We are wintering here in El Mirage AZ for a few months and decided to bring our beautiful Bentley GTC. When the battery light came on we knew it was time for immediate action. (Bentley service in Scottsdale was unable to accommodate us without an appointment.) Called many shops only to be told they do not have the two different types of batteries that the fussy Bentley required. That changed when we called O'Reilly on W. Waddell Road in Surprise, AZ. and spoke with Desiree. This extremely talented and informed employee knew exactly how to get us into her store. She's professional and very well versed in anything automotive. Needless to say Bentley's are notorious for being extremely difficult to work on and that includes battery removal and installation. While Desiree had never worked on a Bentley before she was up to the task and jumped right in. She downloaded instructional videos for assistance, she never became frustrated she just kept going strong until it was complete. There are no words to describe our gratitude. Customers are not priority at this location, a few older men and a younger boy who all seem to have no drive or just treat this job as if side work, every time I walk in there's at least 3 cashiers and you still have to wait about 5 minutes to get checked out. They ALWAYS claim that the rotors are not able to be cut because it's too much labor them.. Younger boy has to ask his manager who's leaning on the counter if he's willing to cut the rotors same day or not but in the beginning weren't cuttable, I started having second thought about oreilly in general til I tried BELL & DYSART & they never denied a single rotor (I have the width tool I wouldn't take it if it's been cut already ) read more

Just wanted to leave a review for the very helpful team they have in this store, Chris and 2 other (a man and a woman). My friend and I ran out of gas and 3 employees came out to help push the car and helped us pump the gas. They didn't have to do that but they saw we needed help and came to the rescue so thank you so much for those great employees! read more

Hubby needed some windshield wipers. He walked in and they guy asked him how he could help him. He told him what he needed and the year make and model of his truck. They guys shouted "Oh you need part number blah blah blah." He grabbed them for my husband and check him out. He was on his way and with the right wipers. Great service as always. read more

store #3172 59th and thunderbird is the best. last week i came in with my jeep wrangler needing fan belts. while pulling into the parking lot ,one broke. i went in to see if they had them . keith,the store manager greeted me. not only did he go out and see exactly what i would need , he lent me tools and helped me install my belts correctly. i would have had to get it towed if not for him . i have never had such excellent customer service in my 60 years of driving. i will be coming here for all my needs till i cant drive anymore. i will be definately letting everyone i know to go see him for their car parts. you need more like him . read more

Went in today to find some items to clean up a spill in my garage. When I walked in there were no employees in sight. I heard a faint hello but still didn't see anyone. I walked around a few aisles to find what I was looking for and finally came across what I needed. I went to the counter and was helped quickly by someone that appeared at the counter. this place by far hands-down is got to be the worst O'Reillys in all of the United States. The lack of knowledge, the breakdown in communication lower the lack of communication the lack of customer service could you play management for this problem you could, but it seem like it was actually just a common sense issue which most of the team there did not have read more

Stopped by for wiper blades and a new horn. The gentleman (Jaime) who helped was very knowledgeable and saved me money. How you ask? Well by informing me to check the relay before buying the horn (short story; it was just the relay). Highly recommend this place! read more

Good selection, staff seems to be knowledgeable, but this place never has enough staff members. I don't need to tie up the parts guy to buy some DEF fluid...just need a self checkout so I can pay and leave....seems to be SOP at this chain. Autozone seems tasters, but they don't seem to have as much traffic...either way don't go here if your crammed for time read more

No lie this place is awesome! The guys here genuinely care about helping you out! I have the pleasure of have Jeremy & Larry helping me out with my brake lights and turning signals. After dealing with the less than helpful likes of auto zone employees who did nothing but make assumptions of the issue, I was pleased to have these two gentlemen take the time to step by step help me pinpoint the issue! I can't voice enough how grateful I am for the help and services that O'reillys provides and the wonderful employees that they have at their stores. This one in particular is SUPER AMAZING!
