The main issue I had during our visit is my husband has a glandular condition and that store was so brutally hot that he struggled to wait while they tested the starter. I struggled a bit myself, sweating quite a bit. If that is how it is in the spring then I can't imagine how that place must be in the summer! Want the check engine light corrected and strut replaced . 300 dollar for what they called level 2 inspection and diagnosis that does not go toward the repair!!!!!!! Sent me a list of numerus thins they said needed repair . I only authorized what I took it in for . 2000 dollars later I went out to get in truck and the battery was bone dead ! They wanted to keep it another day and do more tests , I was very uncomfortable with what was going on so I told them no I have a charger at home I went home charged my battery and it is holding a charge . And then you add that the check engine light is back on and took it somewhere else and had the code read , it was the same code as before . Of course they wanted me to bring it back in !!!!! At this point they didn't admit doing any wrong with my battery !!!! I will never let them work on one if my vehicles again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called RNR beforehand for an alignment just to drive and find out they had no techs for an alignment and they were super rude when I came in. I don't know why but it is super hard to find solid businesses in this town with people who enjoy what they do/have a positive attitude in their workplace. The alignment here was like $5ish more than RNR but man that extra $5 is worth it for the experience/friendly employees.

In showing me the truck I was interested in and in discussing the proposed deal, he was very patient and thorough. Upon delivery, he had filled the tank with gas and then demonstrated all the features of the truck that were new to me. Further, he transferred my personal key ring and key-fob protective skin from my old truck key to my new one. Plus, he moved my Texas license plates and rear plate frame to my new truck. Beyond that, he himself transferred my locking lug nuts to my new truck. I submit to you that only a salesman who truly cares about his customers would do all those tasks.
