happy that my old windshield wipers had been traded for new ones that didn't squeak. Well, apparently my expectations were really low. Immediately after installation, I realized that my windshield wipers weren't the right size and there was a gap. That is partially my fault, so I do shoulder the blame for that oversight. However, the guy who installed them should have double checked before I drove off to ensure that my wipers were in fact properly installed and the correct size. But of course he didn't because I had to ask for them to be installed and he seemed somewhat bothered by that. A few months after installation I was driving to see a relative and in the middle of a thunderstorm the rubber part of my windshield wiper flew off and by the time I could react, the metal part of the wiper cracked my windshield. All of this could have been prevented with a few more minutes to double check the installation to ensure the correct size and fit. So now I have had to pay for both a windshield replacement AND new wipers. Boo. But at least the places I went to for both of those items made sure that both were installed properly and I have not had any further issues with my windshield or wipers. read more

If I could give a 0 star review I would... went in for oil and as I walked in both employees were on their phone and when I asked if had more in the back and he said no what we have is what we have and I stated website said they had some and he said well there's other stores..... and I said well you can't look it up to see who has it and he replied well give me a part number so I can look it up. These people are awful. Completely awful. My dad worked at and managed and auto zone in another state, so my husband likes to give them our business, but we will no longer go to this Auto Zone. You would think being a car care store that the employees would have some car knowledge. They are completely clueless. Instead of trying to help a customer with a question about a car part (looking it up or asking someone else who may know), they simply say "I don't know man, I can't help you." We needed a part to fix my car that they didn't have in stock, they didn't offer to order it or see if another store had it.....nothing. When the battery warning light came on in one of my Camry's. I took my car to the local Autozone to have the problem diagnosed. They checked the car with their test equipment and said my alternator had failed. I purchased a new one and it solved the problem. However when I was updating my car maintenance file I noticed I had replaced the alternator a few years back. I called the store to see if it was covered under the lifetime warranty and Felix said it was. He processed a refund for the alternator I had just purchased. Great customer service and it's good to know Autozone fully backs their lifetime warranties. read more

I was having a bad day. I just finished purchasing furniture in the Colony when I found my battery had died. After getting a jump from the store, I traveled home stopping at this AutoZone to buy a replacement battery. As soon as I opened the door, I was met with a friendly smile asking what could she do for me. I told her my battery needed to be replaced. She said she "could assist me with that, but let's check the battery first. We don't want you buying something you don't need." After the test, she confirmed I needed a replacement battery. She recommended a battery that ensures I didn't have issues for years to come. During the purchase, she said she could install it for me. I took her up on the offer and went to get my tools out of the truck. Before I could start removing the bolts, Alyssa came out with tools in hand and told me to stand back. I attempted to assist but she was on a mission to replace the battery. After a few minutes, I was up and running and Alyssa was taking the old battery back inside. Alyssa delivered world class service on this day and I will be recommending this store and her for years to come. read more
