So I googled oil change and Grease Money popped up -- only 6 minutes from my house. Turns out I've driven by dozens of times but never noticed. So here's the deal: very professional staff. The franchise owner/manager is on site and working alongside the other grease monkeys. They recommended c couple of services I turned down but they did show me the dirty air filter and cabin filter and asked if I wanted to replace them. Of course. DeeDee, the cashier, was very helpful. The work was done in less than 15 minutes. A tip: check on line for a discount coupon before you go. I saved $25 with it. But you have to tell DeeDee that you have a coupon. She is not allowed to ask. As you depart, DeeDee will wish you a blessed day. And we all need one of those.

When I arrived, the manager said he was eating lunch, I said ok. I told him a wanted a oil change. He said ok, its $129.99. I said ok sir, I also have a coupon. He said ok. After waiting in the sitting area, the manager comes back 15mins later and says total is $160.34. I said excuse me, but I have all my receipts and I've never paid more than $115.00 after coupon is applied. He said that is with the coupon. I said, sir you did not give me what I asked for, can I have a receipt to match yours vs last time I came? The manager said no. So to avoid a trip to jail and his family receiving bad news, I left. Ill never return to any location. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from a representative.

I called the store and Sandra quickly confirmed the filter was for the old car, and that they could exchange it for a new filter for me plus or minus whatever the nominal price difference was. Turns out they owed me 50¢. This store lacks the hype and the glitz you'll find at other major auto parts stores. But their people will make sure you get what you need.

You can't change oil with out changing the filter. Greedy shadetree technician who lie like a MF.
