We bought our daughter a new car, and I bought new wiper blades (I believe in getting high quality blades) and after I my son and I installed them, we noticed the passenger side (OK, get ready for a very technical comment), the assembly that you connect your wiper blades, that connect to the car, and the end, where you attach the wiper blade, was bent (arm). We walked in, and we spoke with Orlando, the store manager, and my first thought was to buy a new assembly, and he said let me take a look. Orlando took a look, and went inside and came out with a pair of pliers and fixed it. 1. The store was busy, and I appreciate Orlando coming out to the car, taking a look and fixing the wiper arm for us. 2. Orlando was friendly, and had a great attitude, and was willing to help and assist. 3. Orlando also saved me $80.00 if I had to go to the dealer to buy one (not including labor. This location is not my normal store, but we were closer to this location, but I have received excellent service at two other AutoZone stores in Arlington. Thank you Orlando, and thank you AutoZone.

But at least after I explained that these parts are no good for me the manager helped me out by throwing them away for me, wow, never again will I return to oreilly and I will use this experience in my economics class ... Hay at least I got a lesson from it that I can pass on to all my high school students.... Crazy... Oh well...

When I arrived early, Christopher Vasquez was assisting another customer, but as soon as he came over, it felt like we had known each other forever. His personality is truly infectious, and he made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in great hands right away. Christopher went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and kept me informed throughout the entire process. But what really stood out was the extra care he showed after my service was complete. I mentioned a few marks on my driver-side door that happened weeks ago--completely unrelated to my visit--and without hesitation, he took it upon himself to remove them before I left. He didn't have to do that, but he did because he genuinely cared about me leaving happy--not just with the service, but with how my car looked. That level of attention and compassion speaks volumes. It's exactly why I choose to bypass the dealership near my home and make the drive to Arlington for all of my service needs. In my opinion, their customer service is unmatched. I've never had a bad experience here, and as long as I'm driving a Nissan, Don Davis will always be my dealership. Another dealership that will only lie and get you to come in just to run your credit and then in the end ask you if you have cosigners of course they can get you approved if you have a cosigner but when your cosigner and yet people are who you are and you go in there that's what it is.

Deep breathe!! So I visited this location twice in the last 24 hours. I needed to rent a /c pump…read morevacuum. First Bob ( customer service specialist) which is in his name tag had me wait 15 minutes while working on something and I was the only customer in line while the other staff member was outside helping client. I figured what he was doing was inform and could not wait so I waited patiently. Today, literally 5!minutes ago I returned to deliver back the pump vacuum. There were 3 staff members. One younger Latin American lady, older Caucasian female and Bob. The younger lady was helping a customer. Non and the the other staff member where changing bulbs in something at the counter. They both looked at me and never acknowledged my present. So far horrible Customer Experience. I am the only person in line so I wait patiently. 10 min Ho by and Teo more clients come in and get in line. Still no acknowledgement. 5 minutes more pass and nothing. The phone rings and Bob quickly goes to answer it.Finally the older lady quits with the trying to change the bulb and calls me to the counter. At this point the line is 4 people deep. Worst Customer Experience seen in a long time. At least let the customers know you acknowledge them with " Welcome and we will be right with you" Will just visit other locations in the future as Autozone is a good place to shop with normally great customer service.

I previously purchased a lifetime alignment while I was living in Washington State so I…read moreoccasionally use Firestone just for that reason. Everything else is done at the dealership. This place is clean and they're respectful when speaking to me. Every time I've been here, they've pretty much stuck to appointment times. I debated giving them a 3 or a 4 star rating, unfortunately you can't give a 3.5 which is what I honestly believe is warranted. Every time I come here for an alignment, I always have to bring it back because the steering wheel is never centered. It's not off by much, but to me it's like the mechanic noticed it and said "meh, it's close enough". There was also an issue that I found out from the dealership, where an outer tie rod end was fused to its nut. They couldn't back the nut off at all. I had recently gotten an alignment at Firestone and I was at the dealership getting an oil change. I had them check the alignment and when they went to go make an adjustment they found, they couldn't because of the issue with the outer tie rod end. I left the dealership, came to Firestone to ask them about it and they went back to ask the mechanic that did my vehicle. Pretty crappy when he said yeah he couldn't get it backed off. Was nobody going to tell me? You've been doing alignments on my vehicle this whole time but never able to adjust the left tie rod end?? It wasn't a dramatic adjustment needed but still.. I've since replaced inner and outer tie rods on both sides so we're good now. but I would have liked to have known so I could prolong the life of my tires you know? Also, sounds nit picky, but I've never seen that fridge have anything in it in the 2 years I've been coming here. Why even plug it up??
