I brought my 7th-generation Honda Civic in to have all four speakers replaced and a new head unit installed. The owner recommended speakers from his shop and suggested a radio that would improve the overall sound, so I trusted his recommendations. When I dropped the car off, an entire day went by and only the rear speakers had been replaced. I was then told the speakers I had chosen were defective, so I had to wait another day before he even began working on the front speakers and radio. After spending around $1,000, I expected quality work. Less than six months later, the front speakers started cutting in and out. About a year later they stopped working completely. I also ended up chasing a parasitic battery drain that killed my battery, leading me to replace it before discovering the real issue. An automotive electrician later found corrosion in the speaker wiring and wiring leading to the doors, along with poor installation work. None of these problems existed before the shop worked on the car. Looking back, I should have brought it back under warranty, but after the experience I had, I wasn't confident I wanted anyone there touching my car again. What also left a bad impression was the constant complaining about working on my Civic. A 7th-generation Honda Civic is one of the most common and straightforward vehicles for aftermarket audio work. Hearing that he "didn't want to work on another Honda Civic again" after the job was finished was unprofessional and didn't inspire confidence. Sun & Sound just doesn't feel like the same shop it was when they were located in Worcester. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

A young man hooked a small meter to my battery and assured me that both the battery and alternator were good so I spent a several hours looking for a bad circuit (after all, they're battery experts, right?). When I couldn't find anything, I took my car to the dealership where it took a mechanic less than 2 minutes to determine, and show me, that the battery was bad. So, thinking the young man just needed a little training, I sent a friendly FYI to them. Their answer from a Sydney: "We are sorry to hear about your troubles with your battery. Unfortunately, there are multiple testers and diagnostic, and not everyone uses the same information". So, Interstate batteries lost the sale of a car battery and a customer.

At 18,000 miles after doing all the tire rotations all 4 tires are worn and need to be replaced. Nissan WILL NOT stand behind the tires and refers people to Hankook. Hankook states they do not warrantee OEM tires. So the new owners of Nissan vehicles are responsible to replace the junk tires NISSAN placed on the cars. Think twice before buying any cars with these tires. Very disappointing when the dealer, car manufacturer and tire manufacturer sticks it to you.
