Unfortunately, after seeing recent reviews, it looks like my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I brought my 7th-generation Honda Civic in to have all four speakers replaced and a new head unit installed. The owner recommended speakers from his shop and suggested a radio that would improve the overall sound, so I trusted his recommendations. When I dropped the car off, an entire day went by and only the rear speakers had been replaced. I was then told the speakers I had chosen were defective, so I had to wait another day before he even began working on the front speakers and radio. After spending around $1,000, I expected quality work. Less than six months later, the front speakers started cutting in and out. About a year later they stopped working completely. I also ended up chasing a parasitic battery drain that killed my battery, leading me to replace it before discovering the real issue. An automotive electrician later found corrosion in the speaker wiring and wiring leading to the doors, along with poor installation work. None of these problems existed before the shop worked on the car. Looking back, I should have brought it back under warranty, but after the experience I had, I wasn't confident I wanted anyone there touching my car again. What also left a bad impression was the constant complaining about working on my Civic. A 7th-generation Honda Civic is one of the most common and straightforward vehicles for aftermarket audio work. Hearing that he "didn't want to work on another Honda Civic again" after the job was finished was unprofessional and didn't inspire confidence. Sun & Sound just doesn't feel like the same shop it was when they were located in Worcester. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

The middle of both tires was 'like new' with both shoulders (outside edges) of both tires showing wear, which is unusual. Car&Driver has good things to say about Hankook, "...most new tires on the market today will last about 60,000 miles." LOOK UP YOUR OWN RECOMMENDED TIRE PRESSURE Found on two different car forums: Recommended Passat VW Tire Pressure: Front 36 PSI / Rear 44 PSI Low pressure wears shoulders; not center tread! I went to a local garage near my home & they passed the inspection with a warning that my tires must have been underinflated for some time, causing the shoulders to wear much sooner than they should. The Hankook tires had been underinflated long enough that the shoulders were unduly worn. The under-inflation was done either at the factory or at the dealer (maybe in order to sell more tires). With all my maintenance visits the dealer neglected to inform me the tire pressure wasn't correct, nor that the tires were showing under inflation symptoms. Frustrating!

At 18,000 miles after doing all the tire rotations all 4 tires are worn and need to be replaced. Nissan WILL NOT stand behind the tires and refers people to Hankook. Hankook states they do not warrantee OEM tires. So the new owners of Nissan vehicles are responsible to replace the junk tires NISSAN placed on the cars. Think twice before buying any cars with these tires. Very disappointing when the dealer, car manufacturer and tire manufacturer sticks it to you.

A young man hooked a small meter to my battery and assured me that both the battery and alternator were good so I spent a several hours looking for a bad circuit (after all, they're battery experts, right?). When I couldn't find anything, I took my car to the dealership where it took a mechanic less than 2 minutes to determine, and show me, that the battery was bad. So, thinking the young man just needed a little training, I sent a friendly FYI to them. Their answer from a Sydney: "We are sorry to hear about your troubles with your battery. Unfortunately, there are multiple testers and diagnostic, and not everyone uses the same information". So, Interstate batteries lost the sale of a car battery and a customer.

Beware if you're considering IRA Ford for service…read more I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion to IRA Ford to investigate an engine issue. The check engine light had been turning on and off for the past several months. My local mechanic, who has worked on my vehicles for years, had repeatedly connected to the vehicle, read and reset the codes, and performed additional troubleshooting. After determining it could be a serious engine problem, he recommended getting a second opinion from the dealership. After IRA Ford inspected the vehicle, I was told they were unable to communicate with the system to read the check engine codes because of a failed gateway module. They quoted me $704 to replace the gateway module, plus an additional $205 diagnostic fee to determine the actual engine problem afterward. I explained that my vehicle had passed a state inspection in June and that my mechanic had successfully communicated with the vehicle's system and reset the check engine light multiple times over the previous months. If the gateway module was truly failed, that wouldn't make much sense. Wanting a second opinion, I took the car to another repair shop. They had no problem connecting to the vehicle, reading the codes, and diagnosing the issue without replacing the gateway module. Based on my experience, I question the accuracy of IRA Ford's diagnosis and recommendation. I expected a professional and honest assessment from a dealership, but instead I felt pressured into an unnecessary repair before they would even investigate the actual problem. I would strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs here.

I called Fuller, made an appointment, letting them know that I'd drop off the car (it has run-flats) and deliver the tires when they arrived, after 1pm. They got the tires much later (2:30), yet had them installed well before closing time. When I picked up the car I was astonished to find that rather than simply install the tires, they also completely cleaned both from rims, which were coated with brake dust when I'd dropped off the car. Juxtapose that with my experience at another shop, which after replacing the rear pair of tires, returned the car to me with handprints in the brake dust of both wheels. Unlike Fuller, who completely cleaned every bit of grime from my wheels, this other shop never even gave them a quick wipe with a rag!
