It was brought to my attention by one of the associates and was told to talk to a Manager. I went inside and spoke with one of the managers, and during the conversation one of the other managers chimed in "why do you want locking lug nuts, no one steals tires anymore". I said that's not the point, and I'd like my vehicle back the same way it came in. I was told they were on order. I stopped by the store a few days later and was told again, they were on order and coming from CA, but they should have them shortly. That was two months ago- no call, no update, no anything. I did inform their customer service and was told that the store Manage, Chris would reach out..,,again...nothing. The reputation discount used to carry isn't the same today.....be weary of this location.

I took it into see about a warrantied replacement. And the cocky guy behind the counter got on the computer without wanting to see the vehicle or the tire, and said a new tire is $300. When I asked about the warranty he said you don't have a warranty, which was funny bc he just explained in detail their 3-5 year warranty for a set of tires to the customer ahead of me in line. When he gave me the price I chuckled and said that's the price for a brand new tire, isn't it under a manufacture warranty bc tires don't blowout after a year? He didn't want to discuss the warranty at all, he had a take it or leave it attitude and I said wtf, he told me I can't talk to him that way and ordered me to leave the store. At this point, I said well you just earned yourself a bad review on all platforms, and raised my phone to take his picture and he literally ran away from me and hid in the office. As I exited, I announced to the lobby that he had just lost a fleet account. Within an hour the same guy called me and tried to get me to come back and work out something. I told him that he had some nerve calling me after the way he treated me and that I didn't want those tires back on my truck if they were free bc I had lost faith in the tire brand after the blowout. I moved our fleet account over to Discount afterwards. It's a shame bc we really liked the previous manager, this guy had the nerve to even bad mouth him to us, "he sucked, we got rid of him," he told my father. Please see my attached photos.

Austin could have been pushy and denied me getting my money for the used part however he worked with me and honoured getting my money back with my year old receipt and gained a life long customer for his great customer service.

I used my lunch hour and was in and out so I could go back to work. They found staples on the inner side of the tire and replaced the Michelin Defender for $48 instead of $220 since I had bought the certificate for all of my tires with the initial purchase from them. So replaced in no time, great service!

Whenever I ever got a nail in my tire I always received the same lies. "Unfortunately where the nail is, the warranty doesn't cover it." They never ever patch up tires either. They always lie & say it's not patchable. Indirectly forcing you to spend over $400 on one tire. I stopped buying tires here & whenever I get a nail in my tire I take it to the hood and get it patched up for $30. F*** DisC*nt Tire!!!
